Fantastic, clean, friendly and welcoming. Wonderful staff. Takes the time to answer all questions without making you feel rushed. We are already planning another vacation at this koa. Also impressed with the quality of the water hookup. No smell and no discoloration. Hard to get this at many other parks.

The lots are WAY TOO close. The countinuous sound of shooting is very annoying. Because we could only use the main washrooms, on at least 4 occasions there was no toilet paper or paper to wipe your hands. We were told that the washrooms were cleaned 75 a day and that was cleary not true. The owners and staff are very friendly.

The Sturgeon Falls KOA is a beautiful, clean and a well-organized water-front park. The owners and staff are very accommodating and check-in on you to make sure your stay is amazing. We also enjoy the tranquility of this park. Loud music has never been an issue at this KOA.

Love the river view....however campers do not respect other peoples sites. Cutting through most of these premium sites. Dogs are kept on to long leashes or no leashes at all. We will for sure be back. Owners very friendly and this KOA is very well kept.

What a great place to stay. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. WiFi worked perfectly, the whole place is extremely well looked after. The view of the river is spectacular. We look forward to returning.

Great campsite. Service was awesome - ordered firewood which was delivered really quickly. Enjoyed the pontoon boat ride. Also liked the rental of the boats for fishing. Will come back again.

Staff are fabulous. They were great with the kids. Service above par. To bad everything wasn't open but KOA made it very enjoyable. The live entertainment was great.

It was a great experience for my kids. I would like to return post covid and see more opportunities for the children. I realize this is out of your control. All staff were super friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Bathrooms were clean. Covid rules were in effect and everyone was great. The kids working are super helpful and happy all the time. It would be great to have a few more light posts around. I found it pretty dark at night.

Had a great week at Sturgeon Falls KOA, just wish we had had some shade. Well kept grounds, great staff and owners, nice area.

Asked for a site with some shade at time of booking... ended up in direct sunlight with zero shade... thats my only complaint... grounds are clean... had an issue with one of our bikes...Ray was cordial and prompt with helping out. Awesome people... would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed it! Very friendly staff! The only feedback would be to plant some trees...very little shade. Also...dogs in the water at the beach. Could they have their own area? We will be back!

Disappointed with the swimming area, crowded sites, limited shade for hot summers, difficult to find the entrance. Staff were very nice, and made every effort to accommodate us but we left after one night.

Very friendly and helpful. Only suggestion is no music allowed at swim area, as some bring it and everyone else has to hear it.

Wonderful stay! Very helpful and pleasant staff. Always smiling and great to chat with. Lots of things to do. Beach is a little small especially during COVID times making it hard to distance from others but the dock was great and kids loved the slide. Also the air gun from the field across was bothersome but not much can be done for that. Sites was easy to back into and our site had great trees.

Great spot on the Sturgeon River. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Quiet, family oriented campground. Will definitely be back!

Were running late, staff very accommodating. Lovely, serene place. Quiet. Couldn’t access wifi, but we watched the stars instead! Would return for sure.

We loved our site. Excellent pizza and brought to your site. Texting communication was awesome. All employees super friendly. We will be back for sure. Wish dog park was bigger and better and we didn't see a hiking trail anywhere. See you soon

Thank you for your great comments. No hiking trails at the campground, although some down the road had been closed due to COVID. Pleased to say the Dog Park expansion had already been planned out and are underway.

This was an amazing place. We have stayed at so many KOA across North America and this will rate in the top 3. The owners and staff are so nice, and helpful. Even during cover-19, you feel safe and secure that everyone is doing their part. It's set in a beautiful area, and very quiet. The sites were well maintained. Access is simple. We will stay again.

incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Great facilities that all worked very well. Sites are just a little too close to each other- not a lot of privacy or space to spread out. Otherwise - a great first experience in a trailer park- thank you.

We really enjoyed our stay and the staff members were extremely friendly and helpful, not only the owners, but the staff as well. We really cannot say enough good about the staff and owners. The texting capability was a great idea and really efficient. The pontoon boat ride was terrific.

We booked last minute after a really long time on the road and we booked the wrong type of camping site. No matter, the really friendly and helpful staff had us sorted out and upgraded our reservation for no extra charge. It was the last weekend of camping season and the place was busy, but every effort was made to accommodate us. The staff genuinely looked like they loved working there and made us feel special.
