Our stay was a great experience people that operate the campground very friendly and professional service was great like the idea of somebody showing were your lot is and the wood was delivered and stacked all these little things matter and just to walk in and somebody greeting you instead of being on there phone and ignoring you really matters to us you should showcase your product more.

We booked your premium $88/night site based on the online image, thinking that we treat ourselves to this expensive site for a river view from our trailer. We were very disappointed to arrive to a small packed-in site only a view of the creek from the front of the site. We just don't know why this was the most expensive site we've stayed at, including many other KOAs. We feel slightly ripped off.

We were so impressed with how friendly and attentative the staff are at this well kept KOA. Large sites with a beautiful view of the sturgeon river. A lovely Peaceful and quiet campground. We are looking forward returning next year and have already made our reservations.

Our second stay at Sturgeon Falls KOA. The most helpful and friendly campground we have found so far in Ontario. All of the staff are amazingly positive and put in a lot of effort for you. Can't think of a better place to stay if you want to relax.

Excellent. The owners and all the staff were so friendly and accommodating. Only hiccup was on our last day they had a dump truck and excavator start working at 7:00 am a few site over. We and the campers around us weren’t happy. I think they could have at least waited until 8:00. Other than that it was an awesome week. Looking forward to returning next year.

Beautiful, clean campground. Super friendly staff. Great spot for a one night stay when driving through or for a week to relax. Would recommend bringing or renting water activities.

Beautiful place and such friendly staff and visitors. The only way they got a 4 star from us instead of 5 star was because the bathrooms were out of service for our stay. We were traveling in a pop up with a 4 year old. We purposely chose a spot next to the bathroom. But staff were so friendly even offered rides in the golf cart to the front bathrooms. This site was tucked in between the “seasonals”and was tight. Only 30amp available here. Also, strange was the site behind us parked their cars in front of our campsite & walked through ours to get to there’s. We did reach out to the business and they apologized and said they’d speak to them. Overall the spot was okay but not to pay the extra for the upgraded patio.

We loved our stay. We had a great site, steps from the water, where we spent most of our time. It was a blazing hot weekend. The staff were great and super friendly and personable. The KOA is well kept and the amenities were great.

We had a great time with family. The girls in the carts that work there are extremely friendly. Going back next year but to a different site. Site 38 had a sewer smell most of the time. We spent our time at our cousins trailer so it wasn’t a big deal.

Short stay on route to Winnipeg. Nice pull-through overlooking the Marina. Best bathroom this trip - sole occupant for sink, toilet and shower!

The place was so neat and tidy. They bathrooms were very very clean and the night entertainment was great. The young staff were friendly, happy and very helpful.

Our stay was very disappointing. Far too many trailers parked very close together, and very few trees. The smell from an adjacent site’s sewer hookup was so noticeable that we had to move away even though our patio was on that side. Also the site was not level and we needed four levelling blocks to allow our automatic levellers to work. The cost of camping at KOA is high, for a poor experience.

We absolutely loved it. The owners and staff were very friendly and helpful. The beach and slide were so much fun. The facilities were very clean and the laundry was awesome as well. Can’t wait to go back.

We booked last minute after a really long time on the road and we booked the wrong type of camping site. No matter, the really friendly and helpful staff had us sorted out and upgraded our reservation for no extra charge. It was the last weekend of camping season and the place was busy, but every effort was made to accommodate us. The staff genuinely looked like they loved working there and made us feel special.
