We loved our time at sugarloaf key koa. It is very clean and well laid out. There was plenty of room for the bigger rigs to move without obstacles such as low hanging branches that scratch the rv. The only suggestion that I have which would have given sugarloaf a solid 5 is that I wish there was a fitness center and or pickle ball courts.

Sugarloaf Key KOA was, well, outstanding. The entire project was eye-candy, with no expense spared on site-planning and huge landscape installations. It anticipates the needs and requirements of campers, and it was always cleaned, with landscaping manicured daily. The design was exceptionally well done. Amenities were everywhere, and it is 20 minutes from the City of Key West.

A very pretty campground! Clean and nice amenities. Very pricy but only 20 miles from Key West which is why we stayed there. Probably won’t come back because not planning to go to Key West again.

We really enjoyed our stay at SL Key KOA! It's a true RV resort. We liked having the cafe and pub available and visited them everyday along with the pool and jacuzzi. We'll be back in January '23! Thank you for the great camping experience!

We loved our two week stay. Beautiful KOA. The only real downside.... there is not enough pool chairs for the number of people visiting the pool. NoSeeums can be tough on the days there is no wind. We were disappointed that we asked at reservation to be next to our friends that made reservations at the same time. We weren't far, but told we'd be next to one another.

Expensive but worth it if you take advantage of the amenities but we didn't. Spent all of our free time in the town of Key West. Just used the campground to sleep at. Didn't even use the showers or dog park. Nice that trash was picked up at our site. Gift Shop didn't have a common size of a t-shirt my wife wanted to purchase. Will most likely stay elsewhere next year when we come to the Keys.

Sunday to Sunday the staff was friendly ,professional and helpful. The facilities were always clean and well kept. We throughly enjoyed our time at SUGARLOAF and the KEYS.

We had such a great time, we didn’t want to leave. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The site was perfect and the pool, bar, hot tub and grounds were amazing. I highly recommend this campground.

Stayed for a few days exploring Key West. Nicely laid out, but still a work in progress. When finished it will be among the best in the Keys. Highly recommend staying here when in the area. Staff was excellent.

This KOA was completely amazing!! The pool, the bar, the food and the atmosphere was wonderful!! The campsites were by far the best I’ve ever stayed at!!

The staff are very inviting. It’s very clean and the amenities are top notch. I could not find another tv park with comparable amenities for the money. We plan on coming here on a regular basis

We actually began our stay three weeks prior to extending our stay. Your staff is very helpful, the facilities are extremely well maintained, and my family felt safe always. We couldn’t expect any more than what you provided, thank you KOA!

Everything about is was spectacular! Pristine sites that are spacious and beautifully landscaped. Very nice pool, hot tub, and a bar! Full service marina with boats. Paddle boards, kayaks to rent. The staff here was just as amazing! Facilities-bathrooms,showers and laundry were clean and spotless at all times!!! We will be back for sure!

Very nice Resort. They have done a great job of reconstructing after the hurricane. The landscaping is phenomenal, and the pool and bar area is spectacular. Our site was very nice with the patio and furniture, and we were right across from the pool in site 206. We will definitely stay here again the next time we're in the Keys. The sites are pricey, but you get what you pay for at this resort.

Beautiful clean park/campground. Totally reconstructed after the 2017 hurricane. No expense was spared during reconstruction. Gorgeous pool area with bar and cafe. One of the nicest RV parks we’ve ever stayed in. Not much of a view of the water but beautiful landscaping throughout. About 30 minute drive to Key West, not 17 per google maps. Kind of expensive but worth it.

Beautiful campground with very friendly staff. The water front site was absolutely stunning. The beach was the perfect setting for our daughter to get engaged!! The bar and entire pool area is a getaway in itself. Very tropical with great music! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful campground and facilities. Only suggestion is that the big landscaping rocks come out too far and make it difficult to maneuver a big rig into the site. We had a pull through site, but in order for us to park our toad in front of the rig, we stepped directly out of the coach onto those big rocks. Worried I would step out wrong and twist my ankle or worse. Shorten these rock lined areas.

It looks like the camp was recently rebuilt due to severe storm damage. The end result, however, is spectacular. This is one of the nicest campgrounds we have stayed in anywhere. The landscaping is breath-taking. The architectural rocks along the edges of each site are wonderful. The paved paths with brick are great. The club house and pool feel every bit a resort which we don't really see other places. It is clean, quiet and beautifully maintained. The overall rating reflects old news. I believe if averaged today it is more like 9-10 than in the 7's. Quite a campground. Spaces are roomy and flat. Picnic table and fire pit. Some shade but mostly open. Utilities perfect. Electric 119-121V. Two sewer connections. Paved interior roads. Pristine. Quiet. Service high. Streaming internet (!) incredible (lots of local access points). Beautiful cable with dozens of channels. Alas, $186 is incredibly high but it was full and we were there...... Key West is 20 miles west. We camped at Sugarloaf Key / Key West KOA Holiday in a Motorhome. Dry Tortugas National Park can be a half or all day trip. Flight is 35 minutes, ferry is just under 3 hours. There is also a lot in Key West itself which is 20 miles.
