Wonderful staff. Beautiful landscaping. Nice pool. Sites and drives/roads are MUCH too narrow. We had a hard time getting in our site as well as trying to leave the park.

Very nice and clean resort, great location. The bad side night one the new building was left with a door not secured. During the high winds of the night the door slammed all night. Being a veteran I'm a light sleeper so very little sleep that night. During the daytime hours there was constant banging from construction. The workers foul mouth would offend folks with children with F bombs all day.

This KOA is amazing. Brand new everything from their recent renovations. Great WiFi and a very friendly staff. Highly recommend staying here. 20 minutes to Key West.

Beautiful KOA convenient to Key West at milepost 20. Everything is brand new - the previous camp was wiped out by a hurricane. Very spacious, level, white gravel sites. Unusually convenient hookups. Nice bar with food. Lovely pool with very large hot tub. A lot of staff, all very friendly. Beautiful plantings. Easily the nicest KOA we’ve stayed at.

Great park and facilities. Clean and well taken care of sites and bathhouses. Can be better if: * Staff a bit more helpful - walked into the pub at 5:45 and was told they are closed.. Posted open to 6:00pm. Again at the price paid you expect more. * Check in was a bit curt. Again at this price, expect more welcoming. A little less explaining how busy your day is/was.

Everything was great except no daily activity like bingo or pot luck they need an activity director. This was the first KOA that had nothing extra.

This was either the best or maybe second best RV resort we have ever stayed at. Staff was friendly and helpful. They really built this very well. The only problem I had was kneeling on the rocks as I hooked up ( both knees replaced). If you are going to Key West, this is the place to stay!

The general manager, Wendy, was awesome about helping me merge several different reservations into one coherent stay. She we helpful, responsive, cheerful, and incredibly patient and professional. The new KOA rocks- from the check in staff, to the bar keep, to the live music, to the beautify grounds. Some one did an excellent job with selecting the furniture, plants, and the new large hot tub!

Wonderful facility with excellent service. Parts of the campground are under construction but they are trying to keep the disruptions and noise to a minimum.

We loved everything about this KOA! This is like a 5 star RV Resort. It far exceeded our expectations, we will definitely be back!

We had a nice time but found the lack of firewood disappointing. For the price of the site, we should have had firewood drr we live red for free and the fire set up a ready to go. Instead we were tokk ok d there was not firewood. Poor planning on managements part.

Beautifully landscaped,clean bathrooms overall a well run campground. Enjoyed our stay immensely but do to the high nightly rate (of which you are going to have in the keys) we won’t be able to be a frequent customer.

The beach is little rough and mud in the shallow that is not ok for the kids. Everything else is satisfying.

Absolutely amazing. This is our second time here. Very convenient to all destinations. Friendly and accommodating staff. Beautiful pool area just needs more seating and umbrellas. We already booked several more stays. Love it here. Thanks for the great vacation

We have traveled across this beautiful country 3 times and this was the only place we were NOT ready to leave when our 7 nights were over! Great staff. Great chill vibe. Nice laid back and relaxing. Hate to see the villas open and crowd that will come with them

My wife and I stayed a few days while in the area kayaking. The facilities are first class and appear to be new. The park personnel are friendly and helpful. The laundry facilities, bathrooms and showers were all sparkling clean. The pool area and bar are perfect for relaxing! There is even a small beach (rare in the keys). Key West is less than 20 miles south.

2 weeks of relaxation. Looks great, but ongoing construction on the rental suites. Pub is very pricey compared to previous years.

Very nice campground. Great beach, very nice pool, fun pub, and perfect location. I love the way the utilities, especially the sewer hookup, are placed within landscaping. Only downside: not very dog friendly. Even still, we'd definitely go back.

Beautiful campground since rebuild - love the patio sites with furniture - landscaping was beautiful and very well planned - miss parking for golf carts throughout the resort - drinks at the bar are way too expensive - recommend some chairs in the laundry room and considering credit card readers for the machines - some employees were not very friendly at all. This is our 4th time at this KOA.

It looks like the camp was recently rebuilt due to severe storm damage. The end result, however, is spectacular. This is one of the nicest campgrounds we have stayed in anywhere. The landscaping is breath-taking. The architectural rocks along the edges of each site are wonderful. The paved paths with brick are great. The club house and pool feel every bit a resort which we don't really see other places. It is clean, quiet and beautifully maintained. The overall rating reflects old news. I believe if averaged today it is more like 9-10 than in the 7's. Quite a campground. Spaces are roomy and flat. Picnic table and fire pit. Some shade but mostly open. Utilities perfect. Electric 119-121V. Two sewer connections. Paved interior roads. Pristine. Quiet. Service high. Streaming internet (!) incredible (lots of local access points). Beautiful cable with dozens of channels. Alas, $186 is incredibly high but it was full and we were there...... Key West is 20 miles west. We camped at Sugarloaf Key / Key West KOA Holiday in a Motorhome. Dry Tortugas National Park can be a half or all day trip. Flight is 35 minutes, ferry is just under 3 hours. There is also a lot in Key West itself which is 20 miles.
