The staff was very helpful and friendly. Everything was clean and new. The only bad thing was the hot tub was closed the entire time during our stay.

People were great and the new park is excellent. However I stayed in site 4003 It is your largest site. The planners did not take into consideration getting out of the site with a large Motorhome and trailer. There are two trees planted across the road which limit the exit space needed. I had to unhook my trailer and have a nice person with a truck to hook on and tow my trailer to relocate.

The sites were clean and well equipped with table, chairs and fire pit. There is a great pool area too.

This place is beautiful! Each space is a nice size. There is beautiful foliage between each site. A lot of staff and they are always cleaning the sites after a guest leaves, including the fire pit. I checked out the rest rooms, very clean and spacious. Clean pool area with bar and they serve food as well. The campground is a good location as well. I just left and hope to be back soon.

Excellent bathrooms and friendly, helpful staff. Beautiful landscaping and easy access to Key West from local bus. Dog park is beautiful.

We were three couples with the same motor home, 43’. Sites 502-504, pull through,… we had problems with the landscaping… rocks, rocks, everywhere! Couldn’t get out of the Rv without stepping on rocks… dangerous…. With that kind of landscaping, it’s for small Rvs. Won’t go back there…. Too bad the rest is gorgeous!

Awesome! Loved the beach site and the pool and fire pits near the pool. Staff is awesome as well.

5 days on site 1005 which backs up to the sand beach. All new facilities and welcoming hosts all around made this our top rated KOA!

It was perfect. We enjoyed the pool, laundry room and snack bar. The owners gave us great information about the Keys which made our time there even better.

Beautiful campground. Pool music too loud until 10:00 at night. Especially since the pool closes at dusk and bar closes at 9:00pm.

They've done a great job of rebuilding. The landscaping is young but beautiful, and in 5 years or so will be awesome. Big pool and great bar & grill. Be ready for Key west prices!! You cannot beat the water views. And only 20 min from Key West. We will SO come back here!!!

Very disappointed the hot tub was not in service. We were looking forward to relaxing after the long journey. Other than that this place is awesome. Already booked a return visit. Thanks

The days we stayed the night time temperature was in the low 70's, beautiful nights to sit outside to enjoy the weather. Unfortunately we couldn't because it felt like we were in a gaint bonfire. I couldn't breath and had to go inside by 7pm. We were planning of reserving for next Thanksgiving and have family stay in the new vacation suits but their rooms will be full of smoke. Staff was very nice

Staff was absolutely fabulous. They were all friendly, helpful and courteous. They kept the place clean and tidy. Bath & shower facilities are excellent. Prices at store and bar were reasonable. A warning for future campers - No-see-ums really tore into our legs so use insect repellent as soon as you get there and be sure to re-apply.

Its a beautiful park, reason i did not give it a 5 star rating is because its a weekend party place, 2nd is we had an ocean view back in and i did not care for people sitting right behind our RV on the beach and smoking cigarettes and making lots of noise. I noticed no dogs allowed on the beach but seen plenty, I did not take my dog on the beach as I follow park rules.

Out of the 4 KOA's we have visited, this was by far the best. It is truly a resort campground. Staff is attentive and friendly. Grounds were clean and well maintained. We will most certainly return on our next trip to the Keys.

The campground was very well kept. Everything was clean. We really enjoyed our stay except that the pool closes at dusk. We were on daylight savings and dusk was 6:00PM

Had a pleasant quiet time enjoying the pool, live bands, easy access to the water and the dark star filled nights. I will definitely be back to visit.

We loved it. Had a spot on the mangroves which was really large. The campground was really clean. Staff was friendly and helpful with the exception of Leni. Pool and bar area were fantastic. Laundry facilities were super clean.

This is by far the best KOA we have stayed at; actually, the best campground ever. We were in spot 302, an end site, very spacious. Everyone on the staff was friendly, helpful and available. The staff drove around constantly picking up trash and making sure the grounds staying pristine. The pool and lounge/bar area were wonderful; so peaceful. Love this place!! Will stay again.

This KOA sets the bar so incredibly high for all other campgrounds. The staff was constantly looking for ways to help, they kept the area clean, they were always visible if you needed something. The sites had an amazing amount of landscaping so you didn’t feel so close to your neighbors. Great place to stay!!

Great place..clean bathrooms and showers..great pool area..saw two bands in bar area..Kim and Kimberly were great behind the bar..nice store and food made to order..

It looks like the camp was recently rebuilt due to severe storm damage. The end result, however, is spectacular. This is one of the nicest campgrounds we have stayed in anywhere. The landscaping is breath-taking. The architectural rocks along the edges of each site are wonderful. The paved paths with brick are great. The club house and pool feel every bit a resort which we don't really see other places. It is clean, quiet and beautifully maintained. The overall rating reflects old news. I believe if averaged today it is more like 9-10 than in the 7's. Quite a campground. Spaces are roomy and flat. Picnic table and fire pit. Some shade but mostly open. Utilities perfect. Electric 119-121V. Two sewer connections. Paved interior roads. Pristine. Quiet. Service high. Streaming internet (!) incredible (lots of local access points). Beautiful cable with dozens of channels. Alas, $186 is incredibly high but it was full and we were there...... Key West is 20 miles west. We camped at Sugarloaf Key / Key West KOA Holiday in a Motorhome. Dry Tortugas National Park can be a half or all day trip. Flight is 35 minutes, ferry is just under 3 hours. There is also a lot in Key West itself which is 20 miles.
