Best KOA we ever stayed at!!! It's new and I hope corporate KOA keeps it preserved in tip top shape for years to come. Felt like a top notch mini resort. Only complaint, the gorgeous landscaped spot we were in was too tight, we all got scratches on our legs trying to enter our RV climbing through the gardens surrounding the spot. Could of made spots wider sr we could of entered and exited easier.

This was paradise!! The campground is just gorgeous and the staff couldn’t be more helpful and pleasant!! Close to Key West and some fabulous restaurants and attractions.

Sites clean & well designed-nice space between sites. Patio is great upgrade, larger stone keeps it from being tracked in. Sewer connection is high for our small travel trailer so we had to finesse it. Some road noise (and noise from ongoing construction). Beach is small, but the pool area is nice. Wish store was open later. Friendly & helpful staff.

This KOA sets the standard for what every KOA should be! What a beautiful place to stay. Customer service is exceptional and the amenities are beautifully maintained. We can’t wait to come back. Perfect distance from Key West.

We just left a couple days ago. The campground is absolutely gorgeous! The pool area and bar area are wonderful as well as the bartenders! The campground workers were super friendly and helpful. We will definitely be coming back. Only negative was the no-seeums! My husband got totally bit up! I know the area was sprayed but it appears it doesn't affect the no-seeums.

Loved Sugarloaf RV Resort. Staff was so nice and willing to assist on anything. This is a first class RV Resort. Showers, bathrooms, laundry facilities are the best. And the JUMBO HOTOG in the cafe is the best I have ever eaten, it's a must. The sites are level and very accessible and each site is designed with trees and plants. The bar staff make some of the best drinks you will ever drink....

It was very nice! Great location to Key West! The only complaint that we had was we couldn’t sit outside our RV because of the no-seeum bugs. Not sure if it was the time of year or if you have them all year.

Beautiful resort! Great staff! Thank you Tina for the mixology lesson... especially your own recipes! The rocks around the campsites are very pleasing to the eye. Just remember to keeping a couple pieces of 2x6 handy to help get over them; especially for the big rigs with trailers. We will definitely be back.

It was amazing. The site was beautiful. The entire campground is awesome. The campstore, bar and grille, the pool, the hot tub, the marina, absolutely gorgeous! The staff are wonderful! So helpfu, patient l and knowledgeable. We had such a great week. Cant wait to come back!! ��

I would rate a 5 if my issue was resolved. I booked and paid for a Mangrove site (as listed on my original receipt on 10/12). Apparently it showed up at the office as a perimeter site, so when I called to add an extra day early, was put in a perimeter site (we arrived after hours and couldn’t discuss upon arrival). Before we left I talked with the office and they said they’d look into it. Plz

We had a fantastic time at the newly designed Campground. We have stayed 3 other times before Erma and loved the campground then. Now it is so much more than just a campground, it is a high class resort with outstanding landscaping, luxurious pool and spa area, full marina with really nice rental boats (we rented a pontoon for two days.) The staff was super friendly to. Can’t wait to visit agai

This was our 3rd trip here, heading back down next week and each time gets just a bit better. We love seeing the progress. The entire staff is just amazing, friendly, helpful and just fun to be with…feels like family. Enjoyed the live music, and the cafe opening is nice. Really a true resort.

Unfortunately we were only there for one night. The newly opened campground is beautiful and has all the amenities you could want. Only concerns are the cost of the campground (and others around) makes you think twice about booking vs getting a AirBnB or hotel, and the location is not very close to any restaurants or stores. Great place to stay though and would recommend highly.

Fantastic! Only complaint was - because your cable doesn’t include Fox there was no World Series coverage. Recommend getting at least one Bluetooth (ROKU etc) TV at the bar and streaming big events not covered by your limited cable. Cheers.

We had a great time at the Sugarloaf Key KOA. The campground and facilities were clean and well maintained. Work is still underway to rebuild the park but what’s been done so far is top notch! All staff were friendly and helpful. Very impressed.

All is well in KOA until that one PRETENTIOUS SELF IMPORTANT MOBILE HOME DRAGGER, showed up and blocked my access all night. HE DROPPED HIS COFFEE THE NEXT MORNING. karma.

I would rate a 5 but the no see ems ate me alive. I wish they would spray. I will say that my husband had less trouble with them than I did.

Stayed overnight in tent site. Convenience to key west was nice, away from road to minimize road noise. Recovering well from storm damage from recent years. Uses cement pad where tent is set up. Amenities are nice but think pool should have specific hours instead of just until dusk.

The design and layout of this campground is the best I've ever seen and the amenities were awesome with the bar at the pool including bocce ball, cornhole areas and hot tub! The marina store and available boat rentals were very nice and made for a super day. It's all new construction yet the landscaping looks mature in most areas. And I can't say enough good things about the staff! Will be back!

This RV park has been rebuilt after the hurricane. All new with really beautiful trees, plants and flowers. Wide pads and just a wonderful place as they just reopened in July. Great hosts and only about 12 miles from Key West. The nicest KOA we have stayed at. Barbara was helpful with great places to eat.

The KOA Campground in Key West was amazing. It was completely remodeled. The pool and bar were clean and gorgeous. The showers and bathrooms Very clean st all times. Great customer service from staff. It was quiet. The people staying were also friendly and polite. Our three families loved it and can’t wait to go back fir a longer time.

It looks like the camp was recently rebuilt due to severe storm damage. The end result, however, is spectacular. This is one of the nicest campgrounds we have stayed in anywhere. The landscaping is breath-taking. The architectural rocks along the edges of each site are wonderful. The paved paths with brick are great. The club house and pool feel every bit a resort which we don't really see other places. It is clean, quiet and beautifully maintained. The overall rating reflects old news. I believe if averaged today it is more like 9-10 than in the 7's. Quite a campground. Spaces are roomy and flat. Picnic table and fire pit. Some shade but mostly open. Utilities perfect. Electric 119-121V. Two sewer connections. Paved interior roads. Pristine. Quiet. Service high. Streaming internet (!) incredible (lots of local access points). Beautiful cable with dozens of channels. Alas, $186 is incredibly high but it was full and we were there...... Key West is 20 miles west. We camped at Sugarloaf Key / Key West KOA Holiday in a Motorhome. Dry Tortugas National Park can be a half or all day trip. Flight is 35 minutes, ferry is just under 3 hours. There is also a lot in Key West itself which is 20 miles.
