My family has been camping for five years and it's safe to say that this campground is one of the nicest we've stayed at. Though the pool, the bar, the cafe, the water toys and the beach are amazing, what really stood out to us were the employees. The staff here was excellent and they were as friendly as ever and never made us felt like we were bothering them. This KOA is lucky to have them!

A resort is accurate to use. Friendly staff. Lots to do for everyone. We stayed 8 days and enjoyed every day. Convenient to Key West. Very nice facility.

Wonderful campground. Rebuilt after Hurricane Irma and done right! Immaculate grounds, facilities, and friendly helpful staff. My only critique would have been a playground for kids. Ironically, there is a play area for dogs. Water activities is the focus here but sometimes kids need a break. Would definitely return and recommend.

Enjoyed our stay & the amenities. Staff nice, bathrooms/showers clean, pool refreshing, beach was cute. Enjoyed the pool deck & the bar/food service. Need fencing or high plants near the tent sites around the edge near the exit. It was rough trying to sleep in a tent when RVs and trucks were coming in at night. Headlights woke us up. Better tie downs for tents. Sandbags not enough in wind.

This KOA overextended our expectations! The sites are large, the people friendly, so much to do, we enjoyed the pool and live music at the bar. Our only disappointment is that they are already booked for next season. They accept reservations way too far in advance as to not give the option to rebook.

Nice resort. The grounds are well manicured. The pool is beautiful. Love the bar area. Adequate food options. There is a “beach”. Facilities were nice. Maybe a coin machine or credit card for laundry? Sites are tight, but aren’t most anymore. We were asked twice to move our truck so someone could get in or out of the site next to us. We were very much within our site.

The facilities were outstanding. The foliage throughout was beautiful. Our site (111) was all paved, large and perfectly located. Close to pool, water and bathhouse. Only complaint would be the dog park. There really needs to be a separate space for large dogs and small dogs. We certainly hope to return. It appears reservations will not be easy to get which is not a surprise.

One of the top 3 KOA's in which we have stayed. Everything you need in one location, clean facilities, beautiful view, and a friendly staff. We absolutely loved our pull-thru site and the accommodations provided.

Beautiful resort, friendly staff. Could use several more chairs at pool, the coral rocks by campsites should be reduced at each end of sites for easier pull in and out. Overall we had a great experience.

I really loved every thing about the resort except for the bar could have served food till 9pm, they stopped serving food at 5:30 when it says food till 6pm. On Saturday there was a band and I heard many people complaining they had to order pizza from outside vendor. You would make more money on food if you kept kitchen open especially on Friday and Saturday when you have live music.

The campgrounds were beautiful! So was the pool & hot tub & bar area & stores. I loved Howard Livingston & mm24!!! The only 2 problems = the dog area was not real grass/dirt & something in the air made my skin itch . Maybe salt air? maybe "No see'ums"?? Whatever it was gave me welts 7 made me itch alot.

Extremely expensive during high season (March 14th for us), but the Campground looks completely new and the pool/spa are amazing. It is well located (30 min from Key West). Great place!

It looks like the camp was recently rebuilt due to severe storm damage. The end result, however, is spectacular. This is one of the nicest campgrounds we have stayed in anywhere. The landscaping is breath-taking. The architectural rocks along the edges of each site are wonderful. The paved paths with brick are great. The club house and pool feel every bit a resort which we don't really see other places. It is clean, quiet and beautifully maintained. The overall rating reflects old news. I believe if averaged today it is more like 9-10 than in the 7's. Quite a campground. Spaces are roomy and flat. Picnic table and fire pit. Some shade but mostly open. Utilities perfect. Electric 119-121V. Two sewer connections. Paved interior roads. Pristine. Quiet. Service high. Streaming internet (!) incredible (lots of local access points). Beautiful cable with dozens of channels. Alas, $186 is incredibly high but it was full and we were there...... Key West is 20 miles west. We camped at Sugarloaf Key / Key West KOA Holiday in a Motorhome. Dry Tortugas National Park can be a half or all day trip. Flight is 35 minutes, ferry is just under 3 hours. There is also a lot in Key West itself which is 20 miles.
