what a gorgeous park. No expense spared. the grounds are immaculate. sites are beautifully landscaped like none we have ever seen. Pool area is beautiful and the store, cafe and bar are so great. Only 2 things i would change are more loungers at pool, and an activities director ( water aerobics, etc). we will be back!!!!

This place is absolutely gorgeous, clean and classy. I would like to see more activities to get the guest together like Bingo, Arts, Crafts, etc... But, overall a very nice place to stay.

In the past 10 yes we been going I was giving first refusal to book for next year. I was told everything site was full. No consideration for long time camper’s, and we enjoy the beach site. One other suggestion, do not allow dogs on the beach all they do pee or poop with young kids digging in the sand, there needs to be signs before entering the beach. What a well kept and clean destination. All the amenities were in perfect working order and although they were doing some construction it didn’t have any impact on our stay. The people who ran the campground were so helpful and nice they looked and acted like they really truly loved the campground and their jobs. Congrats on a wonderful campground and have exceptional staff!!!

This was our first visit and we found the campground and facilities downright luxurious! Furthermore, every single time we used the bathroom facilities by the tent sites, they were clean and dry. We cannot wait to return to this wonderful place!

My wife and I had a wonderful time at this campground. We stayed 2 nights and would love to come back for a week. They have all the amenities you could need. The beach is very nice with a beautiful view of a bridge. Pool and bar are a great time. We enjoyed ourselves so much we booked another trip before we even left the property. Can’t wait to be back!

Though the park is beautiful and people attentive. I will only comment what needs to be improved. Activities were non existent. A social director is needed. Old KOA used to have something 6 out of 7 days (coconut bowling, bingo, etc Every act that appeared on stage was a disaster None of them could sing on key. Haywire sound system not set right Rock edging made it impossible to get in site.

The campground was amazing!!! The grounds were well maintained. The staff was extremely helpful and very nice. We stay in a lot of KOAs and this was definitely one of the nicest. The pool was beautiful. The drinks at the bar were a bit pricey and the beach was a little small but overall just amazing

We enjoyed our 3 night camping stay at your KOA. The campground location next to the channel between Sugarloaf and Cudjoe Keys offered a beautiful scenic and restful getaway. The grounds are well maintained and clean. The clubhouse and pool was very nice and used by many guests throughout the day. We used the county bus service for our excursion to and from Key West. THANKS FOR A GREAT EXPERIENCE.

This site is incredible. All sites are level and easy access. There are an abundance of amenities and the staff were really helpful. This site was a treat, definitely a resort site with all the trimmings.

This KOA is more like a 5 star resort. The beach, the pool, the hammocks and patio furniture - all superior quality. And the staff were all exceptional from check in to set up to enjoying the amenities, every interaction was a positive one. I would highly recommend this KOA.

We were greeted and shown our site by the friendliest man, who also gave us dog treats for our pups! Many people in the campground were friendly. The sites were so beautiful and accommodating. We already want to come back and have already recommended this KOA to others!

The campground is very very nice I think people would use the pool bar morefrequently if you would maybe adjust prices a little . Especially your frozen drinks are about $5 more than in key West.

Our family thought that the KOA beautiful. However, we were disappointed. First, it's a KOA Holiday but there aren't any play areas for the kids except for the water. Yes, there's the pool area, but that's it. 2nd, the cost. Outrageous and with it being a family resort and we had to pay per child? 3rd, barely any activities offered. 4th, 1musical guest used profanity thru perf. No monthly discoun

The park was beautiful and well maintained. We enjoyed the hot tub, pool, fire pits and bar. I did get eaten alive by mosquitoes. Wish they would spray for them.

Absolutely fantastic, love the amenities. One suggestions , please stop allowing people to come in and set up at 1am. Listening to someone back up beeps for 20 minutes and the rest of the noise and lights while they set up ruin the night’s sleep.

One of the best parks we have ever stayed at. Beautiful landscaping around the pool and the entire park for that matter. Great pub/restaurant. Staff were more than accomodating. Facilities were all top notch. Bottom line, the best KOA we have ever stayed at. We'll be back.

Stayed end-Feb, 2022 in a class C, back in site. Brand new facilities. Building underway on a motel. Beautiful pool and landscaping. Super nice restrooms & showers. About 20 miles from Key West.

Very clean and great customer service. The plants are really beautiful throughout the KOA. Great pool area and fun entertainment with music in the evening and a bar. All around great fun and relaxing KOA. One of the best I have stayed in.

Great place! Staff was wonderful especially the permanent housekeeping staff (unfortunately, I didn’t get their names-husband and wife). Entertainment, food and drinks were good, too! Hope to return next year!

Brand new facility, excellent in all aspects. Staff friendly and helpful. Sites are large with lots of foliage. Everything done first class… probably the best KOA we have ever been to.

It looks like the camp was recently rebuilt due to severe storm damage. The end result, however, is spectacular. This is one of the nicest campgrounds we have stayed in anywhere. The landscaping is breath-taking. The architectural rocks along the edges of each site are wonderful. The paved paths with brick are great. The club house and pool feel every bit a resort which we don't really see other places. It is clean, quiet and beautifully maintained. The overall rating reflects old news. I believe if averaged today it is more like 9-10 than in the 7's. Quite a campground. Spaces are roomy and flat. Picnic table and fire pit. Some shade but mostly open. Utilities perfect. Electric 119-121V. Two sewer connections. Paved interior roads. Pristine. Quiet. Service high. Streaming internet (!) incredible (lots of local access points). Beautiful cable with dozens of channels. Alas, $186 is incredibly high but it was full and we were there...... Key West is 20 miles west. We camped at Sugarloaf Key / Key West KOA Holiday in a Motorhome. Dry Tortugas National Park can be a half or all day trip. Flight is 35 minutes, ferry is just under 3 hours. There is also a lot in Key West itself which is 20 miles.
