We stayed 10 days at the Sugarloaf KOA. The campground is absolutely beautiful! The landscaping is amazing and the entire campground is very clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful and the pool and pub are wonderful.

Awesome, very clean. Every amenity you could want in a campground. Very polite staff. My only complaint is you've allowed booking out past 12 months and now i cant come back next year.

Incredible place. Services. Cleanliness. Great spaces. Pool is wonderful. Bar and evening entertainment. Marina with rentals. Store. Food to buy. Beautiful all around. Not only best KOA we have ever been at. Maybe the best camp of any kind. Hope that it never declines

Completely rebuilt and beautiful. Pool has a full bar. Now you don't see that at every KOA!

Absolutely beautiful newly renovated campground! The water activities were a huge hit with our family and it absolutely felt worth the price to stay in the keys!

So friendly. We loved our stay and already made a reservation for a week next year. Super clean. Landscaped to the max. Great poolside bar. Fabulous pool and hot tub and game area. Met many people who said the same thing.

We found our stay to be wonderful, clean and we enjoyed all the amenities that the campsite offered. There was plenty of space for our camper and loved the friendly services. We were disappointed that we could not book for next year as there was nothing available at the time we take our vacation.

The park is beautiful but the landscaping makes it difficult to access my basement cabinets to dump my black/gray tanks and to reach tools.

We One of the nicest KOAs we have stayed at, planning to go back next year. ITT is also the most expensive KOA. We have stayed at but it’s the KEYs.

Great facility, friendly staff, very clean

Music from pool area starts too early, and is too loud in neighboring sites. Turn it down.

The best kept KOA we have ever been to. The staff was great. The park was probably the nicest resort we have ever stayed at and we fulltime RV. We will most definitely return.

Very nice campground. Entire staff was professional and cordial. Prices are too high but guess it’s because of your location.

Lovely and clean park! Facilities are top notch! Thank you staff!

Wish you had a center beach access instead of having to walk to the boat ramp are. Seems like only those lucky enough to have a waterfront spot can enjoy the beach area. Pool area is great! Our sight was clean and comfy!

Beautiful campground. We’ll designed sites with crushed stone and landscaping. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The facilities were new and so clean!

It was insanely expensive ($210 per night), but you can see they've put a LOT of money into making it nice, nicest campground I've ever been to for decor and amenities.

The people are very accommodating and the park is really a beautiful park. Lots to do in the area and also have many different kinds of rentals for most anything you want to do on the water. I definitely will be back.

All was good with exception to the kayak launching area by our site. There was so much mulch and tree branches that made it unusable. Didn't want to step in the muck not knowing what was under it. It would be great if these area were cleaned out once in awhile. Paid extra to be on that site and didn't get to use it.

It looks like the camp was recently rebuilt due to severe storm damage. The end result, however, is spectacular. This is one of the nicest campgrounds we have stayed in anywhere. The landscaping is breath-taking. The architectural rocks along the edges of each site are wonderful. The paved paths with brick are great. The club house and pool feel every bit a resort which we don't really see other places. It is clean, quiet and beautifully maintained. The overall rating reflects old news. I believe if averaged today it is more like 9-10 than in the 7's. Quite a campground. Spaces are roomy and flat. Picnic table and fire pit. Some shade but mostly open. Utilities perfect. Electric 119-121V. Two sewer connections. Paved interior roads. Pristine. Quiet. Service high. Streaming internet (!) incredible (lots of local access points). Beautiful cable with dozens of channels. Alas, $186 is incredibly high but it was full and we were there...... Key West is 20 miles west. We camped at Sugarloaf Key / Key West KOA Holiday in a Motorhome. Dry Tortugas National Park can be a half or all day trip. Flight is 35 minutes, ferry is just under 3 hours. There is also a lot in Key West itself which is 20 miles.
