Everything was fine. Very level and easy to park. Lots of road noise, but then again it is a Journey KOA.

Staff very polite and helpful. Camp sight is very noisy too close to the interstate and middle of town. Traffic kept us awake most of the night. Campground was clean and kept up well

Lots of traffic noise. Pads need some work. Need to change the brochure. No pond. Horse shoe pits can't be played. Showers need new curtains because of mold. Showers are also very small.

all considered was ok for an overnighter. Road noise from highway is loud at night. not a "pretty" KOA, but works well for a quick in and out.

Nice older park.Site was good for our motorhome with Jeep towed. Utilities good. Highway noise is extremely loud. Very good for a 1 night stay. Easy in and out

Pretty campground very conveniently located. Staff was very helpful making an evening reservation for the same night. Clean and tidy bath/shower house. Glad we stayed!

Four night stay to very sit our daughter and her family. The location was perfect at Ststeline and I 30. The sites are spacious with easy access restrooms and laundry. Long term and seasonal guests are separate from Journey guests which we like. Great stay. We will be back.

Nice lots, clean park. The only complaint is that the phone is never answered. Leave a message and they will call you back but it is inconvenient.

It was a great place for a one night lay over. Clean and easy to get to and easy parking. Everyone. Was very nice, even got a call from The main office to get us checked in early! Loved the dog park as well.

It was very noisy as we were next to the highway and frontage road. It seemed they used it as race track. The swing had broken slats and no cable even know there was a cable box.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

When the cable company went to a digital system in 2014 we actually tried to hand out and retrive the digital boxes. We gave up after a few years as the procedure was more a source of frustration for everyone. we try to let everyone know in advance we do not have cable and say so on our website.

We had another wonderful visit with family and friends. The KOA cabins were clean. Restroom and facilities were clean. Staff is very friendly.

All contact with the campground was electronic - voicemail, text or e-mail. Before arriving I was given explicit instructions for my site number and how to get to the site. Power and water were sufficient and conveniently located. There was a trash can immediately next to the site - very convenient. Some side-to-side crown to the campsite, so last minute adjustments were needed to be level.

This park is adjacent to a major, busy highway. Way to much noise. The park should install a sound barrier or double row of evergreen

Loved being able to pull in with our tow vehicle for an overnight stay. Easy in and Easy out. Very clean bath house convenient to all overnight pull thru's.

Host not helpful locating your site spot and seemed bothered by asking for assistance. (Rude). Maybe just was having a bad day.

The park was nice, clean, and check in was super easy. It's great place to stay if you are passing through or looking for convenience, but it is right by the freeway and the traffic is pretty loud. This is not the place to stay if you're looking for peace and tranquility. Overall great experience though and plan on staying again in the future.

It’s great if you like to hear trucks with engine brakes sirens and very very loud traffic. The staff is absolutely GREAT. Noise is the problem

Neat park, with large campsites, friendly staff, good restroom facilities. We stayed one night. Easy access from I30. Only negative was our site had a little more slop than I like. But it worked.

The KOA campground section is well taken care of. Although a bit noisy, from the adjacent freeway, the park is very conveniently located. Its proximity is easy to get off and on the the freeway.

Right on the interstate with train horns also. When we were there the camp store was not open as expected.

My cable TV did not work. The pool was locked up so I couldn't take a dip. Some of the campsites had debris laying around, nothing major but it was obvious that no one inspects the campsites after the customer leaves.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We do not offer cable tv and we make every effort to tell campers so and say so everywhere possible on the web site. The pool closed on September 30th, the pool furniture is all gone, we think it obvious the pool wsa closed and indeed locked.

Large, clean restrooms and showers. Staff didn't seem like they wanted to get up to show us our site. Lots of Interstate noise and train noise; an Airport would have made a perfect trifecta.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

we try to register guests on the phone and send a payment email which has the bath house code and wifi password and directions to their site so that quests can go directly too their site without having to stop at the office. Most quests like this and any who want to visit the office are welcome.

I have stayed at this KOA before. This particular stay was very unpleasant. When I arrived at spot B-21 I noticed some toilet paper around the sewer hookup. I thought a prior camper had made the mess. However, the next morning I discovered the hard way that B-21 campsite’s underground sewer line was stopped up. I ruined a good pair of shoes trying to prevent the sewer from overflowing. Awful.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

This camper put his sewer hose in the water shutoff instead of the sewer drop which made a mess. The sewer drop has a concrete base around it. We cleaned this all up after this camper left. Since this camper had been here before, we believe it should be obvious as too the proper sewer hookup.

Quick and easy access from the interstate and we had a site down in the trees, fairly quiet. It was dark when we arrived but there was someone waiting for us and escorted us right to our site. We only stayed one night and were grateful for doordash. Safe and clean
