Not as well kept as under previous ownership. Bathrooms weren’t as clean as they used to be or cleaned as often. Roads need stones added to fill large ravines (ruts)and chick holes can’t park in cabin 1 & cabin 2 parking space without bottoming out undercarriage of cars. Multiple simple requests for garbage can liner bag, which should have been in place before we got there were not addresse

Setting was beautiful, large cabin was not cleaned, had a queen bed in master instead of king. For older people there was not any comfortable sitting very run down. . Many items needed to fixed, for the nightly expense of $250.00 everything should of been top notch. Would have to really think about going again.

We stayed in a deluxe cabin. It had all the amenities we were looking for. We loved the fact it was over looking the water. The park was very clean and the staff friendly. With that it was a more than huuuuuuuge disappointment that the pool was NOT heated as advertised nor was there a hot tub. This was one of the deciding factors at booking.

One of the best KOAs we have stayed at. The deluxe cabin accommodations were top notch. The swimming pond was fun and a great way for kids to spend the day. While we didn’t explore the area, it seems as though it is a great location in comparison to activities around. It does get muddy in high traffic areas. We will be back!

Very clean & freindly staff. The pool needs more chlorine. A little dirty. The cabins could use an awning over the patios to shade the sun. It was so hot it made the patio unusable. Definitely could use more large cabins for rent. Great campground & have recommended to others. Everyone commented positively on how nice it was.

The deluxe cabin patios really need to have sun shades of some sort. With it either being too hot or rainy, it rendered these patios useless for our stay. It also would have been nice to have the heater in the pool working. I was impressed, however, that when the ladder on the pond slide got a hole, the maintenance crew did do their best to fix it. Another plus is the staff is very friendly.

We had a really quick stay during a long drive between Michigan and Massachusetts, but loved the campground. It’s so clean and has so many fun features for the kids. The staff was very helpful and polite. We stayed in a cabin which was clean and had everything needed but I plan to book a site to take my camper at another KOA closer to home very soon. Thank you.

My kids were obsessed with the water slide and water trampoline. By the end of the day, everyone was so tired from playing outside all day. Great little get away!

The digital cable antenna system made the TV worthless.Most of the duration of our stay was hampered by rain so we were cabin bound and would liked to have had use of it.I think they should have adjusted the rental fee accordingly, disappointed!

It was good. Tv wouldn't work but we really didn't need it. Only complaint was the hand soap and soaps in shower were filled with water instead of replaced. We brought our own anyways but not pleasant to see that.

Good but I can tell there is less attention to details than last year. Last year we had garbage pick up, hanging flowers on our cabins weren’t dead, blowup in swim pond was inflated better last year, and last year we had bar soap in our cabin. This year little things like that were not paid attention to but campers notice these things and may try new places. Also would like to see moe souvenirs.

We have always had a very good experience there but this time we had a problem that could have been very serious but ended up okay but not before some very traumatic events. There is not enough room for the story so hopefully someone will call us because it is affecting whether we come back. We love it there and have friends and family that have permanent sites.

Your young staff needs to know what the reservation state. The 1st girl check us in you have a good cart abs are in cabin 2! Yes ok your balance is I paid. Got to the cabin no coffee marker no golf cart. Ask a employee that was driving by he said he would take care of it. No nothing f for two hours finally drive up. Another girl waited on me told me I didn’t reserve one. Yea I did. She checked

All I can say is one word EXCELLENT!!! Everyone went out of the way to make our stay very pleasant. The cabin we stayed in was very, very clean and well kept up to standards that we like. We will be back.

Stayed in a cabin for 3 nights and had a blast! Pool area was great and pond was clean and fun as well. Cabins were clean too.

Loved the campground. The text messaging feature to staff was super helpful to us. Only negative was that the kitchen ware could be more comprehensively listed on the site for what is available for the deluxe cabin. (If it was we both missed it) All the public place were super clean and people were friendly. Felt really safe given the pandemic.

We stayed in a deluxe cabin. It was greater than what I expected. There was so much to do there and in the area" and the staff was courteous and accommodating. My kids and I had a great week and will definitely return. This was the best KOA property we have visited yet!

Stayed in a deluxe cabin for 2 nights. Booked this trip based on website description of activities we did not have at home and wanted or kids to enjoy. Unfortunately the pool they claimed was heated was false and at 69 degrees... Very cold. Beach area was not sand but small pebbles that hurt the kids feet to walk on. Ruined our stay and cost us $175 a night to find out about the false advertising.

The pictures shown online are very confusing. We thought we were getting a different cabin than the one we got. The studio is described as 'all the comforts of home' be very aware that is not the case. No inside table at all, be prepared to make your meals on the bed should it rain while you are there. The studio is NOT for anyone with a small child. Be sure to call and have actually photos sent.

Cabin was clean, really small no table or chairs in cabin had to eat on the bed, the TV didn't work had 5 channels one was a kids channel and we had no kids. Needed some kind of shade on the deck. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Had a Deluxe Cabin for 2 nights and it had many amenities included which made our packing much easier. Amenities aren't listed clearly on website. (Bedding,Towels, dishcloths,cups, plates,bowls,silverware, microwave, small fridge, coffee maker, toaster,(nostove),propane grill(they furnish propane,) dish soap, garbage bags, toilet paper, etc. Great kids park with a huge bouncing pillow. Large dog park! Swimming pool, ponds, beautiful views and landscaping. If you're into Halloween this place fills up and most everyone decorates their places! I guess it is a big deal for all ages! (We stayed Sept. 29-Oct1)
