Great rv site and cabins we rented cabins and brought our rv the park is great we had a ball great family outing

We loved it we stayed in cabin 1 heat would have been great we called ahead of time and asked if there was heat in the cabin they said yes but there was no heater.... Still we loved your campground the cabin and we will be back next year because you are all booked out for the rest of this year....

It was a very positive experience. The campground was beautiful and well-maintained. Two small negative points: (1) unsupervised kids were using a lot of profanity on the jumping pad in the presence of smaller children (2) we stayed in a deluxe cabin that was in basically non-stop sunshine. A little shade would have been welcome.

We had a wonderful time, the cabin was beautiful clean and the employees are very nice, we stayed over mother's day weekend and it SNOWED! But we made the best of it and they let us stay longer than check out due to the snow!! I think that was super awesome of them considering they don't have any control over mother nature ��

Hand grips in the cabin shower . Easy to slip and fall. No tv reception also. Will come back. Everyone very nice and pleasent.

Cabin 8 is our favorite. Right on the fishing lake. It was so clean too. I'm talking spotless! The clorox wipe I took to wipe the kitchen, bathroom, etc was as white after wiping as it was when I pulled it out of the can. Not even a fingerprint on a window or door. Big refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker. Hooks to hang wet suits. Been here 2x already. will be back.

Absolutely love this campground!!! Not only are the owners fabulous, the grounds are spectacular. Everywhere u look is immaculately clean. Planted with beautiful flowers and landscaping gorgeous. Not only all that, but love watching how much fun the kids and their families are having with all the wonderful activities the Campground has planned.

Honestly I love this place. I tell everyone how amazing it is! Owners & staff are friendly & helpful. Everything is so nice & clean! It was a nice home away from home this season. Especially with everything going on and not a worry in the world because this campground is more sanitary & taken care of better then most 5 star hotels! Make sure you book a stay, you won’t regret it!

TV did not work. They came to fix it but TV reception was not good. The grounds were beautiful. Cabin was nice and clean as was the spacious campsite. I was able to after hours register about 5:30pm ( the office closed early). Had to let my husband in the gate ( he arrived around 7 pm). Firewood was wet and would not burn. Suggest you arrive early, bring your own firewood and enjoy this nice camp

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We do not have cable at the campground. We only have streaming capability for Netflix or Hulu. After Labor day, we move to fall hours where our store closes at 5pm. If we know someone is coming in late, we can leave key cards/packets in the late night registration booth.

The reason we rented a cabin and golf cart for 2 nights/3 days was because of the Halloween activities for our 3 Grandkids . All of the staff receive 10 stars.That said, the cabin and golf cart cost was about $500. The cabins are beautiful inside, clean with nice amenities but we won’t stay again because of the exorbitant price.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

You chose a deluxe cabin and golf cart on a holiday weekend, which is more expensive. We have cheaper options for those that do not want to spend as much money.

Was a wonderful Halloween weekend Sept 25 and 26 2020. So impressed with the golf cart haunted tour. And the band and bonfire on Friday night! Cheryl and all other staff are always friendly and very helpful! Love this campground �

This is our favorite KOA. The owners and staff are so friendly and accommodating. The cleaning staff are on top of it and are doing a great job making us feel safe during the pandemic.

This is one of our favorite KOA's. Stayed in the TeePee this time and it was awesome waking up and being right so close to the water, so peaceful. We had TeePee #3; on the end which was awesome. We esp. appreciate the fire pit rack so we could cook with our iron skillets. It was so spacious, lots of room to spread out and play board games on the big run in the middle. Great experience!

Perfect accommodations. I enjoyed the glider on the front porch of Cabin 7. The beautiful illustrated stamped patio, ready to go with fuel and the foil with air hole on the grill. Cutest little square fire pit. I truly liked the 4-chair, high top table and the additional wooden picnic table complete with umbrella. The inside of Cabin 7 was perfect. Made already my reservations for 2021.

My 5 yr. old grandson and I stayed in a teepee. I loved how roomy it was. He loved everything about it and cried when I took him home the next day because he wanted to stay. Playground and jumping pillow are awesome! Can’t wait to come back in warmer weather to enjoy the water activities. PLEASE DON’T GET RID OF THE TEEPEES! �� Thank you for a great stay! �

Thompson KOA was great. A little disappointed by the poison ivy on the trees just outside our cabin by the pond. Our kids are little so it was a constant concern. Also, the trees around the fishing pond need to pruned. We lost countless hooks and bobbers to the branches. The flys around the cabin were really bad, but I understand that’s not something you can always control. Otherwise lovely!

Came in for the weekend. 2 birthday parties. Lots for the kids to do. Cabins were clean. Plenty of parking and space, even with a lot of campers. Paths were clear for walking, driving, & riding. People were friendly. Highly recommend.

We had a great time, the cabin was very neat and clean. We love the view of the pond and all the outdoor furniture. Having a propane grill is also great to have!

The campground is so clean, peaceful and inviting. We absolutely love being there. So much to do for families. The farmhouse is amazing - highly recommend renting it at least once!

We love this campground and its owners. They work so hard to provide a wonderful place to camp. This is, by far, our favorite KOA! Once the get the WiFi issues worked out, it'll be even better. It's a problem they're aware of and are working on; not their fault.

Cabin was pretty clean overall. Top of microwave was pretty dusty and shelf in fridge had something brown and sticky on it so cleaned those things myself. The steps leading out of the cabin were kind of wobbly so we were very careful on those. Very slippery when wet. The mattresses were not to our taste but we realize that’s personal preference. Lovely campground though, plenty to do.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Had a Deluxe Cabin for 2 nights and it had many amenities included which made our packing much easier. Amenities aren't listed clearly on website. (Bedding,Towels, dishcloths,cups, plates,bowls,silverware, microwave, small fridge, coffee maker, toaster,(nostove),propane grill(they furnish propane,) dish soap, garbage bags, toilet paper, etc. Great kids park with a huge bouncing pillow. Large dog park! Swimming pool, ponds, beautiful views and landscaping. If you're into Halloween this place fills up and most everyone decorates their places! I guess it is a big deal for all ages! (We stayed Sept. 29-Oct1)
