A very attractive and pleasant campground. The only shortcoming that affected us was that the pet area was not fenced-in. All else was fabulous

Nice trees and some grass. Not many full hookups yet. Looks like they are working on it. Electricity went down for almost a whole day which was inconvenient. Bathrooms were new and nice. Camp workers were nice. Don’t miss the bakery down the street!

The bathrooms were not cleaned the whole time we stayed. Plugged toilets, no toilet paper, dirty floor mats by showers. The park seems to be making some upgrades which will probably be nice in the future they just need some more attentive staff now.

One of the top five KOAs we’ve used. Nice shade, easy in, easy out, and easy access y to I-90.

Friendly staff, clean bathrooms and beautiful scenery. Our campsite wasn’t as good as some of the grassier areas but not terrible. We would probably stay again.

They are in the middle of renovation and upgrade which by the looks of things will make this a very nice campground. Lots of mature trees and shade. It was quiet the two nights we stayed there. There is one draw back -- "long" sites are not big rig friendly. It appears the sites were designed for units a lot smaller than the ones now days. You can get in and out but it takes some jockeying.

It was a very pleasant place and we really enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and the new facilities and landscaping were quite nice. The Wifi was the best we encountered on our trip. The only downside was the scarcity of full-hookup sites. I can tell a lot of effort is being made to improve the place and I appreciate it.

Solid simple cabin. The fan heater was an unexpected bonus, but given the heat when we were there, a regular little fan would have been amazing. The bathrooms were wonderful--clean, private, and air conditioned! I don't recall ever being so excited about campground bathrooms. Would stay again.

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Only drawback was the traffic noise from the highway starting at about 5:30 in the morning. nothing the facility can do about that but an issue for me.

We had a great time! Friendly staff ...Very well kept and clean. A pool would be the only addition to make it perfect.

We always liked staying there when it was camp 3 forks. WiFi is much better, nice new bathrooms but we probably wouldn't stay as often just because of the price. Like everything now you have to have a pretty sizeable income to do certain things. $70 and you don't get full hook ups is pretty steep. Great place, great people though. We will come again sometime I'm sure.

One of the best KOA’s I’ve stayed at. We were greeted with a friendly smile, check-in was easy (even after the server was briefly disrupted). They were prepared for guest arrivals. Definitely living up to their values & will be adding to our future visits.

Though it was a sheltered refuge from a bad wind storm on the interstate, the sites are narrow, short and not level and the roadways are narrow with sharp corners. Obviously an out of date layout. The electricity went out overnight for at least three sites and the maintenance guy had no idea how to restore it. Worst was the obscene premium price of $70 for only unreliable electric and water.

One item to fix, the rest was great! The 30 amp outlet likely needs replaced, it didn’t have a good connection and seems worn out. Folks were friendly, spots were nicely shaded!

Many of their sites only include electricity and water. No cable but internet was ok. Not sure I would stay there again.

Great first stay at a KOA! Bathrooms and showers were clean and well kept. Sites were in good shape. We were close to a highway and the road noise was minimal. Staff was kind and respectful during all interactions. This campground is a great advocate for the KOA brand. They have set the bar for other Journey campgrounds we will stay at in the future.

Great spot, new club house, showers, shady spots. However many spots are power and water only, no septic or cable.

We have stayed here several times this season and applaud new owner on improvements. Campground is shady and quiet. 2 suggestions: Refurbish and reopen old bathrooms to increase bathroom count; and post signs at all bathroom doors: "no pets". People should not bathe their dogs in campground showers.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful! We can’t wait to visit this KOA again. Also the bathrooms and showers were nicer than I expected and they have AC in them. Would definitely recommend.

You should pack down your gravel. I get this is pretty new and this isn't pack down right now ... but the way it is right now it is very dangerous for motorcycles.

Friendliest staff ever. Camp don't have much privacy but all the campers around us were very friendly. closse to highway.

The pull thru site we had was tight. We're a 37ft RV w/ Jeep flat towing. The sites are skinny & not long. We barely made it out. Have an option during res. that asks what the total footage of RV is. Could have been disastrous if my husband wasn't a good driver. We left early, most campers were not up yet. If you convert an OLD RV park you should rework the spaces for todays RVer.

The park was ok. A little expensive for the lack of amenities. I'm also tired if RV parks saying they have WiFi but then don't really have it because it doesn't work. Couldn't even use internet to plan next leg of our trip much less use it to watch TV. It's dishonest to say you have WiFi but it's not usable.

Although the facility is undergoing some upgrades, current conditions were great! Everything is clean and new. Enjoyed our stay!

We had no problem with trees, but I saw a few limbs that should be trimmed back. We don’t like to scratch our rigs. Did not use restroom or shower facilities.

Campground was wonderful. I loved the outdorr kitchen area..probably could use an upgrade to have more 50amp sites. All in all it was a perfect over night stay!

This is a very pretty campground and the staff is very helpful. The only reason I didn’t rate it a 5 is because they do not yet have a fenced pet area, although they are in the process of completing one. The staff said it should be completed by next year.

loved the bathrooms. staff very friendly. site were good size, shaded.sunsets beautiful. the landscape was awesome. and did I mention the bathrooms???? they should build those individual bathroom at every campground.

More bathrooms are needed given the large number of Sites without sewer hookups. There were often waiting lines for the bathrooms! WiFi was slow during peak usage hours.

Beautiful facility! Very well maintained and everyone of the staff were so friendly. Clean showers. It was disappointing to see how people from Colorado who camped beside us left their sight. Didn’t clean up their dog’s poop. I felt horrible about my dog chewing on corner of picnic table so went to front desk and gave them a $50 payment fee. Definitely would go back there.

5 days with no TV cable , air TV nothing you can't even keep up with the weather with no TV. Way too far from Yellowstone log 320 miles round trip and only made it to Old Faithful.

This is, by far, the best campground that I have been to on my 10-day adventure. The staff is phenomenal. They could have pointed the way or shown me a map, but no! One of them hopped in his cart and escorted me to my cabin. That is when we learned that the previous guest hadn't yet packed up and left. The staff didn't have a way to reach him, but that didn't stop them from trying. Brigit, Ron, Becky, Mike, and Tom (owner) did everything they could to make my wait comfortable. They even offered me the remote for the TV. They have a free library, and I soon found something to entertain me while they continued with business. They also have really good ice cream, sodas, jam... Eventually, the previous guest came and packed up. They handed me the key as they rushed to clean it. The restroom/showers are clean. Plus, the shower has good pressure and temperature. All of the staff have been incredibly friendly, kind, playful and helpful. Oh! And it is beautiful, here! I may get to Montana only once a year, but THIS is where I'll be staying, from now on.

I had arrived here on horseback, the owner Jim, and camp hosts-mike,becky,ron and angela were so accommodating! The grounds were beautiful and tranquil, quiet and just plain comfortable. Rented one of the cabins which was excellant. I would HIGHLY recommend travelers to stay here while on vacation. The customer service was excellant. Thank you all for a great experience

We are so glad we discovered this place! It is so beautiful, green grass and lots of trees. It is well maintained and very nice people. Easy access and we are already planning to stop there again soon.
