It was a nice place .people seemed nice . Looked like it could use just a little more of a personal touch on some things outside .but the bathrooms were very clean and so was the store. A deffunate improvement from when we stayed there (2) yrs. ago.

I tried to tell the story of our night. It would not except the length. Here is a short story. We were awakened at 9:50Pm by an obsessed white male dressed like a Bum. Who said he was the owner. He asked us if we had a reservation. We said yes and he was very rude. He said reason he was checking is because there was a big demand for this site. He must have been high. What a poor rep For KOA.Poor.

The cabin and bathrooms were dirty. The water smelled so bad, we didn’t want to shower.

Very helpful and friendly staff! The park was nice and shaded and the amenities were just what we needed. The only downside to this park was the water had a high amount of sulfur in it and stunk like rotten eggs and made our RV smell when using the water line.

I would rate a 5 star if the lady in the office were a lot friendlier!! Very nasty and cold attitude!! We stayed memorial weekend and the same thing, we thought we would give it a second chance and recieved the same unwelcoming attitude. Don't know as if we will try a 3rd time which is a shame because the park is nice and close to home!!!

had requested site with e/w/s and was not able to get one, so had to break camp twice to dump! could not log onto wifi to work at all during my stay. Diesel motorhome came in for the night and ran the engine all night long!

Wonderful place for overnight or if wanting to enjoy Toledo. Vital to have reservations because it’s a popular stop over traveling. Not much else available right in that area. One BIG suggestion I would make is, if possible, have a large sign at the turn on Lucky road from US 20. Came in after dark one night and came to a MH stopped, sure they were lost. One of your guests flew an offensive flag. It read something like "Trump, make liberals cry again". Regardless of one's political affiliation, there is no place in a campground for flags or signs like this. We were there for 4 nights visiting family. Next time we will stay at Maumee Bay. We've also told the rest of the family (who also camp) and next time they will not stay at your campground.

It was raining so I had to upgrade my tent site to a cabin. Took about a minute. Great help.

Employees - professional & helpful. Campground appearance is poor! Back-in sites are too narrow (neighbor's picnic table within 3' of our slide, fire ring within 4' of our camper & 3' of our vehicle). Poor definition between roads & sites, site grass look like a field of mowed weedy grass. Junkyard looking permanent sites. Dump station difficult to find. Never found the garbage dumpsters.

We used this KOA as a base from which we could spend our day at the Toledo zoo. The plan worked well and the camp site worked great. The staff did a fine job.My only complaints are that that gravel has to many large ankle and foot bruising pieces in it, and the dust from the larger units especially is pretty bad.

Restrooms very clean and nice. Employees nice. I was in space 105. The sites were insanely narrow. I literally reached over the next door camper to plug in. The place would be great if half of pull thrus replaced by green space

I really enjoyed our stay , we didn't have any issues and most importantly they made sure to put us by our friends that we were camping with , I truly appreciated that , we will defiantly be back to camp again.

Pretty setting a little ways off the freeway, so it is pretty quiet. Long level sites, the patio ones were pretty basic - a concrete pad and picnic table. Due to Covid didn’t use the facilities. Check in was easy, didn’t have to go outside.

We think your Campground is very peaceful and very neat. Our site was ok, wish it were a bit larger as we could not open our awning at all. Our reason for a 4 star ( not easy to find ) for getting off the interstate or back on. I realize States have various rules and regulations on signage but they are truly making a huge disservice to folks like you who are trying to make a living.Thank You.

The spaces are too close together. I would only use this as a stop over, if necessary, not for pleasure camping.

We just needed a place to stay for the night. Grounds were clean, had everything we needed, staff in office was helpful and friendly.

Can’t say enough good things about this KOA! Nice laundry room. Long roomy pull through sites. Friendly staff. Quiet as well. Very close to Perrysburg with any store you can imagine there. See you all next year!

Sites were nice ,liked the patios ! I had trouble with to many dogs barking and nothing Was done about it .also local traffic was loud . The camp grounds are great for over night stay if your just passing through .

I am just so thankful you were open... no water, but was able to fill my animals water tub and jug from the hose.... showers are open and made it even better. . Great place for a quick night while on the road..

The staff and service were great. They placed us in a tent camping site where we could keep an eye onour vehicle. It was great, had a privacy fence, and pizza delivery to your site. My kid loved the play area and there is plenty to do in the common area/room such as board games, TV, kid books, etc.
