Friendly atmosphere, well maintained resort with easy access off I-10. Level site with fruit trees, picnic table on cement pad and full hookup’s and cable rv. Black top streets and parking. Lots of activities and amenities. Stayed in 44 foot 5th wheel with lots of room in pull through solar covered site.

We drove from Pa. To Phoenix to visit our son, then traveled to Tucson where they joined us…what a perfect stay! Amazing amenities, attentive staff. Perfect time! So grateful for your Resort location

This KOA was a truly a beautiful place! Our spot was an easy, level pull through next to a lemon tree that produced tons of fruit. There were so many blooming citrus trees that smelled absolutely amazing, & were there for us to pick, which was so great! The grounds were very nicely maintained. Overall, great stay, & we hope to be back!

We had a very nice stay. All the employees we came in contact with were very friendly and helpful. We met some very nice people, and their dogs at the dog park. The site we had was very nice and clean. We really enjoyed our stay. THANK YOU!

Best place to stay in Tucson, hands down. In the summer get a site under cover! It doesn’t cost that much more. Great staff, great amenities.

We didn’t have reservations. And they were able to accommodate us even though they were very full. We did have to move around a bit but it was great to try different spaces

One night stay. Nice site. Campers set up in front of us. 3 dogs barked for 90 minutes while they were setting up. A bit annoying. Thx

We were long term campers, from early January to early April. ABSOLUTLY the most friendly staff we have encountered! Super clean sites with the staff constantly cruising the grounds picking up trash and keeping the place tidy. Large sites with an entire range of sites to fit everyone's needs. Two great pool areas with hot tubs, several nice putting greens throughout the site. Love it!!

Very nice comfortable RV Resort. After being on the road for a few days staying here felt so nice we didn’t what to leave. Great BBQ and Margaritas too �

We loved everything about this campground! It’s been quite at night a very relaxing. During the day so many fun activities to choose from. Ease of doing laundry and not having to wait for washer & dryers. When we get lazy we order BBQ ( excellent) and it’s delivered to us hot and ready to eat ( without the mess). Staff is so friendly and helpful always! We feel at home and safe.

We stayed on a cabin and loved our stay. KOA was the right choice. Very clean and loved the pool and walking around. Staff was extremely helpful.

We came to the KOA after the FMCA Tucson Rally and really enjoyed our stay. In fact, we were able to add another night to relax. We would have liked to use the jacuzzi but it was full of kids. A suggestion would be to have that be adult only or adult only hours that aren't too late at night. We like to go in the afternoon to enjoy the sun and water.

Perfect stop for our last night before making it home from a two week road trip. Super clean, nice sized spaces. We enjoyed the game room, restaurant and pool. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved the pool and pickleball courts and the newly formed friends that came with those amenities. Pocking grapefruit and lemons was also fun and the fruit was delicious. The only area that would need improvement was the slow service in the restaurant. We ate there twice and it was very slow both times.

Great launching point for the Tucson area. Beautiful campground with some shade too! Proximity to Davis Monthan AFB was great, which was the reason for going to Tucson in the first place, to visit the grandson who is stationed there. Great BBQ food at the on site restaurant.

Our stay as usual was very well. It is just like home to us and we are treated pretty much just like it is our home. We stay here 3 months each year and have done so a number of years.

We are always able to get a site long enough that we don't have to unhook if we're in just for the night. It is always clean (they come by and pick up your trash) and everyone is friendly and helpful. Rates had changed since I made the reservation and we were surprised to get a $10 refund when we arrived. We always stop here when en route from TX to CA. Next time, we plan to spend more time!

Easy on and off the highway. Our site was raked/dragged before our arrival (very nice). Wifi was sketchy at best until our neighbour pulled out. Perhaps a review of the design/coverage would be advisable. I don't know of anyone travelling that does not need a network connection.

Just checked in today but so far the staff had been great, every thing is very clean and well kept, we ordered wood to our site and it was there before we even got back to out spot. I wish we had more time to stay and enjoy all the amenities.

I'm only rating the deluxe cabin stay- I have never stayed at an rv resort before this one. We normally stay in an air bnb when we travel. We have a large family so the deluxe seemed to be able to fit us all- however the bunk bed mattresses are pretty thin, and short. My 13 year old barely fit. When we arrived after 15 hours of traveling only wanting to get in bed to sleep, there were no sheets or bedding on the beds. Just plastic mattresses. We never did get enough fitted sheets- so the flat ones were constantly coming up on 3 of the bunk beds. :/ it was in the 30s at night so to have the heat on you had to turn the fan on and it blew and got too hot, but if you turned it off it was too cold- so kind of hard to regulate temperature but not awful. FYI- the “rock wall” is very short, just 8-9ft ceiling height. They had little peddle cars the kids could ride, pay by the hour of course. They had fun riding those around the park. The playground for the kids was very small with one slide but clean and my older kids actually got some use out of it for about 5 min. Over all it was clean and okay for a very short stay (3 nights) The front staff at the gate were very friendly and nice. I liked that it was gated. But for the price/ we will definitely plan ahead next time and do an Airbnb for about the same price.
