This was one of the BEST campgrounds we've stayed at. The campground has lot of amenities, pool, game room, and area, everything was very clean and up to date. The staff were the most personal which really says alot to us. From the moment we checked in, we knew this campground was about to become one of our favorites. The location is perfectly beautiful, nestled right in the mountains.

Very friendly, pet friendly, very clean and a great time!!! All of the staff seemed to truly enjoy working there and many were staying. It seems like they treat it as a home away from home. We will be back and would recommend to other families :-)

Brad and his team were absolutely AWESOME!!! The park is immaculate, the customer service so very very good! We were there with a large group and everyone in the group couldn't say enough about the way we were treated and how amazing the park was... we're going back next year for Memorial Day weekend - already booked!

Incredible stay over Memorial Day weekend! Warm heated outdoor pool, clean game room for one rainy day, fully stocked store, three playgrounds and impeccable cabin! Already booked again for next year! Extremely impressed overall!!

We enjoyed coming to Mt. Washington KOA for years, but this year was quite disappointing. We were placed in KD1 cabin and the site was too close to the main road. It was difficult to have casual conversation by the firepit and noisy in cabin at night.

We appreciate you coming to Twin over the years and I'm sorry you were disappointed with your visit on Memorial Day weekend. I can tell you that when you booked your reservation on-line on March 20th, that was the last deluxe cabin as we were completely sold out for the holiday.

Super friendly staff! Very convenient to be able to charge store items and wood to our site and have it delivered. The best/cleanest bathrooms I’ve seen at a campground for sure. The location was good, close to Franconia Notch and Santa’s Village. Very nice play area and pool, the setup was very nice. The only thing I would say is I wish they had a bigger indoor recreation room for rainy days.

We always have a great time at Twin Mountain/Mt. Washington KOA. The people are exceptional and the kids just love the playgrounds as well as the activities.

It was great! Glad to have the vacation cabins available since we weee a large group and not all of us wanted to sleep in tents. My only complaint is that the two burner stove in the cabin did not work well and took forever to heat anything. That said, we had a wonderful time and will definitely Be back. Thank you!!

Loved that there so so much to do with our 3 year old niece- very clean camp ground and everyone on the staff was so friendly. Only downfall was the dump station location. When dumping we partially blocked the road and other campers“driveway”. We had a great time, even with cold and rainy weather!

We stayed in KL1. We usually reserve KL3 or KL4. KL1 was "vintage" (old, dingy, but clean), we were constantly killing ants and it is not as comfortable as the other KLs we have stayed in. Disappointed and will be sure to request one of the new KL units in the future.

Very nice staff. Very easy drive up check in. Clean bathrooms. Great for kids. Well stocked camp store. A common problem at this and most remote camp sites, very poor internet. I wish I had an answer to this problem. All in all, we will be back and will recommend to friends. Thank you for a nice stay.

By far the best KOA campground we've stayed at. Extremely friendly staff at your beck and call for anything you need, wood, propane, etc Check in was super simple. The campground is top notch with excellent amenities. Our entire group thanks you for an outstanding camping experience! Brad and his team get an A+++ for customer service!

The owners & staff were all so very friendly and accommodating. But Quiet hours were not enforced. We booked a long weekend, came up Thursday evening, planned on leaving Monday, we ended up packing up early in the morning after two sleepless nights and had to lose out on our money & good time to to the recklessness of a bunch of drunk hillbillies up to 2am night 1, night 2 I had to confront them.

I'm sorry you had trouble with your stay. I'm disappointed to hear this. We patrol the grounds until the early morning hours. I'm a stickler on this policy. Had you told us, especially after the first night, we would have asked the other guest to leave. My wife and I visited with you at your site. You never mentioned anything. Unfortunately, I can't fix what I don't know is broken.

We stayed in the newer section on site 106 in our 45' Class A motorhome. The staff was very friendly and helpful finding things to do in the area. The new section is very open with few trees making it great for big rigs and satellite TV. The older part of the park has lots of trees and best for smaller rigs. The Mt. Washington Resort and Cog Railroad are about 15 minutes away. Lots to see here!

This was my very first stay at any KOA campground. This was also only my second excursion with my new camper. As a "newbie" the KOA staff at Twin Mountain made my experience very positive and memorable. The new area on South Hill is awesome. You have set the bar quite high for any other campground to measure up to. Thank you very much for a wonderful time. I will definitely be back!!

This was our first “camping” experience. We rented a cabin which was adorable and so perfect! It was comfortable and cozy! The owners made you feel right at home. The kids loved the activities they have to offer. From train riders, T-shirt coloring, ice-cream social and more. It was so much fun for all ages! Overall it was a great experience and we can’t wait to come back!!

Our stay at the Twin Mountain/Mt. Washington KOA was excellent! 11/10. The staff was EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. The entire campground was very clean, our site was spotless and raked upon our arrival, and the bathroom and facilities were superb. Will most definitely recommend Twin Mt./Mt. Washington and hope to return soon! Thanks again to the wonderful staff.

We arrived at around 8:30 pm which is after office hours. Nevertheless, there was someone waiting out our site to help us position out 33' toy hauler. Right off the bat we had a very good feeling about this campground. The staff is very friendly and the ladies in the camp store make you feel right at home. It is a clean well maintained campground the sites are nice.

We camp at Twin Mt. KOA multiple times a year....Why??? This is one of the best campgrounds we have been to. Clean facilities, outstanding staff, plenty for the kids to do, strong wi-fi (if that is important to you while camping), the list goes on. We have camped in every section of this park and have never been disappointed. Highly recommend trying this place out if you haven't already.
