Very clean, very nice people and an overall nice campground experience. It was my 2nd stay in the past 4 years. I had a 14' motorcycle trailer and they were able to let me use an overflow area to park / use it as a garage for my motorcycle. Cabin was clean and the public / common restroom was spotless (tough to find in a campground).

Whole family loved it! So many things to do hopefully we can stay longer next time! Staff is so friendly and helpful! Great place to stay with the family. Pool was heated!

Very friendly staff and well kept grounds. Short visit in one of the cabins which was nice except for the carpenter ants. Had 10-12 of them on us every night. Not a fun way to be woken up every hour.

It was great stay. Kids enjoy fullest here. Only negative was quiet time starts at 10 pm that is too early on camping night

This was our first vacation since COVID. Cabin was not set up, like the last time we came - no stove, no grill utensils, no sponge, no towels, no bath mat, so we were very unprepared and had to buy a bunch of stuff at your store. The tub leaked water all over the floor, there were dirty rubber gloves in the room. No one was even acting like there was a pandemic. We paid a lot to leave early:(

I'm sorry to hear about your stay. Cleanliness is our number one priority and I wished you would've told me about your issues when you were here. The cabin you reserved, however, didn't come with those items you mentioned and we don't have bath mats in any of our cabins.

Everyone there is amazing. This my 3rd stay at this campground in my life and it’s always been amazing. I thank everyone for all their hospitality and I’m already booked again for next year!

Very friendly, pet friendly, very clean and a great time!!! All of the staff seemed to truly enjoy working there and many were staying. It seems like they treat it as a home away from home. We will be back and would recommend to other families :-)

Incredible stay over Memorial Day weekend! Warm heated outdoor pool, clean game room for one rainy day, fully stocked store, three playgrounds and impeccable cabin! Already booked again for next year! Extremely impressed overall!!

We enjoyed coming to Mt. Washington KOA for years, but this year was quite disappointing. We were placed in KD1 cabin and the site was too close to the main road. It was difficult to have casual conversation by the firepit and noisy in cabin at night.

We appreciate you coming to Twin over the years and I'm sorry you were disappointed with your visit on Memorial Day weekend. I can tell you that when you booked your reservation on-line on March 20th, that was the last deluxe cabin as we were completely sold out for the holiday.

It was great! Glad to have the vacation cabins available since we weee a large group and not all of us wanted to sleep in tents. My only complaint is that the two burner stove in the cabin did not work well and took forever to heat anything. That said, we had a wonderful time and will definitely Be back. Thank you!!

We stayed in KL1. We usually reserve KL3 or KL4. KL1 was "vintage" (old, dingy, but clean), we were constantly killing ants and it is not as comfortable as the other KLs we have stayed in. Disappointed and will be sure to request one of the new KL units in the future.

This was our first “camping” experience. We rented a cabin which was adorable and so perfect! It was comfortable and cozy! The owners made you feel right at home. The kids loved the activities they have to offer. From train riders, T-shirt coloring, ice-cream social and more. It was so much fun for all ages! Overall it was a great experience and we can’t wait to come back!!

We had a great time in our Deluxe Cabin with bathroom. Check-in was a breeze, and the accommodations were very comfortable. I don't think anyone had stayed in KT1 recently, as it was a little musty smelling when we got in, but the air conditioner quickly remedied this.

Twin Mountain KOA offers everything needed for a memorable time. Great activities, fantastic accommodations for all sites and cabins, and the very best staff and owners! If you want quiet, there's a place for you! You want activities, they have them! They are close to many day trips! We have been there numerous times and always hate leaving! It is the best camping time and we will always go back!

Becky and Brad are exceptional hosts ! They are friendly and welcoming. They obviously take great pride in their campground and not even the littlest detail goes without attention. Can't wait for winter to be over, so we can go back, and it hasn't even started !!

We've stayed in many KOA's across country but this one was by far the best. We typically tent camp but tried the glamping tent. It was amazing! It was large, clean and very charming. The twinkle lights were a nice touch, comfortable bed and the heater kept it warm. The grounds were well maintained and spread out. Great view. Clean bathrooms. Very friendly, helpful staff. A++ We'll be back!

We had a great time! We stayed in a deluxe cabin which was very clean and comfortable. Perfect getaway and staff was very nice and accommodating. Location was close to many great hikes. Highly recommend!

Very pleased once again with our cabin and the hospitality of the staff. A bit on the pricey side but a very nice campground. It is very well maintained and clean. The overall look is very pleasing to the eye. There are many activities available including a nice recreational area for kids and adults. I always stay at this KOA and would recommend it to others.

Campground is very nice and in a great location. The camping cabin we stayed on was very close to the road making it difficult to sleep as traffic on 115 is heavy even at night. Also - the cabin was a bit smelly. Overall we had a nice stay and if we come back we will select a deluxe cabin on South Hill.

We arrived at around 8:30 pm which is after office hours. Nevertheless, there was someone waiting out our site to help us position out 33' toy hauler. Right off the bat we had a very good feeling about this campground. The staff is very friendly and the ladies in the camp store make you feel right at home. It is a clean well maintained campground the sites are nice.

We camp at Twin Mt. KOA multiple times a year....Why??? This is one of the best campgrounds we have been to. Clean facilities, outstanding staff, plenty for the kids to do, strong wi-fi (if that is important to you while camping), the list goes on. We have camped in every section of this park and have never been disappointed. Highly recommend trying this place out if you haven't already.
