We got there late and the office was closed. However the staff told us exactly what to do. BUT what i was impressed with when we got there even though the office was closed a staff member showed up and helped us get into our RV site comfortably. We are new RV'ers so this was GREAT. Our site was well kept. The staff at the office/store so nice. Thank you

Another wonderful stay at our favorite campground! Our site was great, all utilities worked well. Owners and staff are always friendly and helpful. And what can I say about the White Mountains area that hasn't already been said. I would highly recommend this KOA, something for eveyone here!

We stayed in site 77 which was very nice. Secluded enough for privacy. Campground is located close to many attractions. Owners and workers very nice and helpful.great playground if you have kids. Only wish we didn’t live so far away!

Site was a little close to Highway with road noise. Camp staff was excellent as were the facilities.

I can't recommend this KOA: 1 first site we were assigned had a sewage smell B/C the bus next to our site had a hose stuck down into the sewer connection. The park staff stuffed a plastic bag into the sewer and said it would be OK. Owner later admitted the site has odors 2 We asked for another site and were given a back-in site without sewer or cable TV 3 Traffic noise from Hwy 115 near our sit

I'll start by saying I'm the owner and that's not what I said. You picked your site and when you arrived, you didn't like it. We didn't have any other pull thru sites available. I offered you a full refund and you declined. I do appreciate your apology you gave before you left, however.

It rained while we were there. That’s not a problem. Not having stone or concrete on a site and it becoming a muddy mess - that’s problematic. The first time I went to turn off the water, the handle came off the spigot. Other than that it was nice. Great cable selection.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Unfortunately, two inches of rain in the mountains over the weekend can make a mess of things. We do have stone on our sites.

Slightly above average KOA with lots of activities for children. Sites are gravel and fairly close together. Some roads are tight and hilly limiting large vehicle movement.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Sue checked us in with a friendly and professional style. Staff gave excellent directions to all the places we asked about. Dale was very informative in handling and and following through concerning a water situation at the site. Fairly level and private sight.

Great location. We arrived during a huge rainstorm and they processed our check in without us having to get out of our truck. People running this location were very nice. Recycle is important to them and they make it easy with user friendly milk crates which they empty each day. I felt that the campground was clean and well cared for. Not a big location but just right for our needs.

We loved our stay here at the Twin Mountain KOA and will definitely be returning next year! We stayed from 9/23 - 9/26 and were able to experience the amazing colors of the fall in the White Mountains. The site we had was great! The staff was great! The play ground was great! The one very minor issue was that there was one dog that constantly barked over by the caboose. See you again!

We were in the newer section and loved the full hook up and the cement patio and furniture. The only thing I would have liked would be a bathroom in the area. I realize a lot of the people in that section were using their own RVs but we like to use the showers and bathroom on occasion and there was none at all there. Otherwise great campground and very friendly staff!!

Love this KOA, we will be back. Great RV sites, lots of trees. Bathrooms are very clean and decorated so cute. The entire park is set up great. All sites are wooded and private. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Thank you

Everyone was friendly and responsive to requests, such as firewood. We stayed in the new area of the park, the South Hill, and that is the only area that I would stay. The sites below are less expensive, but too crowded.

We were greeted with a smile, helped with getting our camper in our spot, delivered firewood upon request and most importantly, a wonderful clean bathroom and shower. We were quite pleased!

Very well maintained park with friendly helpful staff. This was our first time here and we really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend Twin Mountain/Mt Washington KOA to anyone coming to The White Mountains.

We arrived at around 8:30 pm which is after office hours. Nevertheless, there was someone waiting out our site to help us position out 33' toy hauler. Right off the bat we had a very good feeling about this campground. The staff is very friendly and the ladies in the camp store make you feel right at home. It is a clean well maintained campground the sites are nice.

We camp at Twin Mt. KOA multiple times a year....Why??? This is one of the best campgrounds we have been to. Clean facilities, outstanding staff, plenty for the kids to do, strong wi-fi (if that is important to you while camping), the list goes on. We have camped in every section of this park and have never been disappointed. Highly recommend trying this place out if you haven't already.
