The staff were excellent- wry friendly and accommodating. Dog runs are a little small-but we were glad to have a spot for our dog to run lose a little bit. We enjoyed our time away and would definitely go back!

Friendly, clean and very accommodating campground. It is apparent Brad and Becky along with the rest of the staff really care about the campers and there comfort and camping experience. We have been going to Twin Mountain KOA for over 15 years and always enjoy our stay.

Stayed four nights in late June in motor home. Great location as base for area attractions. Staff very friendly and competent top to bottom. Facilities very clean and well maintained. Lots to do on site as well. Will stop again upon return to the White Mtns.

Like always a terrific stay. All utilities worked well during our stay. Site was quiet and all the flowers were beautiful. Owners Brad and Bex have assembled a great staff helping to make everything wonderful. Will return again and again, our favorite campground!

Patio site was fantastic. Plenty of grass and not on top of each other. Great water pressure and cake TV signal. Staff was friendly and attentive. Plenty of activities for kids each night. Definitely stay here again.

We were having some generator issues and Jay was more than generous with his time to help diagnose the problem. Very clean campground and one of the most friendly staff we’ve experienced.

Overall, this KOA met out needs. We were in the lower section of sites and they were fine, but a bit tight. But then we walked up to the South Hill and saw how nice those sites are (open, large, mountain views, etc). Everyone has different preferences, so the bottom would be good for some as well. My comments are 100% caused by not booking early enough, so they are not really negative.

I had the best time! The campground was clean with all the amenities, and the staff was the most kind group of people. You can tell they really enjoy what they do! �ϋ�

Very disappointed in our site. We payed the extra for a patio site and we excited to stay based upon the pictures on the internet. That was the bait….once we got there we got a patio site in what appears to be an older area of the campground. We had a patio but we were so close to our neighbor we couldn’t walk between campers. Would not come back.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

You paid for the patio sites in the lower section, which is clearly marked. I believe you wanted the deluxe patio sites in the new area. A quick phone call to us when you booked on-line could have solved your disappointment.

The facilities and staff were great. However, the site I was given (#22) was in a row of KOA Patio sites right next to the very busy Route 115, and the traffic noise was unbearable. The site itself was good, although a bit uneven. Maybe these sites should be offered at a discount, given the noise level. I couldn't imagine staying here during the busy summer season.

Quiet. Clean. Our site was fabulous. The staff was helpful. Ross and Jason went above and beyond to help us. We had a site that was difficult to back (uphill) into and they guided us back seamlessly. Highly recommend!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at the Twin Mountain KOA this summer (2021). We have enjoyed both times, the owner and staff are super friendly, the campground is extremely clean and they offer a lot to do for adults as well as children. This last stay our daughters and their families rented cabins, which were very clean and really cute. The kids loved the mining for gems! We will be back!!

Sites are very narrow, close together and "face" each other. You are forced into being neighborly. The sites are supposed to be Gravel but ours was mostly dirt and when it rained we were in mud. We also paid for a pull thru 40 ft towing but when we got ready to leave we had to back out because of narrow site and road and huge landscape Boulder. Way overpriced for what we got.

I do want to point out that you selected your site on line. The site was plenty big for your coach. You stayed 3 days and 2 nights and never said anything to anybody until you were pulling out yesterday.

First time I stayed at a KOA, been camping for several years, I read several reviews that had some minor issues with staff and rules. Well we just spent two nights at this location and found the staff to be very helpful, friendly and accommodating, camp ground was clean, showers first class. Lower sites a little tight but very nice. Also very quiet, with plenty of stuff for our teenagers to do. W

The staff was excellent! We walked up to the store with our granddaughter at 815, not knowing they close at 8 the staff was walking out and offered to open the store for us. We found that very nice of the! �very clean, more than any other KOA we have been to!!

Always a pleasure to visit Twin Mt KOA with our family. Exceptionally friendly staff and extremely clean and tidy campground. Plenty of activities for kids and a great spot to mingle and meet other campers. Highly recommend.

If you are looking for a well maintained, sparkling clean, friendly staffed campground....this is the place! Other campgrounds could learn a thing or two from Twin Mt KOA. Can’t wait to return!

This is absolutely the best KOA we have every stayed in. It’s beautiful and so clean. It’s obvious the owners want to keep it that way and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. You can tell they enjoyed working there.

Camp site reservation over three months ago. Asked for full hook up Got a site with water and 30 service. People were very nice and spoke to owner about site but place was Full

As you and I discussed, you booked the site on-line and that's what you chose. I did offer to move you on the second night when something became available and you declined. I also offered to refund your money, which you also declined.

My family has traveled to lots of KOA’s across the country, and this is our absolute favorite. The location is beautiful, the campsites are carefully maintained, and there is plenty to do for everyone. The attention to to smallest details makes each camper feel special. Their camp store is well-stocked with everything you could need. The newest campsites have an amazing view! We 100% recommend!!

Loved it! Our site was perfect as were those around us. It was great to have the patio, table, chairs, grill and fire pit. And the community grill came in handy after we packed to leave the next day. The facilities are spotless and the employees couldn’t be nicer. We will be back in 2022!!!!

We arrived at around 8:30 pm which is after office hours. Nevertheless, there was someone waiting out our site to help us position out 33' toy hauler. Right off the bat we had a very good feeling about this campground. The staff is very friendly and the ladies in the camp store make you feel right at home. It is a clean well maintained campground the sites are nice.

We camp at Twin Mt. KOA multiple times a year....Why??? This is one of the best campgrounds we have been to. Clean facilities, outstanding staff, plenty for the kids to do, strong wi-fi (if that is important to you while camping), the list goes on. We have camped in every section of this park and have never been disappointed. Highly recommend trying this place out if you haven't already.
