Nice campsite, friendly and helpful staff, good facilities. Definitely a family-oriented place with lots of activities for kids, pancake breakfast and live music etc.

There should be some type of grate on the fire pits. We had to use our small stove to do cooking. Other than that all was good.

I liked that the bathrooms where very clean, staff was very friendly and helpful , if I could change one thing is to have more space between campsites

While it did rain during our entire stay, there was enough here to keep us occupied. A wonderful game room/lounge/reading area, canopy cooking areas, and a food truck! We truly had a memorable experience.

Our family stayed at KOA from 7/2-7/5 although it rained everyday until the day we left we had so much fun! We were able to explore the campground and enjoy all the amenities/activitites available! We went on hikes and made smores cuddled by the fire! We will definitely be back to Twin Mountain KOA we had the best weekend ever and cannot wait to create more special moments with our children :)

extremely friendly staff. very attentive to guest requests. every time I went to use the bathroom there was someone tidying up or cleaning something.

It’s a spacious, clean, friendly , nice place. Had a tent space and it was nice. Good space and set up , not too close to others. Appreciate the free showers too! Will be back next time. The online booking is the best. I needed a last minute place, got to see what was open, reserved it and there in a couple hours. Easy!

From the minute we got there, we knew two nights would not be enough! Luckily, we were able to book an extra few days--there was so much for the kids to do, a beautiful area to explore, and the staff was incredibly helpful and warm. We will definitely be back!

First and most important! Friendly, happy, professional staff. Clean grounds and campsite was excellent. Like it so much made reservation for July, canceling reservations I had at a different campground

I’ve stayed twice and have another one coming up. Everything was great and all the employees are so friendly. The only thing that kind of ‘annoys’ me is that the wood bundles are like kindling lol. But it doesn’t ruin my experience and I’ll be back many more times this season. Thank you all for everything!

Twin Mountain KOA was such a relaxing and fun stay. The owners and staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The whole family had an absolute blast. Can’t wait to come back and camp again.

Staff was very kind, but came into my site to Inspect like what??? Camp sites very close. Bathroom super clean!! Strictly enforced quit time for tent campers but Not for RV's and seasonal campers they can be load as they want. I was told to put fire out at 10:30 my children were just asleep. Husband and I wanted a few minutes of quite around fire. I'm 40yrs dont need to told when to go to bed!!!

We've never told anybody in the six years I've owned the park to put out their fire at 10:30 p.m. I'm perplexed at this review.

This campground is one of my family’s favorite! We have been coming her for over two years now and typically have 2-3 stays during the summer. Between the fun ice cream socials, live music, awesome activities, and perfect camp sites, we continue to return. We are always happy with our stay and have never had any problems.

We really enjoyed the campground! The people who worked there were very accommodating by bringing us fire wood and picking up our trash. That was a huge help and we really appreciated it. I would recommend to a friend!

Overall it was nice, but there was a large, disruptive party at the site across from ours and nothing was done for two hours to have them quiet down or break up. Multiple people asked them to be quiet and they didn’t, until a manager came to make them disband. This is a family establishment, so I’m surprised this type of behavior is overlooked until just five minutes before quiet hours.

I'm glad to hear you thought it was nice. I'm not sure what you mean by disruptive. There was a group of families talking by a fire. They weren't breaking any rules and they did disband to their sites for quiet hour when we asked.

Super friendly staff! Very convenient to be able to charge store items and wood to our site and have it delivered. The best/cleanest bathrooms I’ve seen at a campground for sure. The location was good, close to Franconia Notch and Santa’s Village. Very nice play area and pool, the setup was very nice. The only thing I would say is I wish they had a bigger indoor recreation room for rainy days.

The owners & staff were all so very friendly and accommodating. But Quiet hours were not enforced. We booked a long weekend, came up Thursday evening, planned on leaving Monday, we ended up packing up early in the morning after two sleepless nights and had to lose out on our money & good time to to the recklessness of a bunch of drunk hillbillies up to 2am night 1, night 2 I had to confront them.

I'm sorry you had trouble with your stay. I'm disappointed to hear this. We patrol the grounds until the early morning hours. I'm a stickler on this policy. Had you told us, especially after the first night, we would have asked the other guest to leave. My wife and I visited with you at your site. You never mentioned anything. Unfortunately, I can't fix what I don't know is broken.

Our stay at the Twin Mountain/Mt. Washington KOA was excellent! 11/10. The staff was EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. The entire campground was very clean, our site was spotless and raked upon our arrival, and the bathroom and facilities were superb. Will most definitely recommend Twin Mt./Mt. Washington and hope to return soon! Thanks again to the wonderful staff.

Sight 49, a primitive tent site. Incredible amenities, the nicest staff of employees, seriously! Every single employee my wife and I encountered greeted us with a welcoming smile made sure we were taken care of. Immaculate facilities, truly incredible. Clearly a well managed place that considers the guests experience. You get way more than you pay for. Love the carved bears everywhere. Thank you!!

We arrived at around 8:30 pm which is after office hours. Nevertheless, there was someone waiting out our site to help us position out 33' toy hauler. Right off the bat we had a very good feeling about this campground. The staff is very friendly and the ladies in the camp store make you feel right at home. It is a clean well maintained campground the sites are nice.

We camp at Twin Mt. KOA multiple times a year....Why??? This is one of the best campgrounds we have been to. Clean facilities, outstanding staff, plenty for the kids to do, strong wi-fi (if that is important to you while camping), the list goes on. We have camped in every section of this park and have never been disappointed. Highly recommend trying this place out if you haven't already.
