Amenities are the reason to stay at a KOA for my family, this KOA has the amenities. How to go from Good to Great... The bounce pad is beyond repair, it’s time to replace, hopefully this could mean it’s a good time to upgrade. Also, the putt-putt was a highly utilized attraction, a daily blow-off of the sand/debris, replace greens, and add a couple dinosaur related obstacles would be great.

Ladies bathroom in area was dirty someone had threw up in the 2nd stall when I went in at 7 pm it was still there at 5:30am. That is just disgusting. Needs to be checked more often

Very personable and professional staff. Manager interested and talked to us about our stay experience, very much appreciated. Lots were clean and in good condition bathouse was clean and in good condition. The dog park was very nice could use a tree or a sail shade in hot weather. There is a lot to do in the area and we plan to visit again when it is not so hot. Good job!

Wish we could stay longer! The place was clean, the services was exceptional, and there were so many activities for the kids. Definitely recommend for families.

RV park was fine, the temperature was awful during our stay but that wasn't your fault.

Thank you for a great stay. We enjoyed the friendly staff and kids amenities. The bathroom facilities are clean and comfortable. The pool, playground, and mini golf were all great. The turf on the mini golf course needs to be replaced.

Nice facility. A bit tired in places, but appears that longer stays warrant the sites closer to the amenities. The staff is very amenable and willing to help. We had to shorten our stay and VDKOA waived the notification requirement for us, which was above and beyond. We will definitely be back to further explore the Natl Park. Thanks

The campground was great! Our only complaint was the noise from the road. Otherwise, clean bathrooms and very nice folks.

Very friendly staff and only reason I gave it a 4 was we had a patio site and I thought they could have trimmed the tall grass around the patio

Some random garbage around and some dog poop near the grill. Only one plug in for the entire cabin and that was taken by the fridge and fan. Staff was nice. NO AIR CONDITIONING in the camping cabins. It was terrible during hot weather

Camp site very nice my only complaint is the bathroom… no handicap showers… no hand rails in shower area or bathroom toilet areas. Very awkward showers with board pull down as well as slippery. Very friendly staff and area very clean. Thanks

When we returned to camp after being out all day it was great to have the pool to cool down in. The mini golf was fun as well as the ebikes. Bathrooms were clean as was the rest of the park.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Facilities were clean and lots to do for the kids (pool/park/mini-golf). Overall, enjoyed our stay.

It was very enjoyable and comfortable. It was very appealing to families and others plus the staff was very helpful and accommodating. The only down side was the traffic on the highway. Thanks for all you did for us!

Bathrooms clean. Tent area is very limited and most unshaded. If looking for RV site or a large gathering location it may be just what you want. It was vary noisy very late on a Saturday night.

RV site was fine but raging party until 1am was horrible. Could not sleep with noise and management did nothing to abate noise despite 11pm "quiet hours."

We were there for the basin bash baseball tournament and have stayed here before. Staff is friendly and happy. We had a wonderful time. Kids loved the bike rentals and the pool!! Thanks!

Overall experience was nice. Had a few glitches with other campers that could’ve been avoided with staff reinforcement. Camper in adjacent lot had a forever barking dog and bicycles strewn about into my site, making it difficult to setup/tear down my own equipment. Camper across the way had chairs well into the road that I had to move in order to leave without running them over.

It was very loud with parties after quiet hours started. Our second night was so bad that I ended up calling the manager phone number posted on the office to get them to get the party that night to stop. This was after 11:30 PM the party continued, without music for another hour. If you want a relaxing stay, this is not the KOA to come too.

No one in forced the quiet curfew, people were very loud and disturbing clear until about 1 am in the morning

Nice overnight stop for us. The campground was very, very busy, and the WiFi was spotty—but it didn't affect our comfort too much. Enjoyed the mini golf! More electrical outlets in the cabin would have been nice (especially as one was taken up by a refrigerator that shouldn't be unplugged.)

We were in site 43 and the trailers are too close together for a campfire at these sites. Our trailer was smoked out even though our doors, windows and vents were closed, Unsure why fires would be allowed on a very windy and fire danger day that it was.

Great park. Very clean and quiet. Very friendly staff. Spaces are a bit close together but very enjoyable stay, nonetheless!

We arrived after hours and left fairly early, so did not interact with staff, but directions were left out for us. Clean restrooms, nice playground and activities for you get kids.

Fantastic campground! Very beautiful, very well kept, amazing bathroom and shower area. One of the best campgrounds I've ever been too.
