Enjoyed all of the extra amenities. The rental bikes and playground equipment were a lot of fun for my granddaughters. The staff was very helpful during the entire stay.

Friendly and helpful staff. Very nicely arranged and clean sites. Good cable and WiFi at sites. Good dog run with grass. Hope to return in future.

Loved this Kampground. Great location and wonderful staff and very clean sites. The ONLY problem I had with this site was barking Dogs. Some inside the park and some outside the park. Otherwise I love this location.

It is very quiet with lots of trees. We enjoyed our stay. COVID 19 protections were employed.

Vernal KOA is a great campground. We didn't use the bathrooms but the grounds were kept clean and the sites were not too close. The office staff was very helpful. Thnaks for a great stay.

They put us in one of the shortest sites on the property - with my trailer at the back end of the site, my truck stuck out across the road in front of us during the unhooking & hookup processes (my rig is a 27 ft travel trailer and a long wheel base crew cab pickup). I do not believe I would use this RV park in the future. The showers were mediocre at best.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We are sorry about you not fitting into the site. This was the largest Water/Electric site we have available and trucks usually are parked next to RV. Our full hookup sites are anywhere between 45 to 80 feet long and probably would have been a better choice. Thank you and have a great day.

We stayed at several KOAs on our trip and this was by far our favorite. The amenities were great for our kids — rental, balls to borrow for playing on the large field, an awesome playground, and more. The place is immaculate and we loved our cabin. Thanks KOA of Vernal for a highpoint of our trip!

The spots are small I couldn't get my wheelchair by the Motorhome once it was parked also it is not handicap accessible for the laundry or the store. The camp site was clean and well taken care of and the restrooms were very clean for a KOA but the draw backs for the handicapped are very much inadequate as with most KOA;s I wish they would address this in the future as More handicap travel.

The premium back in sites are great! We had so much room between each other. There were apple trees and the deer would come around every evening. Our issue was not the fault of the campground. There were homes not far away and their numerous dogs howled night and day. Was a good location to see numerous places like Dinosaur National Monument, Flaming Gorge, Fantasy Canyon and a Wildlife Refuge.

Back in sites are nicely spaced - nice quiet campground - CLOSE to town n good supply stores (grocery, hardware, RV stores, general). We got food at 2 restaurants - close and convient.

Nice park. Great staff. The staff patrolled the park regularly and it was peaceful, clean and quiet. We really enjoyed the wild turkeys that roamed next door.

We absolutely loved our stay! The bathrooms were extremely clean. The whole park was beautiful!! Everyone in the office was very friendly and helpful. I can't say enough about how much we loved it, and how impressed we were!

We were early and they couldn’t accommodate us, gave us information regarding places we could take our trailer to see Historical sites. When we arrived back they took good care of us.

Was very disappointed that I had to pay a guest fee for my Grandchildren to visit me at my camper. I’ll check for other accommodations in the future.

I did not like charging for people to visit at our trailer. Had to visit out front to not get charged. All other parts of the park where excelllent.

Camp hosts were very nice and guided us to our spot. Dog park good for small dogs but there are 2 large fields for throwing ball or frisbee for the larger dogs. Lawn equipment was battery operated so quiet

We arrived after hours and left fairly early, so did not interact with staff, but directions were left out for us. Clean restrooms, nice playground and activities for you get kids.

Fantastic campground! Very beautiful, very well kept, amazing bathroom and shower area. One of the best campgrounds I've ever been too.
