Pleasant park, well located. Could use more gravel in the pull-thru lanes as they got quite muddy during the rains when we stayed there. Otherwise, pleased to be there.

All good, except the loud campers both nights we were there and on both sides of us, until 2am, I would emphasize to all who are using this campground that they be reminded of the "quiet hours". Vacation is for everyone, not just the night owls. Truck road noise outside of the campground is also very loud.

First, I had problems with my reservations, and when I called the woman who answered was very helpful and got things straightened out. Then when I got there, a woman in the office (I think the same person) was very friendly and helpful. Strangely, though, I never saw her again. Good start, though Restrooms were excellent, looked new, real doors for the showers. I'll be back

We loved our stay here! There was so much to do here, I was sad we couldn't use all that the campground had to offer but I would love to stay here again and rent the bikes and use all of the amenities that they had here. My 4 year old son loves mini golf so we did use the mini golf every day and he loved it! Thanks for a great stay!

We were in group site which was nothing but a grassy field with no trees. It was very noisy, hardly 50 meters from road. We could hear cars passing all night, small planes, a concert on adjustant property. It was so hot during whole day, we had to stay away from property. Amenities were good.. we enjoyed swimming pool, movie night, restroom were clean, front desk staff was too good.

I cannot say enough about the staff at this location. Top notch service and very caring. Definitely an older campground but facilities have been maintained. Owner definitely cares about customer experience. We will be back .

We stayed here about 3 years ago and were very glad to be heading back. But we found that the park had deteriorated a bit. It needs maintenance, especially in the bath rooms, showers and exterior of the main building. Also, the grass in the sites was very thin and in places no longer there.

One of our favorite parks. This was a return visit and they were most accommodating. They even trimmed a nearby tree, on the spot, to make sure we avoided damage with the predicted afternoon storms.

We stayed in the Teepee which was advertised to have linens. The queen bed was the only one made up, but it looked as if the sheets had been either dropped in the dirt or slept in by a dog. There was crumbly dirt and dog hair all in the bed. The next day, I told the manager who said, “sorry” and offered no discount.

The office was very friendly and very helpful in describing all the amenities and the different things that City Campground provided for the families. There was very much for the kids to do they had a movie night with free popcorn they have bikes the kids could ride miniature golf at ATV rental availability and a big playground. It was a very nice campground. The woody tent was a fun experience. It was super hot inside when we arrived, we opened all the windows and used the fans that were provided to help cool it down. The campground hosts were very friendly. I wish they had had dish soap available to wash the dishes. I would stay here again.

The office lady was very helpful in pointing out several of the attractions in Vernal such as the local history museum and Fremont People petroglyph areal' Unfortunately our site and several others close to the pool had sewer dump sites close to neighboring trailers. Our neighbor''s motorhome hose led to a spot adjacent to our picnic table and we were unable to eat there...site 37.

Our favorite KOA because of the spacious grounds, pool, playground, and variety of shaded RV spaces. This was our third annual visit with our son's family and it just gets better every year. Adam and his staff will do any and everything to make your stay incredible.

Every KOA should have cable in the whole park. We are in a state that has very little air tv. It’s quite frustrating.

Loved our grassy tent site at the edge of the campground, away from the RVs and trailers. Our 6-year-old loved the pool and playground. Truck noise from the nearby main road was a bit loud sometimes at night.

We loved our stay, the office staff was very friendly. There was grumpy campers there who I am sure would say the staff was not friendly because it was a sold out weekend and the site that they chose online was too small but we watched them handle it very professionally. They’re on top of maintaining stuff. They are working on the mini golf and the jumping pillow. We will definitely come back.

We arrived after hours and left fairly early, so did not interact with staff, but directions were left out for us. Clean restrooms, nice playground and activities for you get kids.
