Nice campground but to much noise from road and working of the staff

This was a good RV Park & they kept it up well. They have a great dog park & lots of beautiful rose blushes blooming all over the park. They continually work on maintenance & upkeep of the grounds, & the employees were terrific, very friendly & helpful. The only bad thing was it is in a noisy area where there is a lot of construction near by & the road noise is kind of bad, especially at night.

The trees were dropping items onto the picnic table and areas of our campsite. Overall the campground was nice & clean. A different time of year it would be excellent (when the trees have completed their droppings!)

Please please get a lawn mower bagger or rake up freshly mowed grass in the sites. We couldn’t use our site outside the evening we arrived because the freshly cut grass clippings were left laying and in big clumps. We didn’t want to track grass into our RV. Especially in the morning when it was wet with dew fall.

The park staff is friendly and welcoming. The park is attractive. The sites we had (2 stays) had good access for our satellite dish. the park, however, has two deficiencies. The park advertises free WiFi, however, on neither stay were we able to connect to their WiFi. I had to use my phone as a hotspot to have any internet. The other problem is dog poop throughout the park - YUCK.

Great location. New owners are really trying to spruce the place up. Had a slight issue with some low limbs and the park has addressed the issue.

Office staff are always cheerful and helpful the store is very nice always spotless clean. Was a little disappointed this time in our Park site as it had not been cleaned up but a minor blip on the radar very nice park

Very nice campground. Pleasant staff. We had to call animal control daily because of a local unleashed dog that came into the campground and terrorized our dogs forcing us to keep them inside our MH the entire stay. Very disappointing in that regard.

Visalia has a really nice Canine Kamp which is one of the main reasons we always choose KOA. The lady in the store recommended The Black Bear grill for dinner which was an excellent choice.

Excellent support from the front desk. Site was perfect. Campground well kept. Quiet location. Be back if in the vicinity.

We have stayed at KOA sites in CA & this one needs some TLC. Weeds growing in planters. Grass over growing boarder of fire pits. Trees droppings could be blown off sites when guests are expected. Wanted to come back so we could go to Sequoia National Park, but don't know if we will.

Grass/weeds at the sites didn't look like they had been mowed and the picnic table was very dirty. We came because others said it was quiet at night. Not when we were there. All night long there were loud construction-type noise and bangs. Very difficult to sleep

We decided to stay at KOA as we had a great experience at KOA Pismo Beach. We chose this campground because it says it has an pool and game room but both where closed, the game room due to Covid-19, which is was estrange for us as non of the employees were wearing a face mask. So we think that for the price vs amenities is just not worth to stay at KOA Visalia

Our daughter and son-in-law live in Visalia. This is a perfect spot to stay. They live 15 minutes from this KOA & we can bring our dog! Staff is very welcoming.

Nice starting point to our journey. Nice staff and after hours check in and check out was super easy. Nice gravel level pull thru site we stayed at. Check the site for all the amenities they have its really a good price for what you get.
