Campground was clean and neat. Due to water leak water was unavailable for a few hours. Dig park area needs work. Nothing but mostly dirt and holes. The Koa sign at exit needs angled more to make it easier to see down the road. No problems with the stay.

The campground was clean and the staff were all friendly and helpful. However, the grounds and buildings were a bit run down. We’ve stayed at several KOA campgrounds in Northern California and this one was not as nice. Because of the convenient location while traveling we will likely stay again.

Nice quiet grounds for the most part. Cabin had old food all over the floor and tables. Our neighboring cabin had a party on our last night with 50+ people. We had car lights shining directly into our cabin and people wandering through our campsite and even sitting at our table and swing. I wish the hosts would have handled it. In the morning there was trash all over their campsite and ours.

I love having a solid door with a 2X4 latch and a dead bolt, feeling much safer in a KOA Kabin than in a motel / hotel. I like the camper wash area w/hot water to wash dishes. Needs: 1. more bathrooms closer to outer fences. 2. more camper water spigots. 3. bathrooms need more maintenance. 4. Wifi strong enough to log into and actually use! I do plan to return!

The distance to the National Parks is great. And the grounds were neat and well kept. Store is nice. BUT serious fly problem in women's bathroom. Couldn't go to bathroom, shower or brush teeth in peace. Only 2 staff (Females) were welcoming, others seemed indifferent we were there. Not friendly like we are used to. Still think KOA's should have microwave in Laundry n access 24 hours.

It is a very nice place on the road to somewhere else. The facilities are clean but somewhat dated and small.

Came in after hours, our paperwork was waiting for us and site was clean, easy to park. They have a great fenced in dog park where we hung out with other campers while our dogs got some exercise. This spot was perfect for us and appreciate being able to stay there during our travels.

Cordial staff. Convenient facility at a reasonable price. It was helpful that the site was near Hwy 99. I wished that the office had been open somewhat later at night. Overall Excellent experience!

Check in went very smoothly. Was leery initially because of previous comments but was told it’s now under new ownership. Older facility but lots of good improvements noted especially with the laundry room, showers & bathroom areas. Lots of mature trees providing nice shade. Mostly quiet except for sound of train in the distance during the night & a neighborhood rooster early in the morning.

Small camp ground, nice area, in a residential zone. Grassy spots beside gravel sites, pleasant friendly staff. Restrooms are clean but a little dated - my shower was more like a hose that had a very bad leaky spray that soaked the change area. Sites were all pull thru, gravel and level enough, hook ups were good. Wifi was slow but it worked. Would stay again

We had a issue with the cable on our rear slide. Not only did they help by providing a ladder to use, the Maintenance gentleman held the ladder for my husband. Their care about the people in the park is wonderful!

Was traveling though on our way to Northern California and stopped there for one night. They were very friendly upon arrival. The last place is nice and would stay there again if the occasion should ever arise.

Sketchy people and it’s in a bad neighborhood. Not much grass for dogs. Not Much to do in the area unless you travel 30 min Staff was nice and was always busy outside doing upkeep.

This KOA is clean, well-run, and easy to access. Its location is near our son’s, so it is a frequent stop for us.

The actual stay was uneventful however I would not stay at your park again. You apparently have no basic norms for extended stay people. The tent camper group just looked like chaos, the rigs by us were very unkept, etc. Overall, just would not be back again.

We arrived late and the after hours check in area was well lit and easy to find. Our spot was on the end so easy to get in and less folks to disturb leaving early the next day. The campground was quiet and well lit. Wifi was very good. Bathrooms mostly clean so that is my only negative. We would stay here again if going through Visalia.

The park smells like dog feces or sewage. The office staff is great, but the smell just ruins the stay.

Nice starting point to our journey. Nice staff and after hours check in and check out was super easy. Nice gravel level pull thru site we stayed at. Check the site for all the amenities they have its really a good price for what you get.
