Totally enjoy the stay as well as the location. The shower facilities was great as well as the laundry room. My wife liked the way you used a card instead of coins to run the machines. Sites were spacious with enough trees to give some shade. No internet or cable provided but wifi strength for both T-Mobile and AT&T were strong.

Nice park that is well laid out and relatively easy two get to both parks. We did have problems with unattended dogs on either side of us.

The day we arrived the site like we were setup in a stock yard. Something stunk very badly. Also, the site was muddy. Every time we went out and came back in , we had to clean our shoes and the camper’s steps…

We had a great stay in Visalia. The staff was friendly and helpful, the grounds were tidy, and everything was in working order. We would definitely return.

Park was clean and staff friendly. Was very displeased with no wifi access. Staff said it's weak when kids are on it. Was able to check email next morning. When you pay the high rate for a campsite at a KOA you expect top notch service.

Your campground is the perfect location for our trips to and from Sacramento, CA. We enjoy our stay with you each and every time we pass through. The facility is clean, our dog loves the dog park, it an easy access for us, and the staff is always friendly and helpful! Thank you, for making this part of our journey so cozy...See ya again soon!

We just needed a one night break on our way from Sacramento to southern CA. This was a convenient location, far enough from 99 so it was quiet. Pleasant interaction with the office staff. The bathrooms were clean but showing their age.

We rented a cabin and a 50 amp RV spot. For $70 a spot per night you would expect the Wifi to work and the bathrooms to be clean!! Not at this place, this was the second time staying there and it will be the last unless they issue a refund!

Water hook up leaked had to have maintenance repair as water was shooting everywhere. On our departure day a pickup truck parked on site and proceeded to do repairs and play music loudly.

I stopped at Visalia KOA while traveling to and from Yosemite National Park. Easy access and quiet location in the town. Perfect for what I needed. Facilities at KOA are consistent and well maintained. Staff was friendly.

The park is run down. The staff is okay. The Park had what we needed to stay overnight and set up our Class B for a couple more nights of boondocking. We didn't need to use the showers etc. so I can't vouch for them.

Overall the stay was fine. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I just wish KOA would offer more robust internet. We pay a premium for KOA over other campgrounds and I chalk that up to more amenities being available to us, so it’s frustrating when WiFi is super slow to nonexistent. We stayed at 14 KOAs on this trip and all but 2 of them had very poor WiFi.

It was like coming to a less than ideal trailer park. There are individuals who live on the grounds, which is odd for a KOA. They do not have volleyball or Horseshoes like they advertise. The environment felt like the beginning of a horror film. Not worth the $109 for 2 nights.

The lot was extremely loud and had some aggressive guests screaming at each other into the night. Loud music that sounded like an ice cream truck for a few hours. The bathrooms were being used constantly so we showered in our camper.

This is one of our stops before heading north. We always look forward to this rest stop before continuing with our trip north and south. You need to check for availability because this place is well known and quite busy. The staff is very nice and the grounds are well maintained.

We had a very good time there. The office personnel were most helpful when we were looking for a restruant and giving us directions to get there. The facility appeared to be clean and well maintained. One thing I would liked to have were some sweet rolls that I could have purchased to go with my coffee I made in our trailer. All in all we had a really good stay there.

We have stayed 3 times at the Visalia KOA, the park is nice, clean and the staff welcoming and helpful. The only issue is the train, but that's not a deterrent to staying there. Although it was very frustrating on our last visit, 10,/9/2021 as someone was playing music loudly until 11 pm. I'm not sure the music was coming from anyone in the park, it may have been from a neighboring house.

Very hospitable people, plus well kept campground and all the amenities available. We stopped there on our way to and from where we were going and it actually became the highlight of our whole trip. I even stayed an extra night before heading home. Thank you everyone at KOA!

Nice starting point to our journey. Nice staff and after hours check in and check out was super easy. Nice gravel level pull thru site we stayed at. Check the site for all the amenities they have its really a good price for what you get.
