We had no shade whats so ever. When I went to ask to move we were shut down and basically felt I was being talked down to. We looked forward to getting into the pool because it was soo hot but it was filthy didn't realize how dirty till we got in. Yuck. It is an 1hr and 30min away from sequoia which was disappointing

The office lady was sweet. Everyone around the park was nice. The pool was deep, kind of scary. No complaints here .

Quiet. Off to he beaten path. Very nice owners. Facilities are clean. Pool is a good size and a nice break from the excessive heat! It's really dusty in he whole area though due to the nature of farming in the valley. Close to Sequoia National Park.

The staff is wonderful and delightful during my week stay. The campground is well maintained and facilities are fine. Sequoia NP is close enough for a day trip and the campground is near town.

Friendly staff, waiting for us when we arrived. Nice pull thru spot toward the front. Tucked away but easily accessible from 99, so convenient if traveling that corridor.

We really enjoyed our time at the KOA in Visalia. Everything was clean, the bathroom, cabin, campsite. People were friendly, even have a store on hand if you forget stuff like I did, can not complain. I was even suprised the cabin had outlets so that was a nice suprise. Only thing was our AC needed its filter changed so we couldn't run it, it got a bit stuffy at night but overall great time!

Great for over night stay. I have it a 4 because it looks a little scary when you first drive in, but soon learn that it’s a safe and quiet park. Staff was very friendly and healful. Would stay there again.

Staff was very friendly. The site is older but well maintained. The pool is great! The laundry facilities very clean. Great playground and dog friendly. Love that the tent areas are grass. Had a nice stay

worst experience this koa. we stayed cabin that had to dealing with ants inside cabin, cockroach outside at night and had to use unisex(?) toilet and shower. also, air was very bad day and night. It ruined my vacation. we will not recommend anyone to stay there.

We pulled in with a broken inverter and needed 110 v to run the fridge and portable air conditioner. The 110 plugs didn’t work and we were told none of them worked in the park. What kind of KOA is this with no 110. We ended up leaving at 10:30pm on Labor Day weekend as the RV was too hot (98 degrees) to stay in safely. The CEO of KOA’s should be notified. This is a disgrace!!

Camped in grass area not bad but beside Main Street that cars ran up and down all night was tough. Also bathroom door would not lock and it was marked male and female.

The area smells like a slaughter house and made the wife and I sick. And whatever they use to hide the smell in the cabin made our sinuses go crazy and gave us an itchy throat. We arrived at 9:30pm hoping to get a good night rest and we left at 6:00am cause we felt sick from the smell. An hour after departure we felt fine. Had to drive away tired. Emailed with no response. Worst KOA stay!!!

Our stay was Great! We stayed in one of their cabins and it was very clean and neat. They also had green grass!!! Pool was clean. The place was very clean and everyone was super friendly and helpful!! We loved it!!

I was in the area to visit with family. The location is very convenient to the freeways. The park is a pleasant area to retreat.

Very clean park. Yes, it's a bit outdated, but the staff took great care of us. We were there a short time (about 18 hours) so, we didn't take advantage of all they had to offer. The dog area did have fresh water for the pups, which was a nice touch!

People in the office were very nice, the pool was clean but looked pretty old. Lots of permanent rigs around as well as possibly feral cats. Site was nice with shade which was a plus since the weather was warm. No problems.

Only overnight, but pull thru full hook ups are very level and cc is very clean and well maintained. Will stay again.

While the staff and the facilities were very nice and fantastic. We had some terrible camping neighbors that partied until 730am the staff could not get them to quite down. We attempted to do our laundry but were unable to because the machines required a card that is gotten from the office so while we were wanting to use the laundry room after office hours we were unable to do so.

We came for an overnight stay and we were surprised how run down the campground was for a Journey. There was a dead bird and feathers all over our site which we picked up so our dogs would not eat. The dog park was dirt. On a positive note, the park was quiet and staff was friendly. We appreciated the full hookups.

Very nice campground. We’ll located for day trips to Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks. Our site was level. Hookups worked very well. Outstanding pool!

We stayed for 2 nights and could not stay on the same spot. The 2nd spot was double booked and they had to find a new one. This took over an hour. We were finally able to hook up at 11pm in the evening. The next day they tried to blame us. The lady at the counter got loud and wanted to throw us out of the office. At least we got our money back for one day. This could also be done in a friendly way

Park is very dry/dusty. Our site wasn't satellite friendly. Ask if we could have different site but was told they were full. It would have been easy to swap us with another site as satellite friendly sites were empty most the week.

I was glad to have a KOA to stop at en route to Yosemite, and appreciated both the shade and the ability to plug in - it was 106 when I arrived! I think this KOA does an admirable job having green space, given the dusty location. I would definitely stay here again on any trips through the central valley.

Nice starting point to our journey. Nice staff and after hours check in and check out was super easy. Nice gravel level pull thru site we stayed at. Check the site for all the amenities they have its really a good price for what you get.
