Awesome! I had to delay my arrival, phone call and problem solved. Then on my day of leaving - truck trouble! Suggestion for a great mechanic, and the staff was able to now extend my stay! My site was partially shaded which is always nice! Thanks for a great stay even with all my travel troubles!

Grass area , grass was dead , no wifi. A lot of long time tenants. Space between door side and sewer dump too close to fire pit . Can't have a fire looking at a sewer hose .

Everything worked great. Restrooms were clean. Front desk person Desi was great very helpful and accommodating. Would stay there again.

I had accidentally reserved our campsite for the wrong dates. They were able to work around that and find us a campsite for those days. We were very grateful and thankful that they took the extra time to help us even though it was our mistake. Very nice, helpful staff. Nice, clean campground. Would definitely stay there again!!

It was our first time with RV. The store was a little lite on stuff. Maybe it was a beginner's luck but I was able to level the RV with little work. The hookups were easy to handle. I didn't bring a TV cable so was not able to test the TV in the RV. Overall it was easy to get in and out. As a waypoint on the way somewhere for an overnight stay, I will definitely come back.

Showers needed updating and was not particularly clean. Laundry room was also not clean. Appears to be many full timers at this spot which gives it a cluttered look.

We would of given better rating but not sure if person was full time or what but some one was working on her truch in the evening all 3 nights we were there. Grinding and pounding. We did not use any amenities so can't rate it. With a little tlc on grounds would be a good spot.

Every thing was wonderful. Clean, friendly and relaxing atmosphere. My only concern was WAY too many foxtails, especially in the dog area. At least that area should be free of them

We had originally asked for two nights. When we got here, we learned we could stay five. That really worked with our schedule. We appreciated that we can make that change.

Skunks at night; stockyard during the day; all gender bathrooms with locks on the door that don't work and very weak wi fi were all things that make the stay less than optimal. Nothing can be done about he skunks or the stockyard but the other are a simple fix.

Great campground, friendly staff, nice camp lots with room. Despite the ‘still lingering’ Covid restrictions which kept the Game Room closed, it was a nice stay. A must visit is to the Sequoia National Park about 1 1/2 hours away.

Nice park, good services, only negative was a long term residents dog running around, he was friendly to me but was aggressive to other dogs in the park, should be on a leash.

I loved everything except for the foxtails in the K9 yard. They can be very dangerous to dogs

Easy check in when we arrived. Store was only opened until 6pm. Easy to get to Sequoia National Park from this KOA, Bathroom and shower area was small and cramped. Hard to move around others in bathroom and shower area.

Clean, lots of full timers with some trashy sites and scary people but still a nice KOA. Basketball area is a bit unsafe.

Expected campers...not residents. Dirty picnics tables, cigarette butts on the ground, one resident at the end of row B had a yippy dog that woke us up at 4:30am. People in the office VERY FRIENDLY AND VERY HELPFUL!

We chose this campground because KOAs are typically nicer campgrounds. This was the same price as others in the area, so we figured - why not. This was not a typical KOA feel. It felt more run down than we expected. The people were SO nice, but I was a little disappointed in the campground for being a KOA and the price. Probably would not stay again and would try somewhere else.

Grounds are unkempt, dog park had foxtails and burrows that get into dogs fur. Just not up to KOA standards we have seen in other parks

Pool was very nice. Quiet campground. A few of the long term renters need to tidy up their sites.

Campground was nice. Very quiet and you could hear the birds. Biggest complaint is how far it is from Sequoia NP! Hour drive to the park then another hour into the park to the Sequoia groves. For our needs the location was not good.

This KOA at Visalia is a great place to stay. It's very clean and quiet. The pool is well maintained as are all of the grounds around this KOA including the dog park. We stay here often as we travel from SoCal to NorCal frequently and this KOA is well situated for our travels.

I was very disappointed that the wi-fi didn't work. We were in spot 51 and were told we need to step outside to get the signal then when we go inside it would still work. It did not! In today's world the internet should work better than it did. Also I thought 62.00 was a bit steep for a night.

We have never stayed at a KOA before. We were a little surprised to see people living there in their RV"s, thought it was for vacationers not long term renters. It was obvious some had been there awhile the one next to us had weeds grown up and spiderwebs. Grounds people not very friendly and 15 minutes after we arrived a sheriff showed up and handcuffed 2 people. Needless to say we wont go back!

Nice starting point to our journey. Nice staff and after hours check in and check out was super easy. Nice gravel level pull thru site we stayed at. Check the site for all the amenities they have its really a good price for what you get.
