The staff was nice. I would not recommend staying more than a couple of days. If you want overnight 2-3 days, this would be a good spot. The park was 1/4 full except for long term or permanent people. The wifi was intermittent with no cable. The store had very limited supply. One caveat. Staff informed us about new ownership & goal for upgrades.

The price is to expensive for this time of the year. Pool not open and the traffic noise is loud. Our site had poop from some dog visit. Older park but fairly clean. Personnel were mostly attentive. We will not return but for others might be OK.

Trees a problem. And mid February got charged for “peak season”!!! Water hoses would have frozen at night, how is this peak season?

Park was clean and quiet. Loved the birds and ground squirrels! Close to fruit stands and national parks. Would stay here again when in the area.

was just a stop in the trip home that took longer than planed everything was ready for us when we arrived and really looked forward to a hot shower after a week in the socal desert the place was a nice even after reading some other reviews which we found non of staff was very nice also worked great for our stop over would do it again

A typical journey parking lot. Long, narrow, gravel sites, tight interior roads. Few amenities - pool is seasonal, park playground is old and minimal. Okay location. Good for a few nights. We used it as a base for visiting the Kings Canyon and Sequoia National Parks. Visalia has all the typical stores and some good restaurants.

The park is nothing special. It's just that it's one of the few parks in Visalia, if you want to see the town and the Sequoias. It could definitely be better maintained.

Clean, well maintained. Excellent check in process with cheerful service. I would return. Camped in 40ft MH towing car. Tight but works.

Staff was great and very accommodating. The Park itself could use some updates. Overall not a bad layout and easy to get in and out. We stayed with a 40' Motorhome plus tote.

The Kampground is a fantastic rest stop. We stayed 5 days this time and 5 days last month as well. We fully enjoyed the cleanliness of the facilities and the friendly and helpful staff. Great location - it was a short ride to Sequoia Park! Can't wait to be back in this area again!!!

We have stayed at the Visalia KOA periodically for 20 years or so and have steadily watched the decline of this once very nice RV Park. Our visit recently has seen the place look its worst. The site we were assigned hadn't had the grass mowed in months, nor had the table or fire pit been cleaned either. Had this been the last site available I would have understood, but it wasn't.

We enjoyed our stay except for the weak to almost non existent Wi-Fi and internet. Unfortunately I suppose we have come to the point that strong Wi-Fi and internet is very important to us. Some parks do much better than others.

The bright spot here is the staff. They are very accommodating and maintain the park well. Other than that, it’s in the middle of a neighborhood, a fair amount of longer term renters, and tends to be very dusty due to the area. It’s ok as a Journey but won’t stay multiple nights.

Manager was rude, locals tried to warn us. Boy were they right! Also, was told they make long term exceptions for travel nurses. Until you show up, then “per corporate” they can no longer do so… even paying the expensive daily rate!! They didn’t want our money, so we packed up and found a beautiful spot elsewhere. On the river and HUGE lots with friendly and welcoming management

One nite in site D19. Easy parking in mostly level site. Park was clean. Utilities were good. Our site had a BRIGHT street light directly over our trailer, which required covering all our windows. There was some reasonable road noise.

We were traveling through with an unplanned route and we researched all day for a stay between Visalia and Fresno. We were traveling for a funeral. so, yes, unplanned. Anyway, we didn't find anything in our price range or it was not a safe area. We pushed through to Visalia and it was worth it. Clean sites, friendly staff and quiet. Thank you. Don Ayers

We needed a one night stop over, so this KOA worked well. The street noise and trains are noisy. We have 2 rescure little dogs and we always worried about their anxiety and barking. But when we took a walk there were several large dogs that were aggressive and lunging at their pens and dog fence. Scary for us and our pups that did not bark.. I like KOA and have a membership. Ok for one night.

The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. There was a small issue with the fire pit that was handled in no time flat. The bathrooms were kept at a nice temperature as it was pretty cold during the night. The staff including maintenance folks exceeded our expectations for great customer service.

I was surprised on how old it looked. Train horn kept waking me up, noise from trucks backing up. Was NOT my favorite place to stay.

All amenities are conveniently close to campsites. Staff is very friendly. I arrived late but had a reservation and my check-in information was waiting for me at the entrance.

Nice starting point to our journey. Nice staff and after hours check in and check out was super easy. Nice gravel level pull thru site we stayed at. Check the site for all the amenities they have its really a good price for what you get.
