This location was NOTHING like it was described. I have never been so disappointed in a KOA stay as I was in this one. We only stayed 1of the 2 nights booked, it was that bad. The grounds looked invaded for, dead grass, trees, what yes were there were hacked, no shade and being 105* shade would've been nice. This location should not be on KOA lists. STAY AWAY!

Staff was very friendly. Most helpful. Park is good. Had some cable TV problems. It was a little tooo hot ...but they didn't cause that. Been there numerous times throughout the years.

Location is in an industrial park so there really isn’t anywhere to walk or bike and feel safe. The pool was refreshing because of the heatwave but is quite dated and needs work. We killed 2 roaches there and were glad our bags were not on the ground. Friendly staff.

Nice campground with a great sraff. We have used this campground on several occasions and have never been disappointed. Only bad thing this time was the weather, hot and muggy. Keep up the good work!

Staff very nice and KOA grounds were kept clean. More shade tree's would have been nice didn't realize how hot it gets in Visalia in July thought I was still in Arizona.

The park fit our needs for what we needed. Spaces were adequate, but grounds need a little more watering. Heather at the front desk was friendly and welcoming. We would stay again.

We were a little surprised with the condition of this KOA. It is by far the most run down park, that we’ve stayed at. I am sorry for being blunt, but this KOA needs some love and attention.

Well managed property; proprietor was helpful and flexible with our travel plans that were thrust into last minute change due to the Dixie fire.

The wifi did not work and we were put at a spot with zero shade. We stayed there for the week and there were empty spots with shade. The bathrooms were extremely clean.

All of the amenities a person could want at a great rate. Nothing is fancy or frilly so don't look for that, but if you want a nice clean campground this is the place.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The pool was immaculate, as was the playground. The grounds were mostly clean with lots of miniature debris left by other campers (if you drop a small piece of plastic, pick it up folks)... Not the facilities fault. The location was near lots of homes, but the mature shade trees and quiet nature of the area made for Anne notable stay. Nice place!

We have used this KOA several times on our travels. It has always been pleasant and the staff has always been roght thete to help and assist. This is a nice stop and I recommend it for anyone padsing thru. We always pick a pull-through so we dont have to unhitch. Plan on stopping here again on our way home.

Check-in was super smooth, the nice lady had it all ready to go when we pulled up! The campground is a little ways off the highway, in a somewhat industrial area, but was well maintained, clean and nicely laid out. It was a perfect spot to stay over on our road trip. Lots of other families, quite and chill campground. I would totally recommend!

Good for one night stop - next time I'll bring a bathing suit. Setting up camp in 100 degree heat should be rewarded with a dip!! It would also be most helpful if the store were open past six - hubby wants ice cream before bed but our cooler won't keep it frozen!

Women's bathroom in need of refreshing, need painted, caulking around sinks very ugly. Would be super nice yo have a walkway to restroom area as need to go around all camping spots or walk thru a dite

People were great we ended up staying six nights only reserved three night manager was very accommodating. Would stay again.

I would not recommend or be back to this KOA due to drug attic’s every were and people running the KOA do not how to run the business and it’s sad that instead of me and my family having a good time we were always scared to leave the doors open

This Campground is NOT suitable for "Big Rigs". Sites are to short not long enough. The roads between sites are to narrow very difficult to pull out. I had to back up to get out of a "Pull Through" site. Will not stay here again!!

Park is very poorly maintained. Weeds overgrown everywhere. Sites are small and in poor condition with thin gravel in sites and access roads. No grass in RV sites, even now with water shortage it was apparent the grass wasn’t kept up well before this year. A good number of full time residents within the park. Within the center of the park are poorly maintained residential dwellings. Not KOA

Staff was great, friendly, helpful. The facility is run down, but fine for a night passing thru. We were there in July and it was ridiculously hot too.

Nice starting point to our journey. Nice staff and after hours check in and check out was super easy. Nice gravel level pull thru site we stayed at. Check the site for all the amenities they have its really a good price for what you get.
