This is a regular stop for us when visiting family in the area. Though the sites are tightly packed, the grounds are well kept. It seems efforts at improvements are in the making.

The hosts were very nice. Garbage was picked up pretty much whenever you put a bag by the "curb". Very clean grounds. Loved that the arcade was open 24/7. Nice sites with great elevated fire rings.

Since the change in ownership, this place has become amazing. The staff is friendly, helpful and went beyond expectations to make our stay wonderful.

The Wapakoneta KOA staff members and work campers have been Outstanding on all levels. This our second visit and have been extremely pleased with their service and the campground improvements.

We stopped here on our way south for the winter. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Had a problem with the power post and were quickly placed at another site. Overall the campground is in great shape! New ownership has made many improvements since we were here a few years ago. Look forward to repeat visits here as we go north and south. May extend our stay and visit local attractions next.

Good stay overall. Staff was friendly and helpful. Restrooms where clean. Grounds where taken care of. Only down fall was the closest of the spots I was in (63/64). But they where street side to street side.

The couple that checked me in were so welcoming and friendly! I think the spots are stacked tight or otherwise a 5 star. Only stayed overnight but did like my gravel spot which overlooked a beautiful field.

Only complaint was the location of the sewer. Had to drop my toad and back up to reach it. Really not in a position for a pull-thru

The camp is older with narrow sites. Understandable considering it's an older camp. Camp was clean & cared for. Facilities the same. But I wouldn't recommend because the manager rolled up on me, started yelling, and making unfounded accusations & invited me to leave the camp. After asking why he was acting this way, he rode off. We did stay the night, but his actions were lacking & uncalled for.

Definitely a super nice KOA. Really nice sites, the whole campground was spotless, and the staff super nice. Lots of really nice and beautiful grassy areas. Definitely one of my favorites!!!!

One Night stay but very pleasant. Very helpful staff and courteous. Cable was a bit disappointing with many stations in spanish (Central Ohio???) and six or seven with no sound. Campground was neat and well maintained and all services worked well.

Sounds like the cable needed to be reset- which is an easy fix to the Spanish and silent channels. Let us know and it can be quickly restored.

The hosts were very, very nice and helpful when we did laundry. However, the sites are too crowded, would be better with several feet more space between units.

We stayed there twice; once on the way to our destination, once on our return trip. This is a great KOA, and the location out in the agricultural area is wonderful. Will stay there again if we are up your way.

The staff were very friendly and the park is well-maintained. The WKOA offers home-made pizza delivered right to your site. VERY good! We have stopped there on other occasions over the years- we live in Michigan and Wapakoneta is a very convenient overnight stop on the N-S route to places. This time we stayed longer and enjoyed some of the sites around the area.

This is a super cute campground very well maintained, I love the gas grills you can reserve on some sites and the comfy seating with umbrellas. They have dog areas where you're dog can come off leash to use the restroom. A must stay if your passing through. We came here on a trip to Georgia and our truck ended up breaking down and was towed to the dealer nearby the owners were so accommodating to assist us in any way we were able to secure extra days while waiting for repair.
