the cabin was very nice, and the customer service was excellent. they went out of their way to "play" concierge for us to give us ideas on what to do, where to go, and what to see, which made our vacation unforgettable. thanks wapak koa see you next year.

This was our first time visiting Wapakoneta, and my husband and I are so glad that we stayed here! The cabin was clean, the woodwork was beautiful, the customer service was spot on, and we really enjoyed ourselves.

We stayed in a cabin. Only complaint was the toilet paper. It broke off and hard to get to. Suggestion is to change the holder. Everyone so friendly!

Mike and Jinny were very helpful and a pleasure to work with. I can't recall the lady who checked us out on Sunday but she was also very helpful and pleasant. I took pictures of our stay and sent to family and friends. The feedback was amazing! Nice this, cute that. some are making plans for a visit. What a gem.... Our weekend brought back lots of past camping memories. Thanks KOA Wapakoneta!

Our family of 4 enjoyed a studio cabin. Plenty of space, very clean. Staff was friendly & helpful, they even delivered firewood to our cabin!

Staff was friendly however the campground itself is lacking. The Lodge we rented was dirty, worn and the mattresses were unbearable. The sheets on the bed were covered in animal hair, the lodge was worn and filthy. Would not stay at this location again.

Very nice facility! Needs a bit more activities and or playground equipment to be in par with other locations. No wagon rides or games for the kids which was a bit disappointing. Some nice upgrades since our last stay.

The pool was great . Like having the fridge and tv in the cabin ( some KOAs do not) and air conditioning was necessary for the hot humid days we were there. The campground cafe had decent food and service was prompt. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We had a pleasant stay at your KOA. We ended up sleeping g in the 2nd room because the main room wasn’t cold enough. All of us enjoyed walking around and using the dog park.

Very clean bathrooms/showers. Cozy rustic cabins. Great food snack options avaliable. **Pool is too small though for the size of the campground. A second pool or a kid's splash pad should be added to alleviate how crowded the pool got for the adults in the peak of the summer.

Such a great place to spend family time!!! The owners make every effort to make sure you and your family have everything you need! We always stay in a Kabin Lodge and they are perfectly equipped!!! The campground and pool are always well-maintained!!!

This KOA has a great energy to it, has a nice little recreation center and was clean. We enjoyed our stay, and will likely stay there again in the future.

The oven knobs had the temperature numbers rubbed off. Could not tell what temperature the oven was at.

The deluxe cabin we stayed in was dirty and smelled like mold. We cleaned the floors and bathroom to try to get rid of the smell. We found a leak coming from the bathroom into the bedroom. We were asked to just put a towel down during our stay. I made it known to the front desk I was allergic to mold. We stayed because we had plans. Would have appreciated a discount for the inconveince.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Before/after this stay, there was no leak. It was found that the shower curtain was not pulled across the shower and water ran under the wall to the bedroom. Manager was in the office and told of the water and smell but no mention of allergy. Plumbing checked immediately and no leak detected.

Great place! We really enjoyed our stay. The only problem was the water in the showers smelled like sewage and turned my rings yellow and tarnished. Thankfully my jeweler was able to make them bright and shiny again!

Our stay was perfect. We were there for 2 nights in one of the cabins with a mini fridge and microwave. To my surprise, the queen mattress was very comfortable. We were very pleased and the staff was all friendly, they spoke every time you saw them. Thank you for the very clean and pleasant weekend.

This is a super cute campground very well maintained, I love the gas grills you can reserve on some sites and the comfy seating with umbrellas. They have dog areas where you're dog can come off leash to use the restroom. A must stay if your passing through. We came here on a trip to Georgia and our truck ended up breaking down and was towed to the dealer nearby the owners were so accommodating to assist us in any way we were able to secure extra days while waiting for repair.
