I enjoyed my stay at DC Capital KOA very very much- the host was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, professional and personable- the grounds were clean and everything was conveniently located, very well laid out... I can't wait till my next visit-

The gas grill had issues lighting, we had go keep asking for assistance with it. We were just given a lighter and then later after several attempts- we were advised that you had to use it in a certain way.

This KOA is conveniently located for the metro DC and Annapolis area. The sites are gravel and need to upgrade to the newer KOA’s that have concrete sites, fire pits, etc. Especially for being located in the DC area- our nation’s Capitol and showcase for our country! This is our second visit to this KOA and we go full time in our RV 4 months a year. Love your Value rewards program!

It is a beautiful campground. The office staff was extremely nice and helpful. I recommend this campsite. The only sad part for children is the pool is closed. Of course this is pandemic related. Bathrooms were spotless as were the showers.

Older park and it shows it. It needs maintenance and detailing. Grass and gravel are messy - no clear delineation. Other parks at this price range are far better manicured and kept up. The new blacktop is nice in front but the whole park needs that same level of attention to detail.

I am not sure it is worth the price. the tent site is very small and I got tick bites all of my leg. I am a camper who usually visiting state parks, and I think they are even better off in disinfection. when we book our site, they informed us only one tent can set up on a tent site, so we booked two tent sites. However, as I look around, everyone has more than one tent in a site. felt ripped off,

We camped under a flash flood warning and we were happy to arrived safe at KOA. The tent site was very uneven. The camp had many other sites empty that looked not as uneven. I think that next time, if we go back there, we would need to talk and be sure that the site we are getting is even for a tent camping.

A nice quiet campground. We used it as our base to do some sightseeing in the area. The site was great, no problems whatsoever, and by far, it was the best wifi I've ever encountered in a campground!

So I’ve been living in this area for years. Always knew where it was but never stayed. I’ve stayed there twice now. Both times were absolutely what I was looking for. The environment being so laid back I couldn’t help but not enjoy it. I will be actually going again in the near future.

The staff was helpful and friendly, everything was clean, and we loved having some privacy at our campsite. It was a great, peaceful stay.

Some of the employees were rude to guess I paid over 1600 dollars and don’t feel like it was worth it customer service needs work need more things to do there the first cabbin I rented the grill did not work The maintenance guy said there’s nothing he can do about it and drove off

It was our first koa stay we was in DC for business decided to take camper and it wasn’t a bad distance we decided to take Uber and it was $60 one way but I didn’t want to deal with the traffic and finding a place to park.The Park was nice and the employees were all awesome and was even told to Always be careful so I would be able to come back and stay again at check out .Yes we would stay aga

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Sites were well maintained. The only thing I would suggest is to install a water spigot at the dump station so I could connect my black tank flush hose.

The cabins could have been better. Wilmington, NC has better amenities in their basic cabins. The special price was nice. Good location in the woods, but within blocks of all major freeways and shopping areas. Quiet. Well maintained. All the bathrooms are bunched up near the office. Office store is okay. Good WiFi.

It was good enough for what we needed. It was off season and we were happy to get a place to stay. Our spot wasn't great due to the size of our rig and the spot was up an incline then we had to go back and forth to find most level spot. Other spots much more level but in all fairness we might have asked for this spot not realizing how it was in real life. Easy to get to in snd out. No narrow barriers. You can unhook right outside check in office. I'd definitely stay again.
