only downside to this beautiful location was getting in and out.. I have a large class A.. The mgr / told me that I could get in there and he was absolutely correct..

The one downside to this campground is that the sites are rather narrow and since they are on a hillside, the picnic tables are not at all level in some sites.

Had a great stay. The gentlemen in the camp store were very helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

Came in just after dark which was our bad, but this campground is not conducive for after dark visitors for many reasons. But the main thing is that we arrived and someone had parked their vehicle in our spot and we had to track down whose it was by going door to door in the dark. We couldn't have chosen another empty site because they were all on steep slopes and ours wouldn't maneuver them.

Staff is polite and friendly. Campground was peaceful. I would give higher rating, accept we are big rig and this is not big rig friendly. The road going to the campground was rated 10000 tons and are coach is 36000 tons alone. Road from office to site was quite challenging ( glad we unhooked tow). Site was fine, but definetly needed to be leveled, tires needed to go on blocks, and jacks.

We were led into our spot which I really like. The spot was a little narrow, but I fit with a 36ft travel trailer and did not have to unhook. We stayed for one night all was good, Smokey campfires made the stay not great. Have been here at least twice before and will be back.

We stayed one night in our 33ft TT on our way to niagara falls from north carolina. Convenient to interstate, long gravel pull thru semi level. Sites are very close together but being only for 1 night that did not bother us. Site long enough for us not to unhook tow vehicle. Overall very satisfied. Friendly help staff especially Mark the maintenance guy.

very clean and well kept, over all quiet, just a one night stopover,we did not use many facilities, but restrooms and shower were lean....a bench in the shower area would be nice,

We were lucky to get a site! The person in charge was very helpful. I did this k some of the campers that stay on a more permanent basis were a little too loud. Otherwise is was fine.

Honestly need to post better KOA directional signs This is the most difficult KOA campground to locate. Pulling a 34ft 5th Wheel it’s very difficult to make the turn onto Vance Station Road. It’s a beautiful campground but the frustration trying to get to the campground makes it so you won’t want to return!

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Sorry the roads into campground are so frustrating. Unfortunately there's nothing we can do about the geography of western Pennsylvania & we have a sign at each turn off highway. Is there a place you'd suggest another sign? We were appreciative of your survey last week reflecting your enjoyment of our campground specifically. Disappointed to see the drastic change due to things out of our control.

Very lovely and well maintained campground with great staff, only downside Extremely difficult to get to. Strongly recommend more KOA signs. GPS was little to no help!

The streets were very narrow and very steep up and down hills. The dog park was a mile away from our site and uneven that my old dog kept falling

Campsites are very very small. When we opened our truck door, it went over the seat of the next door picnic table. Luckily they were not there. Sites are minimal gravel. Pool was cold and small. road in was very narrow with fast local traffic. Took two grandkids 9 and 10 who said they never wanted to go back.

worst KOA I have ever stayed at, it is like a parking lot for RV's. There is not atmosphere, no staff, the washrooms are gross, there is no change machine in the laundry room and the office is always closed. It is hard to get to, their signs have been painted on but they have not fixed them. They could have not cared less and it showed. Just AWFUL!!

Loved the ease of making reservation online for the same night. Very nice campground. Didn’t care for noise of nearby expressway, but that’s the only negative thing I can say about the place.

Just off the interstate, search for the correct exit, we took the longer hard way for our rig, but the nice lady at the front desk gave us great directions out. Nice clean park, good people and easy after hours access

Just like KOA website says, this is a KOA on a hill! If you aren't comfortable with hills and your camper you may want to find a different place but we enjoyed our spot - the view all around was great, the staff was super helpful. Our son used their small playground but we didn't get a chance to use the pool. This will be a place we come back when we come back to Washington, PA.
