Overnight stay - would recommend it only for an overnight stay while en route to another destination. Would not recommend as a destination (ie weekend for camping or other). Difficult access from the highway coupled with some scruffy looking seasonal sites/(or permanent?).

The young girl that met us was not friendly. The road to get to the campground is about as wide as our camper. HORRIBLE!! No cable. Basically it's an open field with gravel spots.

I am sorry to say that I cannot give this campground a good rating. We had already had a horrible day of driving and getting to the campground was hard enough, a really bad lightning storm followed us in, and someone had their work truck parked in our spot. We sat in the roadway for 30 minutes until we found the owner of the truck and then barely had time to hook up before the rain hit.

Narrow road and narrow site. Next rv's electric box was right at our slideout. The tree branches on the road up to the sites may have ripped our awning. No proof but we were on highways all day before arriving. When we parked, we saw rips.

Ok experience except at 8:30 in the evening there was no toilet paper in the men's room. Lost two stars on that

The sites were smaller than most KOAs. The restrooms were under renovations but as the work ended the restrooms floors & walls were not cleaned. The newly installed walls, paper holders remained dirty from the construction debris. The filled trash can in the men's restroom was not emptied for 3 days wherein a pair of denim shorts were quite visible. Maintenance were not invested in appearance.

Not many kids activity seems to be a place for workers in the area to camp very quiet close to the roadways

Very busy campground with lots of overnighters. The staff was very friendly and ready for us when we arrived. Getting there was over a very narrow winding road but well marked.

Too hard to get to; sites are not level and are very tight. View is beautiful, but not worth the tight roads and steep climb.

Decent enough place. Pretty difficult for our 40' rv plus tow to get to from the highway. Narrow access roads both outside and within the camp. Staff was friendly and nice.

Very narrow, hilly, windy road to get to campground. Campground it self built on the side of a steep hill. Very hard to drive or even walk. Sites very close together.

We used this as an overnight stay and a chance to drive into Pittsburgh. The campground is small and sites are very close together but it was quiet and, for the most part, clean.

Restrooms being remodeled, showers basically not useable. Camp has little or no shade. Ok for a 1 night stop. Wouldn't stay any longer.

This is a good place for us to stay overnight. We head out early the next morning either going to Ohio or heading back to New York. Our dog loves it too.

sites are way too small can't use carpet/chairs on grass area which is right outside the camper door fire pits are too close to the only place to park vehicles with our awning out it was practically right on top of the camper next to us the only place to park vehicle made your vehicle stick out on roadway that cars drive on amp service is only 30 amps share water with other camper

This KOA is a great place to stay. Close to the interstate, shopping and food. The campground is a little hilly but that's southern PA. Somewhat strange to get to from the interstate with the hills but not to bad. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Had mail and a package sent to the campground before we got there. If you love hills this is the park for you.

I am sorry to say that this particular KOA will not be on my active list and I travel North and South through the Pittsburgh area often. Our rig, 40ft Class A made it in and out but that was the most work and I am amazed I didn't take a mirror off or worse on the "path" through the woods, up and over the "trail" to the site not to mention the road to the campgrounds. Hook up was fine

We stay here quite often on our trips north and south. It's an older facility, but nice enough, and the staff are always helpful and friendly.

Just off the interstate, search for the correct exit, we took the longer hard way for our rig, but the nice lady at the front desk gave us great directions out. Nice clean park, good people and easy after hours access

Just like KOA website says, this is a KOA on a hill! If you aren't comfortable with hills and your camper you may want to find a different place but we enjoyed our spot - the view all around was great, the staff was super helpful. Our son used their small playground but we didn't get a chance to use the pool. This will be a place we come back when we come back to Washington, PA.
