Very polite receptionist at check in. Facility was in top notch shape. No issues with anything. Will be back at future dates.

LOVE IT! Staff is GREAT!. 2 recommendations: 1) Allow for cancelation system notify. Ex, we have a site booked for Memorial Day '22. If certain others become available due to cancellation we would change. No way to know w/out constant checking the website. E-mail notification would be great. 2, wi-fi needs significant improvement. Have to work sometimes and is unreliable. Love the campground!!!!

Campground was very expensive. Wifi didn’t work at all throughout our stay.

Staff was unfriendly. We paid for 50 amp service first night we had to reduce to 30 amp service told them about it next morning they did fix it but seemed like it was a bother. We stayed here last year had a good experience, this year was just very unpleasant.

No wi fi no internet no cell service at the campground for the 5 day stay. The only communication was when I happened to be in the store and found out it was down and they were working on it. Taking care of elderly parent so connection is important. Had to go into Watkins Glen to get service.

Great campground! The staff was so friendly and nice, they even delivered our firewood to our campsite. The amenities were great and they had different activities going on just about every day and evening. Close to town, good hiking spots, and all the wineries. Would definitely stay here again.

Didn’t think we would get another weekend in before the end of the season, but we did! Had a hard time finding a campground open. So glad we found WG KOA. Very friendly, clean, surprisingly busy weekend. Would return again in a heartbeat.

Stay was very nice. Staff was good natured and helpful. The pool / Jacuzzi hours could be extended beyond 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Our stay was amazing! The cabin was super cute, very clean and all around enjoyable! Staff was so sweet and accommodating! I can’t wait to come back

The internet was terrible, and the shower rooms at the activity center were filthy. The speed limit should be 5mph…noticed a lot of speedy vehicles. This campground was in a good location to get to Watkins Glen and the wine trails.

Good, clean park. It looks like lots to do during regular season. We were there at end of season. Would definitely stay again.

Paid $191.00 for cabin with full bath checked in at 1:00 pm campground half empty Most cabins empty, said come back after 3:00 pm for the key I understand rules but 1/2 full and most cabins empty you should take care of the customer One little sunbeam electric box heater 50 degrees inside coffee maker and coffee NO CUPS! One 1/4 full soft soap in bathroom No toiletries Not HAPPY

We love staying here...but sadly, the wifi is one of the weakest we encountered in our cross country trip. We were only there for two nights and managed some amazing wine tasting and quiet campsite evenings. Great field to walk the dog. We found the path that goes through the back of the property where all the "trash" gets put...sad to see the recyclables piled up in a container back there...

Although we didn’t use any of the amenities at the resort We were very impressed with the cleanliness and friendliness of the workers.

We had a great time in Watkins Glen, as always. Our cabin was comfy and cozy even with some chilly and rainy weather. We enjoyed the surrounding area with trips to town, a visit to a few good spots in Ithaca, a lovely dinner with loved ones in Himrod, plus relaxing campfire time and moon gazing from our cabin porch. Loved it! Thanks!

Everything was great except the WiFi which was down 2 days of our 3 day stay. When you pay premium prices it is not acceptable to have all listed amenities especially WiFi. No reduced rate was offered.

We stayed in the Sunset Acres part with FHU. The spots were nicely spaced. The owners are really working on a lot of updates. There is also I nice trail to take on the campground. We would stay again.

First it's much to expensive for the amenities they offer (indoor swimming pool only). Sites : the three other camper that we camped & my self all had approximately 2 inches of water around the Sites, they need better drainage & they called these prime the only thing prime was the cost. One last thing, one of the couples called to see about late check-ins & got no return call ?.no call back ?

The property itself was lovely. Bathrooms were very nice and the small trail in the woods was nice to walk the dogs. However, our site was very small which was disappointing at almost a $100 a night. The office also closed at 5pm which we discovered when we tried to play putt putt after dinner.

We got flooded (B72) we were pretty much the only site that we could see that had about 1 foot of water surrounding our camper. I have pictures. The office didn’t seem to care. No compassion or empathy. It was an awful experience!

Wasn't at the campground much. We have a 38ft travel trailer. Trying to get out of the spot was a challenge. Supposed to be a pull thru spot to small to pull forward. Luckily there was room to back up.

Other than one very rainy day, we were not at the campground except in the evening and overnight. On that rainy day, we were greatly appreciative of the cable TV and free wifi in our camper. We did not use any of the other amenities at this resort. Our only problems at this resort was that there was no marking on our site (B69) to indicate where it was and there were no recycle receptacles.

One of the best KOA's you will find. Sites are bigger than most KOA's, staff is helpful and friendly. Lots of stuff to do in the local area, and the KOA has an indoor pool and hot tub to relax in when your done. Will definitely stay here again. Only negative is the dog park is a little small.

Sites were not level. Had to keep repositioning in site to get level. Patio was dirty and picnic table was a mess. Decent location for the Wineries but that’s about all

TheGorge was beautiful and if we wanted to see racing we were in the place to be. We would love to visit during the summer

I was charged an extra 6.50 per child and the only things the kids could do was go swimming nothing else was open the entire weekend we were there. So on top of what you pay to camp there you also charged for your kids too.

A beautiful KOA close to the wine tours, downtown Watkins Glen, hiking, shops, Corning glass museum... A bit on the expensive side, but we will pay for the gated entrance, patio and privacy any day of the week. People who complain only about the price of a campground yet still stay there really need to do some simple research before just booking the site. I've been to many campgrounds, KOA's are not the cheapest, but they are always the nicest.

Nice clean park, lost of different types of sites, plenty of activities for everyone and its only a few minutes from Watkins Glenn state park.
