OK for a quick stopover. Narrow sites facing each other. Dusty roads. Not well maintained. Seems like mostly full-timers. Not impressed.

We enjoyed our stay, thankful our RV was safe while we were out and about. Just wish the spaces were wider, always feels like our neighbors are right on top of us.

The grounds and facilities are very well maintained but not very fancy as in other KOAs. The pool and playground were clean but not very modern. The restrooms were very clean and tidy. The pad sites were all gravel and not concrete. For the price, I would have expected a more modern facility.

We stayed here with our small children while waiting to close on a house nearby. The staff was wonderful! My kids enjoyed the "dinosaur hunts", the pool, the playground, and the indoor game room. The place was kept very neat and tidy. We go back to visit still so the kids can say "Hi" to Denise and everyone. There is more shopping than you could ever ask for nearby. Easy and convenient place.

Did not measure up to the KOA’s we have stayed at. The staff was nice. The property had a lot of RVs parked by a repair shop on property to be repaired , and the sites were narrow and not level Sewer Hook-up needed updated.

We stayed there a couple times this year and enjoy the surroundings. Close to I-20 and your favorite eat stops. My wife and I recommend stopping over for a night or two if in this area of texas.

Very nice staff. Grounds have a lot of potential with nice Park. Bathrooms ok/so so. However some of the campground pretty trailer park junky looking and very jammed crowdy.

Quite a few long term people are like the song “Harper Valley PTA”. Not kid friendly because of them always making complaints !! The tree in the space I was in, gave me a few bruises when I tripped on the 12” high roots a couple times. Also no grass can grow. Staff employee named Lance was very helpful and friendly. 2 night peace filled stay while destined for Dinosaur Valley State Park in Glenn Rose Texas. The kids enjoyed the clear water pool and playing on the swing set just outside the pool’s gate. Clean and tiled showers with Texas shaped sink basins amazed the Grandkids. The only suggestion is to clean off the picnic tables and sweep the pool’s perimeter more frequently.

It’s ok for an overnight stay. The entrance really needs to be cleaned up. It oils be nice if the sites were concreted. And the roads also need to be concreted. The fenced in dog park is too small. Trash pick up would be nice.

The RV Repair business adjoining the KOA is very unsightly and junky. On pulling into the KOA, we learned that the majority of the sites are permanent residents and many of these sites were junky and unkempt, including some of the trailers. The children of the permanent residents became a nuisance when they began banging on our trailer door and leaving “prank” bags of trash on our doorstep.

The Pad we parked the RV very muddy .. to close together to other RV driveway in to Park needs work.. hole after hole.. just good for one night

It was perfect for our overnight stay. Easy access to freeway, clean camp and friendly staff. The cable didn't seem to be working - no tv, but didn't need it anyway. Very reasonable price.

So hot, don’t go in August! Pool is only open during office hours and it doesn’t cool off till9 pm. Large grass area to walk dogs but very small run.

This KOA was a good value for the price. Paid $31 for a pull through and I consider this a fair price. I would not pay more for this KOA because the sites are not very organized. The sites do not have much room on each side and are very close together. They are side by side hookups which limit the room. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Had a great stay! They have a really nice dog area and additional grassy field for the pups. Our site was level and super easy to get in and out of with a 39’ rig! The long term campers, however, take away from the serenity with all of their excessive “stuff” lying around. Staff was super friendly!

Rolled in late, all check in Info was waiting for us, even at 11 pm! Owners were more than accommodating and extremely friendly. We will be coming back.

enjoyable four night stay. clean restrooms and enjoyed using the pool during the warm weather. the rv parts and repair center came in handy as we needed to replace a broken part. the staff was friendly and professional.

I have stayed there four times now at least. Sometimes it's overnight and sometimes it's for several months. Marie is the staffer in the office and the park manager Lance. Both are nice and professional people. I have nothing bad to say about any of my four stays there.
