Typical KOA Campground. All our expectations were met, was VERY impressed with cleanliness of sanitation facilities. For the Nay Sayers, if you want more, Pay more, and still no guarantees.

Everyone was very friendly, both among staff and campers. Bathrooms were very clean and well maintained. The campground overall could use some updates and modernization, but it was comfortable and welcoming just the same.

Arrived late and our checkin instructions were left out for us which was nice. Pool was refreshing and bathroom showers were clean.

Denise in the office was wonderful. She accommidated our very large tent. The bathrooms were very clean and hot showers. Pool was kept nice too. Great stop on our trip.

The park is like a trailer park for oil workers. the park is bleak with no amenities. We will find another place to stay next time

I almost didn't think it was a KOA it was in such disrepair. Everyone's spot was too short, I about twisted an ankle on the rocks in my campsite and never saw a KOA employee.

Friendly staff, restroom-showers sparkle, just redone. Nice dogwalk. Only reason its not 5 stars is wifi was very weak at my location, at times unusable.

We stayed 1 night on our way home to Houston from Colorado. Clean restrooms and pool was nice. Site was not level and was tight for our 32 ft. travel trailer.

Camp sites are small. The pool needs to be updated. No barbecue pits. But on a high note the showers were clean!

Roads in the park are terrible. Sewer hook up in our spot needs improvement. Pad need improvement Closeness to RV repair business and it’s old RV’s were unsightly. Parks closeness to town was great. Dog park was nice. I hope this park continues to improve which it looks like they are working on.

Very disappointed .The previous owners were very nice and helpful. The new owners did not escort us to the site or assist us in any way. Not friendly at all.

The people that run this are very friendly and reliable. The camp ground does need some renovations. We did have a pretty good pull through site for our RV. Picnic tables are new. The cable and water hookups really need some work. I realize this does not happen over night. Hope they get some help to make these improvements.

Uneven lots sewage spot is elevated making it difficult to run your lines. The cable they have isn't very good and the range on the wifi isn't great. The bathrooms and showers are very clean though.

Everything at this campground is adequate but not an upper level facility. Bathrooms and showers were clean. Gravel campsites are a little rough and unlevel. Wifi was very weak even tho the clerk said they had just installed new towers. We may stay there again in the future unless we find a another facility in the area that we like more. There is a small dog park which is a plus.

Great place to stay. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The owner even brought dog treats for our two dogs. Will stay again when we are in the area.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Facilities are dated but very clean and safe. Took advantage of the provided dog park which was a bit small but in good condition and kept clean. Also used the laundry facilities. Although most of the washers and one dryer were out of order, the area was kept clean.

The employee in the office was very good, friendly and accommodating. That was the only good thing. Park is in need of clean up and updating. The roads are so bad you can hardly get through the park.

I thought the lady that checked us in was very nice however we did not have a site big enough for what we asked for. Also the upkeep of the campground was pathetic I will never stop there nor lie ever recommend anybody else to use this campground this does not represent what I call KOA quality

Hostess was super, bathrooms were spotless with hot water. Texas state sinks were awesome! Our site (site #1) was level with shade tree and new picnic table. Site's 110 plug wasn't working (which is what our trailer uses, but luckily we had an adapter). Our site very muddy and extremely slick; concrete like consistency on everything. View of RV repair shop ugly so no picnics outside. Overall ok.

Not happy when we first drove in. Dumpy RV storage area/RV store (?) at the entrance. Back of park filled with permanent residents. Transient area small/tightly packed. However, it ended up being very nice! Restrooms and pool super clean. Convenient to all kinds of stores and restaurants, easy hop to Fort Worth, not too noisy from the freeway. Super WIFI!!!! And very nice lady in the office.

The KOA representative was very helpful and the park was clean but needed to be mowed especially since it was Memorial Weekend. The majority of the park appear to be 80% long termers which were kind of junky.

I have stayed there four times now at least. Sometimes it's overnight and sometimes it's for several months. Marie is the staffer in the office and the park manager Lance. Both are nice and professional people. I have nothing bad to say about any of my four stays there.
