We were in site 15 it was very nice and designed well, we loved all the activities and pool along with ice cream at night, it great for all ages.

Very clean park. A little expensive. Restaurant needs to get menu updated & get a bartender. They are also a little high on their laundry prices.

Really disappointed! Front desk had 4 or 5 employees most times yet service was slow. Too much chatting with each other while customers stood there waiting to be waited on. Bathrooms by laundry need major updating and cleaning. Laundry room had constant issues with machines. We had lot 160, it was horrible for sitting outdoors due to service road dust! Need to enforce 5mph

We really enjoyed this campground. It is very nice and even has a nice little coffee shop that we got our coffee drinks from every morning. It is just right down the road from the West Glacier entrance. Would recommend staying here to anybody!

We have stayed at equally nice or nicer KOA’s that were half the price. The picnic table was old and covered in bird droppings. The pools are nice, beautifully landscaped, and the food availability is a nice perk but we won’t be back. A nice place but way too expensive for a gravel site.

Beautiful campground. Impeccable grounds. Our RV site was amazing: spacious, green grass, level and well maintained. Surrounding scenery incredible.

Moved to West side of park. Electrical 50 amp was good. Water pressure drops off when sprinklers goes on. Drops down to 30 psi. Maybe if the sprinkler could come on early in morning before campers needing the water in the morning. Campsites are very nice and well kept up. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Didn’t care that my reservation rate was raised after booking!

Overall it’s a very nice place, beautifully maintained. If you’re going to utilize all the amenities it might be worth the high expense. Unfortunately the last two nights were very disappointing. Our neighbors were having a reunion and played music loud, allowed their children to scream and drive their electric kiddie cars around the gravel roads. Very loud!

We loved our stay here at West Glacier KOA, the magician you had there the night we stayed was great also. Lots of amenities for everyone to enjoy!

Had all five kids and seven grandkids from five states with us for our 50th wedding anniversary. KOA gave us a dinner gift certificate to their Lazy Bear restaurant. Restaurant had flowers and a light candle waiting. Very thoughtful and nice.

This campground was outstanding! We only were only able to stay 1 night because of our traveling schedule, but we will come back and stay longer next time! Everything was so clean! The landscaping and the views from the pool were breathtaking! The staff was very friendly also! Way to go West Glacier KOA!

West Glacier KOA is beautiful!! Our site was clean, the landscaping was stunning, the pools refreshing, super friendly staff, nice laundry facilities and customer service was 5-star!! We had a great family vacation!! Thank you!!

The staff at this KOA went above and beyond. We got to have a fabulous vacation because of them. They were friendly and efficient. Often times very busy with caring for many, many guests. GREAT JOB GLACIER KOA! Beautiful park, great atmosphere, perfect location to Glacier NP and other outdoor activities

Landscape was very nice and very well cared for which made for a lovely atmosphere. The buildings were equally as nice. updated, clean, etc.

I would have given a 5 star rating but the Breakfast restaurant failed miserably! it took no less than 1 hour for 2 breakfast burritos to only be made wrong. My wife and I could not eat them due to adding ingredients that i stated not to add. Needless to say I had to make my own breakfast that I did not want to do in the first place.

Surprise to find out that there is no label of dump site on the park map. Had to go back to the office to ask the information.

Very Nice RV Park. I didn’t like the fact after making reservation and then I arrived and they are charging me more. I was on the east end of the park and loss all power due to the fact they have voltage drop in afternoon. Camper across from me also loss power. L2 Leg was down at 102 volts and camper across was at 93 volts. They came by and place booster on ped and that helped.

As a place to stop to see Glacier National Park, it’s ok. Very confusing to find the bathrooms/showers. Could use signs to direct to the amenities. Very expensive for the RV site we had as it was no more than a stone drive with a picnic table and a fire pit with two small benches that looked like they would collapse if sat on. I expected a little more for the money.

This was our first BIG trip in our RV, and our first stay at a KOA. The place is beautiful, good food, nice adult pool and spas. I can see why it gets 5 stars. We are at another KOA now, nice, but yours set a high bar.

We loved how clean the campground was and how friendly everyone was. Our family enjoyed the pool and playground and having a trail and dog park available for our dog!

Had to wait for showers every time…not enough for the size park with so many tent sites. My space was very awkward to back in to. On my last day, there was a problem with the hot water in the shower…went from no hot water to scalding hot water over and over…very unsatisfactory. Internet was Lousy!

Absolutely fabulous!!!! The grounds are beautiful - the amenities are overflowing. And the staff ---- superb! Well done! Very well done. We are in Yellowstone now and have already recommended your KOA to anyone who will listen. Thank you for caring about your customers so much. Now, can you do something about the traffic and parking in the park? :-)

Beautiful campground near park. Staff is friendly and professional. We had dinner one night at the cafe and the food was delicious! Enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

We loved the campground. Beautiful manicured flowers and shrubs. Our site was spacious and grassy. The store has it all. It didn't bother us but there was a lot of adult partying at the family pool. We will be back.

Our stay was great, except we really expected for a resort KOA to have dinner and kids bike rentals and a little more catered to kids, that’s why we stay at KOAs for our children to have a great time and to make it easy on us parents.

Glacier KOA is our favorite National Park destination. The staff is so awesome and kind! Jack Flanigan is my favorite staff member, he is always very helpful and knowledgeable on Glacier and different hikes or activities. He remembers me every year! Besides being 5 minutes from the most gorgeous National Park, the KOA has really fun activities for kids! We tie dyed matching shirts, played games, heard live music and also had a ton of delicious ice cream! Their pool is fabulous and I especially love their detail to the landscaping! The most beautiful wild flowers bloom and the view of the flowers with the mountains in the back is incredible! We love Glacier KOA so much our only problem is now we don't want to try any new parks since this one is so great!
