Staff ws amazing. My cmplnt is a big 1 tho. I emailed mngmnt 2 get a cabn near the cmnty cntr, plygrnd, pool and m. golf 4 our 5 kids. We came on thse days, during the week, 2 get a cabn close 2 those things. With the imprssion tht was rsrvd, disappntd does not bgin 2 dscribe our feelings when we were assignd a cabn 1 of 2 furthest awy from ths areas. 2 much wlkng. We wld not hve come.

After making a reservation so many months ahead I was disappointed on the site assigned to us. The site was small for our 34 ft rig and truck. There was no fire ring or any lawn to enjoy at our site. The picnic table was unpainted and poor shape. I informed my spouse not to use it or or she may get splinters or the seat boards may break. The Traffic noise from the highway is 24/7 and deafening

Nice clean grounds. Biggest complaint was drinking water. We stayed in a cabin with no bathroom. We of course knew that there was no water in the cabin but when we asked where we could fill our water bottles we were shown the hose on the side of the building. We have stayed at several KOA and there are "Drinking Water Stations" available for the cabin and tents. Not just a hose.

A very nice KOA. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The bathrooms and laundry were nice. Free miniature golf was a plus with the grandkids.

We use this KOA regularly since we have family in Omaha. Some of the sites in the middle of the park are pretty tight so we always try and book the larger ones for the bigger rigs. Only complaint is they charge different rates for weekdays/weekends/holidays. Seems if you’re staying for a week+ that happens to span a weekend and/or holiday, you shouldn’t have to pay multiple rates for your stay

Very pleasant stay. Our cabin was okay. Not the cleanest. floor was not sweep up and garbage can under sink was full and stunk. Ran out of hot water 5 minutes after running it to take a shower. Other than that it was fun with the grand daughter’s and family. Would stay there again.

Check in at the desk was friendly and quick. She called for a escort and I waited awhile so decided to park myself. Didn’t know I had to wait. On the way I was stopped by a rude escort. Chewed me out for not waiting. Tight spaces, neighbors sewer at your picnic table. Will look elsewhere for camping next time through.

The cabin was clean and ready for us lots of cabinet space for our food and stuff so it wasnt all left out. Pool was clean and perfect for hot days. Awesome firepits for bonfires grills in working order, or if u want to relax we had pizza delivered to our door made by koa. My only complaint is the shower water gets cold too quickly

We checked in to our Kabin after-hours, and the staff had the light on (making it easier to find!) and the AC unit running. Can't ask for better customer service than that! Cabin and bathrooms were clean with all expected amenities.

Wanted something for my daughter on the 4/July that would be like a big family reunion and I remembered how much I liked the Member celebration that we experienced in 9/2020 at KC KOA. I spoke to West Omaha about events and I also went online. Old info was listed for 6/4th and 5th. I misread. KOA called as I was driving there and learned we missed it. When asked what they could do? Nothing

Kids enjoyed the fun activities available. The pool was nice and deep. Plenty of space between the sites. Close to Omaha and Lincoln. The perk of pizza made on site and delivered to you site was wonderful! Only negative was the one bath house at the front of the park. Will definitely stay again!

Super small sites. Our slide out was practically touching the awning of the camper next to us. We have 36ft motorhome towing and had to disconnect just to fit into the site. They told us we mustn’t have told them we were towing, but I had the paperwork to prove we did. If you do go there, bring plenty of boards for the site are very unlevel. Rude employees.

Folks that run the place are super nice. We had a great time. The grounds were very nice. The only issue was the massive amount of ticks.

Best Internet of any KOA where we have stayed and we use KOA all of the time because we are full timers. This is more than an overnight place! We we’re sorry we only had one night.

Everything was great except for road coming in. These units coming in to your KOA should expect a road without deep ruts. Why don't you grade or white rock that road on a more consistent basis.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The campground was very nice and a fun place to be. The bath houses were ok. The men's room could have been a little cleaner. Thanks so much.

Our cabin appeared older and out of date. The air conditioner was extremely loud and had to be shut up off periodically to stop a strange knocking sound. There were also little bugs in the shower every morning. They appeared to be coming out of the drain. You also need to be comfortable with your neighbors as the cabins and RV spaces are super close together. Our deck was touching the neighbors

Damage to camper when putting slide out - hitting the power box. Was told “that’s my responsibility.” I’ve camped here dozens of times, most have been very good. I feel disrespected and inexcusable to tell me it’s my responsibility when I was “escorted” in to this spit and told “yup, you’re good.” Showed damage to the owner, no follow up at all.

Front desk lady at arrival disregard our requests for a different space. It appears to me it was because were foreigners. In fact she mentioned they were fully booked when there were a few free spaces more suitable that we required. Cable tv was down in our spot all the time. We camp at KOA in many locations but it is the first time we have been treated so bad. Ps we r not asking any refund.

Great place for a short term stay. Close enough to Omaha to enjoy the sights. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. A bit of freeway noise but not enough to bother us at night.

Very nice cabins! The stuff helped turn on the heater for our late checkin. Very warm in the cabin, when it was 30 degrees outside.
