We were headed home to Chicago. Perfect stop. The kids got to swim and we got a cabin last minute. Worked out well.

Gave us a much smaller space than what was reserved with no advanced notice they had to do this. The spot next to us was much larger and still open the next morning. Apparently this campground has a history of doing this. We do NOT recommend this campground to anyone.

I'm sorry that you feel that way. I wish that you had asked if there was a site available to move you to. Next time, please make sure that you select Motorhome-towing so this wont happen to you again. We do however appreciate that you parked your car in visitor parking!

The people there were nice and friendly, the pool was ok and restrooms were clean. Our site was small for our 40 footer, could hardly get camper and truck on site. The cable was down on most of the campgrounds and they were trying to fix it but if you advertise cable and it’s not available something should be done about it.

The camp hosts were amazing. The site was level and easy to access. The campground was clean and safe. We will stay here again.

Nice size campground, but a bit pricey. Original section, sites are pretty tight. In the newer section, hopefully concrete patios are going in because it gets pretty muddy when it rains. Lots of things to do for the kids at the campground and things to do and see in the area. People are super nice. Did not check the bathroom/showers out. Would stay here again

i never stayed there i tried to book on line and they said you had no sites so i booked one in grand island nebraska then i got a phone call and said i had a site at lincoln , i never recieved a email that i booked the site and you would not return my money, I am not verry happy

Bathrooms and showers need major improvements. Very helpful and professional personnel Sites and grounds are good.

Pros: Call from office staff to explain after-hours C-In procedure was pleasant & helpful. 24 hr laundry. Friendly cat on premises. Cons: Paid for patio site which consisted of a rotting wood deck and rusty furniture. Clay-like mud from recent rain. No change machine in laundry room. No WiFi code written on our paperwork.

We had a great time! Wonderful staff, clean accommodations, plenty to do, and see. The only suggestion I have is to adjust the grade of the sites for better water runoff. Overall a great place to stay for a night or a week. We'll be back!

We love staying at West Omaha KOA. We stop here every time we travel on I-80.

Zip line was out of service. Playground had sand everywhere. Basketball court needs new concrete, thought it was gravel at first. Otherwise, a nice stop.

Our son loves the pool and the kids stuff. It was a bummer the zip line was locked but he still enjoyed the jump pad, playground and pool. Very cool spot

The upper loop where we stayed has been under construction and should be very nice when completed. But the walk to the laundry, bathrooms dog park etc will be a far distance. WiFi was excellent but cable tv was very fuzzy needed to hook up satellite for my short stay

Quick friendly check in! Appreciate escort to site! After a long day of travel, enjoyed delicious pizza delivered to site. We needed an emergency repair to our 5th wheel on a Sunday. We are so grateful for the help from the office staff in finding Grandpa Doug to repair our RV so we can proceed with our travels. Thank you to the hosts and Doug!! Would highly recommend this campground!

Wish it was closer to Omaha...it's 25 miles from downtown. When it rains, the entire place turns into a mud pit. We'd stay here again for the CWS, but only because there aren't many other options. Gretna is a nice town with plenty of nearby shopping.

We only stayed one night as we were on our way to the West Coast. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. The campground was clean, quiet, and all the campers there were very friendly too. I highly recommend this campground for a stay or a jump to your next day. Happy Kamping!

i am new to koa campgrounds i havent stayed at one since i was 12. i knew ahead they were expensive $68 a night full hookup (during college world series games) i assume they might be 5 to 10 bucks cheaper nice campgrounds many amenities. most campsite i was given ZERO room between campsites i was on neighbors picnic table platform hooking up my utilities i couldnt use a lawn chair if i wanted

Okay campground for a stop and go, or a place to base camp while visiting the area. Staff was hit or miss. The staff riding around on carts were friendly. The folks in the store were more on the unfriendly to rude side.

Very nice cabins! The stuff helped turn on the heater for our late checkin. Very warm in the cabin, when it was 30 degrees outside.
