The individuals working were very friendly and helpful. Our air unit struggled to keep our cabin cool so might want to have it checked. I'm not sure we got the cabin I reserved. It was to sleep 6 but we had one twin bed, one queen and full size futon. That is sleeping for 5 people not 6. The cabin was nice and clean just not sure I got what I paid for.

Staff was great- very helpful and friendly. Our spot was easy in and out, which was perfect for our 1 night stay. We had a patio spot- it was on the end of the row of a very dusty road, so the furniture was covered in dust. We had to do some cleaning to use the area. It would have been nice if that had been cleaned up for us. My daughter enjoyed the zipline and the mining station!

Stayed 4 nights to attend the CWS. The staff is extremely helpful and competent. Very nice facilities, planning to come back next year!

Really crowded as to be expected in June, but still a very nice stay with a very nice and helpful staff. Good pizza too.

We reserved a patio site and agreed to the $ 109 fee per night the so called patio site was a dirt pad with little grave an old shan’t wooden deck with 4 rusty chairs a table and a fire pit we have stayed at many KOA CAMP GROUNDS and this was the worst site we have ever had not to mention the price, we would like to complement the staff , they were courteous and friendly

Minature golf was free. Rates on pedal cars very reasonable. Pizza was good. Some areas would be more appealing if quick maintenance was done (golf area had some weed growth, patio/deck on cabin littered with leaves, occupied birds nest above a/c unit).

We arrived at about 7pm after a long day. Staff were so nice and welcoming. Having pizza delivered to our site was a wonderful bonus. Neither one of us felt like cooking.

We made reservations in January, 2021 for June,2021 for a large group using 2 cabins and 6 camping sites. One of the cabin reservations was changed to a different cabin and one of the camp sites was changed to a different camp site. Changes were not discussed until we checked in and questioned them. Notification might have been nice. Too big of hill for bad legs to do much walking where we camped

Not enough bathrooms, could not use hotub, back in sites too tight with 40 ft Motorhome, overall park does not look well kept

Your staff was very helpful and courteous, for solving little problems that we had. Your cable network was not working which was frustrating and we could not watch the College World Series games. Plant and water your trees in the new extension area.

Nice place, friendly staff. Long sites and well spaced at least in the upper field. WIFI and cable were good. Needs a restroom in the upper field. Getting into and out of the campground can be a little tricky, no fault of theirs, the state of Nebraska is to blame.

Loved your spot. Great campsite, even had rocking chairs at our site. Pool was fun and so much for kids to do.

Hosts were very nice! And pizza was good. Lots of traffic noise but not unreasonable due to how close you are to the interstate. Entrance road was rough and needs work but roads inside campground were smooth. Site was very level. Easy in and out.

Staff very courteous had issue with hydraulic supports and were willing to help. Spaces were just the right size for my motorhome. would stay there again if in area.

Have stayed here 4 times over the past several years and great spot to stop on the way to Colorado - excellent facilities and wonderful staff - had a patio site this last time which was wonderful

Worst KOA I’ve stayed in, run down grass was dead lady was rude and I tried calling for 3 hrs prior to my arrival and phone was always busy. They are right next to a gun range my dogs were freaking out and next to a railroad. It was terrible. Minus 5 ����S.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

I'm so sorry to hear this, however I think this was for another park. We aren't next to a railroad track. I'm sorry that your experience was less that you expected. We would love to have you come back and see what changes we have made to the park! Happy Camping Season!

Staff in the store/ check in are not very friendly at all. We stayed last year, and chalked up the crabby lady to covid, but she is still a crank. She has no people skills. Sad. We did enjoy the upgraded sno cone in the pool area. It is unfortunate the older lady is the first person you encounter…

We paid extra for one of the premier rv sites and it was worth it. Most sites are just a parking space so you are surrounded by other campers. I think we had the best one. The staff there was great. Very friendly. The kids love the zip line and jumping pillow. We are willing to give a little on "location" to have access to the kid stuff.

Stay was awesome, the cabins were super clean and nice and the rv spots were easy to access. We had a huge crew, two cabins and rv spot and all had a great time!!

Zero space on sites unless tenting. No Fire pit also does not state the lack of pits so you will pay a lot just to watch your neighbors have a fire and eat. Your neighbors Poop hose within 2 feet of front camper door so wreaks of poop therefore you can not hang out outside your camper or eat without smelling it. Poor customer service from store associates Refer to my google review.

Staff were very friendly and answered any questions we had. It was nicely clean and surprisingly quiet even being a full place! Lots for kids to do and the pool was awesome! Thank you for a wonderful getaway!!

Campers next to us had visitors. Made our stay noisy and they used our site too for entertainment. Limit guests beyond campers. Lots of fun things to do if you have children. Lovely site.

We were scheduled to stay for 10 nights but they had us in the most transient section of the park. We would have liked to have had a spot in the back where people weren't coming and going every night. The ladies room smelled awful all of the time and the showers weren't very clean. I will only use KOA for overnight from now on. Not long term.

Very nice cabins! The stuff helped turn on the heater for our late checkin. Very warm in the cabin, when it was 30 degrees outside.
