Nice park but some very narrow roads with some tight turns! Good WiFi available. Electric, water and sewer all good. Unable to get completely level in our site. Lots of long-term campers here. Good for an overnight stay.

We needed to come in very late at night and it was awesome that all of our stuff was already ready. The location is perfect to visit our son at the University of Nebraska Lincoln.

Charged extra for more than one vehicle and for an extra person. Also asked if I could pick up my camper two hours after checkout and was told there would be extra charges. I understand this if the campground is full, but there should be exceptions for KOA members if the campground is close to empty as it was. I love KOAs but this one is getting too expensive. RR was not cleaned all weekend.

Entrance road is hazardous to your vehicles! Our electric wasn’t working so a staff member quickly investigated. He informed us the problem was within our RV. We hired an electrician the following day only to be told the problem was indeed the park’s electrical supply post. KOA staff called again and 4 hours later we finally had power thanks to our electrician’s guidance. All of this cost $

Many very nice sites here. Unfortunately ours was not one. Had a wood patio, but muddy and needed gravel. Grandkids disappointed because jumping pillow and mining not open. I need to verify in future what is operational. They have shaded and newer area. Looks like they are working on upgrades. I would return, but would verify site and operational facilities prior. Convenient to attractions

The people are nice, friendly and knowledgeable. Very efficient garbage pickup. The playground had a good variety. The campground itself needs some updates, better road conditions especially the road leading to the office off the highway.

We were only there for an overnight stay. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of your showers and bathrooms. Those are usually a deal breaker for us but yours was perfect.

Always great to stay here. We enjoy the large grassy sites. Was very disappointed to see the playground wasn’t kept up. Our kids always look forward to the big jumping pad and basketball hoop. The new patios on the sites look great, hope to see some similar work put into the playground before we return next year.

We had a reservation that I called to make 2 weeks in advance. They said the could fit us in at a full hook up site, we needed to get in before the 2:00 check in time and it was going to be an extra charge, ok. The day before I was told the water was going to be off and no dumping. They still charged us for the full hook up plus the extra fee for early check in.

We arrived at dark after driving 10 hours and at check in I didn’t understand where to go to the RV or our cabin sites and the lady was supper rude and didn’t help direct us so we drove in circles in the dark looking. Also she told me there was no food nearby and the pizza was closed. The bed was terrible, felt like springs poking/dip in the middle. We stayed at 3 other KOA’s on this trip al

Friendly staff, convenient location (despite the funky turn off the hiway). Spaces are clean and level. The pizza - they have a small pizzeria in the office and will deliver to your space. It's delicious and just the thing after a long drive. Some freeway noise, but not extraordinary.

Very nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The pizza cooking smelled delicious! I was having a 42’ coach inspected for purchase. My first time at a campground. The staff was experienced with the process, helped with transfer of keys between owner, inspector. This park will definitely be our first solo outing with our new coach at the end of the purchase process.

Amazing campgrounds, great service! Our engine died and we needed a jump. Staff cheerfully jumpstarted our vehicle and then warned us about the upcoming rain. We were able to upgrade to a cabin! If staff hadn't warned us of the rain then we would have had to deal with a horrible wet tent and our trip would have been ruined. We always enjoy stopping in for a stay at the West Omaha KOA. We have been starting and finishing the camping season there since 2008. We also like to stay a few days after a long trip to unwind and reorganize before taking the travel trailer back to storage. Friendly and helpful staff.

Entry is terrible, sites are not level,navigating in and out of campground,around sites is hazardous. Would recommend to stay in rest area instead. Will never go back to KOA in Omaha.

We arrived at 11:30 pm without a reservation for a 1 night stay. The after hours checkin was well laid out and we were able to get settled easily. A less expensive spot would have been nice all we needed was 30 amp and no sewer or water, but it was late and those were probably all gone.

I was disappointed with the visitor policy. The reason we chose KOA was for our family to come and use the playground and have a bit of a camping experience.

I really enjoy staying in the cabin while there for dog shows. The only issue I have encountered is that there is only a couple minutes of hot water for a shower. I can barely get my hair washed before it turns cold.

Very nice cabins! The stuff helped turn on the heater for our late checkin. Very warm in the cabin, when it was 30 degrees outside.
