I like KOAs. I appreciate West Omaha finding us a site late in the day. We were immediately corrected for not waiting to have the gentleman show us to our site. We were not aware someone was going to show us to our site. It was 7:30 pm and the gentleman was probably tired as were we after a full day of travel. This same gentleman was crabby when telling us the store was closed.

This has been a weird year for our pool. We have been fight it all year. We made some adjustments recently to our process and the water has been beautiful......

The employees were friendly and the patio was a good size with nice furniture. We wish the grass had been mowed before we checked in. There were tall weeds all around the patio. We also had a problem with the dog park. You need to secure it. Our golden retriever almost got out. Luckily I was able to grab his collar in time. Although there are two gates, neither one has a working latch. Inexcusable

We showed up at 11pm, and someone was hooked up in our RV site, which we realized later was double booked. We had to drive through the night instead of having a place to sleep.

I am terribly sorry to hear about your experience. We do not double book our sites. Someone may have grabbed the wrong envelop and parked there. We processed a full refund and hope you found a safe place to sleep.

Great campground. Place was easy to find and not too close to the highway. Friendly staff. Lots of activities and things for the kids to do. Not only do they have pizza made to order they deliver it to your campground. Only wished we stayed more than one night.

Convenient stop off the freeway. Tricky entrance and exit with a larger rig, but would stay again.

Our stay was fine. All the employees were friendly and helpful. The only improvement we might suggest is more spots to deposit doggie poop bags. The only one we saw was at the dog park.

When its hot we start early and stop early. The $5 charge for checking in at 1:15 rubbed me the wrong way... Another KOA petty charge...

One bath house for the whole compacting is not enough and it’s a long walk from the back to front to use it! We did love that hayride!

Love the KOA, always come multiple times every year!! Kids always love the activities and of course the pool! Love the new snack bar there!

The sewage smell in the new area that we stayed at was over whelming. I am not sure what the issue was, but another camper I spoke to asked if we had the same issue at our camp and I said yes. This needs to be looked into.

West Omaha KOA is a beautiful location that is very well kept; the staff is friendly and very accommodating. There were many activities for all ages throughout the weekend. We enjoyed our stay and will be back!!

Overall, a good experience. The staff was friendly. The bathrooms were pretty clean, but very warm so that part wasn't great. Was sweating as soon as I finished my shower-not sure if the AC was broken or there just isn't any in there, but it felt like a sauna when we went in there around 10 pm. Also, our site wasn't private-our table was, literally, right next to our neighbors with no barrier.

I enjoyed everything about the camp. The only reason for four stars is the terrible exit/entrance to the campground. I know they have made efforts to improve it but it is dangerous. Also my neighbor refused to pick up after their dogs.

Great, conveniently located Koa. Stayed their overnight on the way to visit friends in MN. Pool and play area, particularly the large jumping pillow, were a nice reprieve after being on the road all day.

A staff member not only led us to our site, but after inquiring if we intended to stay hooked up, assisted us in positioning our truck and trailer. Super nice gentlemen. Then in the morning as we were preparing to leave, we noticed the wing nut securing our propane tanks was missing. Another staff member provided us a nut to secure the tanks. In fact every staff member was friendly and helpfu!

Most of the staff was friendly. I really enjoyed the back-in spot that I was in. Some of the campground seemed a bit dilapidated and unkept, which generally isn't an issue, but for the price, I'd like a little bit more cleanliness.

Very nice cabins! The stuff helped turn on the heater for our late checkin. Very warm in the cabin, when it was 30 degrees outside.
