The staff @ this campground were awesome! We spent over 2 weeks here and they were friendly, helpful and always smiling. They deserve super kudos. If we were to ever go to work @ a KOA this would be our pick. They all work as a team and the cleanliness of all the facilities was exceptional.The grounds were beautifully kept also. Thank you Whitefish KOA, we will miss you! Paul and Sherry Hammalian

Had a nice time besides the rain...back in could have been flatter! All in all everyone was friendly, loved all the kids having fun, as well as the adults! Need to fix shower head in bathroom B very flow!

We had a great time. Our grandkids LOVED the animals, and our stay was very relaxed. Breakfast every day was a nice treat, too. Sites are pretty tight, but in a great setting. Staff is super friendly and accomodating.

THIS KOA IS AMAZING! SHADY, OLDER TREES PROVIDED PRIVACY AT OUR CAMPSITE. THE KOA TEAM COULD NOT HAVE BEEN NICER OR MORE HELPFUL. VERY CLEAN, QUIET AND OH, YES, THE HORSES WERE FRIENDLY AS WELL!

The facility was not the most extravagant KOA we have been too, however the service from the front desk and park hosts were exceptional. The best part about the park is that it is near the modern conveniences of Kalispell and not too far from Glacier National Park. A great balance for our stay.

We did a self check in and had to find our assigned campsites by ourselves. It was a little confusing. The office hours were very minimal. We barely saw any staff until the last day. The toilet was plugged on one of the days. We were happy to support the local soccer team by the purchase of fire wood. We understand the COVID situation.

Nice central location to Glacier, while being close to Kalispell and Whitefish! The camp was very nice, hot breakfast also. The WiFi could use an update, though.

Everything was great! The family had tons of fun with all of the different things to do. My son loves chess and met many new friends playing chess. We never ran out of things to do and when we did need down time, the fire pit near our cabin was a perfect place to gather. The only negative to the whole stay was the ponies poor care; the kids still love to see and pet and interact with the ponies

My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay! Cabin was cozy and the staff was friendly. I have young children and they enjoyed all of the amenities. My only suggestion would be to advertise the pool is 2-3 feet deep. There is a small 4 ft section. My kids are 6 & 11 they had a blast. Older kids might be disappointed.

Great location and tons of things for the kids to do. The only included breakfast was an unexpected treat. This KOA has great access to Whitefish and its only a short drive to West Glacier. We will be back!

I feel that no one reads the profile on the KOA app. I have five little children and the space provided (24), was inadequate for my size of family and trailer. After getting in the best location for my trailer, two trees blocked my awning from extending. 90% of video games did not work or stole coins not returning them. Corn hole game bags ripped. The bikes were a plus for my kids.

You have a great campground! We loved the site! The animals wandering around were a real treat. The only negative was the complete lack of connectivity! We were tree blocked from satellite, the WIFI was filled, our Verizon phones were one bar for phone and non existent for data and our AT&T cellular data had one bar as well. Please put in either stronger WIFI or cable TV!

Great staff! Good breakfast. The tent site located in the trees was awesome. More expensive than other options, but worth the small difference.

Stayed 3 nights. The setting is beautiful, all facilities are meticulously maintained & there are so many activities. It was refreshing to see everyone—all ages—having fun, relaxing, enjoying. Top rating in every category.

Everything was great. We really enjoyed the stay. The only reason we didn't give 5 stars was the condition of your petting zoo. While it was clean and it looked like the animals always had plenty of food, the condition of their feet was really bad. It doesn't look like they have had hoof care in months if not years. Please have a ferrier come out and spend time getting their feet healthy.

We were traveling together, but had not asked to be put together. Walt noticed our dilemma as we tried to jam ourselves into a smaller site and moved us next to each other. He is a definite asset to KOA.

When we arrived, we were pleased that the gave us a discounted rate because not all of their services were available. It was raining and we experienced a power issue when we got to our assigned site. They switched us to a new site, but we still had a power issue. The owner called in someone the next morning and the issue was resolved. I would have liked to see the office open a little later.

Problems with 30 amp service throughout the area we were in (reverse polarity). In spite of plenty of available spaces no offer or attempt to move us was made. Otherwise, a nice park with limited services due to COVID-19.

The Whitefish KOA was an incredible place to stay with my 10-year-old. We enjoyed the miniature golf, the petting zoo, the outdoor chess set as well as the general environment. The campground was beautiful and well kept and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this KOA highly and hope to visit it again.

The campground was beautiful, but there were numerous large dogs roaming without handlers or any type of restraint. We have 2 small dogs, on leashes at all times, when the dogs wandered into our campsite (frequently) we were concerned for everyone's safety. Although the other dogs were friendly, it was disturbing. There were also many piles of dog waste in the common lawn area. Disappointing

Beautiful campground. Our electric box didn’t work and instead of them making us move after we were set up, they had us plug in next door as no one was staying there. The staff was very efficient and kind.

There was no electricity, water or facilities due to a storm that came through. With that being said, the staff was amazing and very accommodating given the circumstances. I will stay again if given the opportunity.

Campground is in good location and has plenty of family friendly activities. But $45 for a tent pad when only 4 toilets are open, and pool, hot tub and other activities weren’t open for the season was excessive.

I called in a few weeks ahead of time to make a reservation by phone. I asked if spot number 17 was available, and was told it was. I asked if I could reserve that spot for my stay, and was told that I could. So, I completed the reservation over the phone. Wen I arrived at 4:30pm on Saturday, May 23 office was locked and my name on the board with spot number 19 next to it. .. no room to finish

Super nice campground set in a forest. Tons of activities for kids and they also make pizza! The only drawback is that the Wi-Fi is horrible and cell phone service is weak.

We had a very nice site with plenty of room. It was the last night before they closed for the season. Looks like it would be a fun place for kids in the summer. Other reviewers have said things weren't clean. Campground was not at full capacity but everything seemed fine to us.
