As with so many KOA's we like yours but we continue to be very disappointed in the complete lack of recyling! This should be a no brainer in this day and age of serious environmental issues! We always keep our recycling items separate and recycle at National Parks, etc. Sure it is more trouble for you to recycle but it is the least you can do to help the environment. Always a pleasure to stop at the Willcox KOA. Pleasant and friendly staff and excellent food in the Kafe. Always clean and orderly on the grounds. Highly recommend to anyone traveling.

I stayed in the deluxe cabin. It was beautiful and had so many amenities! Willcox provided a great location for exploring the Chiricahua National Monument.

The management and staff of the campgrounds and the café are fabulous! They work to make sure that your stay is everything you want it to be. We are cohosts for aN upcoming rally with our local RV group and we are planning to do it at the Willcox/Cochise KOA.

Alot of room to get into my site with a 48ft trailer.Very friendly staff,nice pool and hot tub.I recommend it highly.

Amazing campground. Staff and facilities were top notch. I’ve stayed at hundreds of campgrounds and many KOA’s and this one is amongst my overall top 5. I wish all campgrounds were like this one.

We did not stay because I had to cancel. I called very shortly after the cut-off time to cancel for a refund (it is a bit tricky to set a deadline time for cancellation when you do not consistently answer your phones, like this KOA). The cut-off is 4pm two days ahead and I reached someone around 4:30pm and was told it is corporate policy. However, all KOAs are privately owned. Shady excuse.

This was our second stay here and let me tell you, what a different a year and a half makes! The people are amazing, the park is clean and the food is absolutely awesome for an RV park! They have real trained chefs onsight! I would definitely like to see the park grow with more spaces and maybe add some concrete and some additional amenities like a resort style pool but overall, an awesome KOA!

The staff went above and beyond to remember my name and addressed me by my name during our two-day stay. It was a refresher from being called, “mom” like the staff at a school or doctor office. The staff was on top of keeping the bathrooms clean along with the other facilities. The only downside is that the WiFi mini towers can be very close to some campers. Ask for a site away from them.

We've stayed at Willcox/Cochise KOA several times and it's always been a great place to stop in our journeys. I have recommended it to friends and will continue to do so. We live in California so I'm sure we'll stay there again on our next trip to visit the grandkids and their parents in Texas.

We found both of our stays at Wilcox KOA fantastic. The park has just about anything you or your family would want. The staff is great and very friendly and helpful should you need anything. Sites are clean level and well maintained as is also anything we used in the park. They also have a on site restaurant with a great menu and on site delivery. We will be back. Thank you all.

Got the spot we wanted and had a great time. WiFi was very strong and cable was a bonus for us. Swimming pool felt so good on a very warm day and the Kafe food and staff was super. All in all a great long weekend for us.

This is a lovely RV park with lots of great amenities. It is close to the 40 and there are lots of things to do and see in the area. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The gentleman who showed us to our site was so nice. The utilities worked well and we're very conveniently located. We would stay there again.

Not only is this campground beautiful and had a fabulous restaurant but the owner went above and beyond helping my husband and I after our water pump in our RV died. And one of the other camp employees let him borrow his tools to take the old pump off and put in the new one. The bathrooms and pool are wonderful and everyone who works there are so very helpful. I highly recommend this campground.

The staff was exceedingly friendly and helpful. The entire campground was VERY well-maintained. Washrooms were clean and well-stocked. My only concern was crowding, in the Men's Washroom. It seemed that all the gentlemen wanted to use the facilities at the same time. The onsite cafe is a great idea. Unfortunately, it was closed for breakfast on the morning that we wanted to dine there.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The campground was immaculately kept. The noise from the freeway, the adjacent truck stop, and the building that houses the little cafe were annoying when trying to sleep in a tent spot. The wind, I know it's the desert southwest, but perhaps some arborvitae around camp perimeter could help alleviate these things to some degree. I would stay here again.

Hosts were very helpful in every way. Slight expressway noise but not an issue where we were in the park. Gravel lot is dusty which makes a mess inside. We will stay again for overnights during our travels.

I went tent camping with my two children over their Spring Break and we enjoyed ourselves. The kids enjoyed the pool and we all enjoyed the jacuzzi. We ate at the cafe a couple of times and the food was good. The prices in the gift store were pretty inflated but the staff were great. I met a nice staff who lived in Tennessee but traveled around working at KOA's. It was very windy the last 2 days

The park itself is clean and nice, staff are very friendly, I do love the pool and hot tub. However, I rented the "primitive" cabin with NO microwave [in the 21st century, really?] for $74.89 per night. At that hefty price I could easily have gotten a hotel room with a bathroom and a MW. Cabin does have a tv but the signal constantly drops out. Price points for this KoA are very high.

I loved this Park. When I first saw it from the highway I was a bit nervous, but truth be told, the highway noise just blends away. The people who run the Park couldn't be more kind and professional, and all of the employees who I met were amazing. The facilities were fantastic and clean. I felt very at ease and welcome here. There's a space beyond the Park for walking dogs or catching snapshots of the brilliant sunset. If you're travelling with children, there's an adorable little play area with a basketball hoop, swingsets, and fun toys. Another added bonus is the Roadrunner Kafe'. For someone who has learned to do trailer food marginally, it was a real treat to have a restaurant right on the spot. You can dine in, pick up, or have your food delivered right to your site. I'll admit that I ate there almost every day that I stayed. The food was delicious and the staff were upbeat and diligent in customer service. This is one of those places that you get into and give a huge sigh of relief at the sense of feeling comfortable and invited. There's also a sense of great pride with those running this establishment. I'll definitely let others I come across know about this little gem, and I can't wait to visit again. We stayed here for an overnight and were pleasantly surprised at how nice it was. Very clean, level sights with full hook ups. Reasonable prices, and everything you need on site: a restaurant, laundry facilities, and store. Staff was friendly, helpful, and hard working to keep this KOA in perfect order.

Great stay to visit or short term base for exploring the location area attractions. Clean restrooms/showers, heated pool, hot tub, small play area for children, Best Fastest WIFI fiber internet, dog park, on site Cafe. Staff are most friendly and helpful. Good and bad, next to Interstate 10. Easy on and off. Road noise nearby all hours.
