We love staying here! They are all about customer service and making your stay enjoyable. Everything from office store, checking in, site escorts, K9 Park, garbage pickup, to park cleanliness is top notch. The Roadrunner Kafe is great. Food is good, quick, and hot and they deliver to your site. We’ve stayed at many KOA’s across the country and this is by far the best!

We have stayed at a ton of KOAs across the country and I can say without hesitation that the one in Willcox is without a doubt, the best. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. We felt that they sincerely were happy to have us and communicated that both through in person interactions and by texts and emails. The place was spotless. We will definitely stay there again should we be in the area.

I’ve stayed in many KOAs, but this one is at the top of the list. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Douro, the manager, was top notch. The grounds were maintained extremely well. The facilities were very clean. Jensen, in the restaurant went out of her way to bring my husband extra condiments. Wendy helped us find a place to watch the championship game. Nice staff. Great location. Nice dog park. Picked up lots of nice rocks for my rock tumbler. Had an Rv truck wash next to the park. Made good use of it. Would stay here again.

This is an awesome KOA! We've had some very bad experiences lately with KOAs so this was a welcome change. It restored our faith in KOAs. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This park is close to several historical sites (Fort Bowie, Cochise Stronghold, Chiricahua National Monument, Coronado, etc.). It is easy on/off of I-10 close to Tucson. Highly recommend this KOA.

Great staff and nice facility. One drawback is the proximity to the highway, particularly the on ramp. The noise level was very noticeable.

The park is very nice, clean, etc. Staff members are friendly and helpful. My only negative comments is the lack of mask wearing by staff Knowing az I am not surprised but am disappointed koa staff does not take pandemic seriously enough to reduce transmission by wearing masks. More transmission equals increased risk of mutation. I would expect koa to be more responsible.

This is the best RV park experience I have had so far. The facility is nicely located and clean. The staff are extremely friendly. Will stay again.

Excellent! Everyone & Everything was Fantastic! Great staff! Wonderful store! Loved the pool & hot tub! Café food was delicious! Bathrooms clean and spacious! We did not want to leave and still smile when we remember our stay in Willcox. Everyone was so friendly!

One of our very favorite places to stay. Clean, cozy. Staff is so awesome and accommodating. We have stayed here several times and we will continue to come back. Pool! Hot tub! The roadrunner restaurant is so yummy and the staff is awesome. If you are traveling 1-20, check it out!!!

It started with a great reservation phone call and ended with a great breakfast before we departed. Most customer service oriented and friendly staff I have ever encountered at ANY rv campground. Very clean, great little store and wonderful restaurant on site. It only takes about 5 minutes to know why this is a highly rated KOA. I recommend and will use again when in the area.

We were so surprised by the warm, personal welcome! Greeters outside the registration office, great, friendly staff inside. The greeters actually guided us personally to our spot, made sure we could access utilities here. The whole campground is immaculately maintained and very pleasant. Then we discovered the cafe—had a delish dinner there... really fresh, tasty food!!!

We felt very welcomed by the staff - even checked to make sure we were able to hook up since we arrived super late. Well lit! The Southwest Breakfast burrito (and other breakfast items) at the cafe the next morning were GREAT. We would definitely stay here again!

Tho we only stayed one night, this place was very comfortable and quiet. Minimal road noise at our site. Robin in the office was very friendly. We ordered burgers from the cafe that were delicious!!! Definitely recommend and would stay here again, hopefully longer next time. Gorgeous Mountain View’s here too.

Unbelievably level site. You have to meet the camp managers Allie and Spiro to truly appreciate how wonderful your camping experience will be. They recommended local attractions and restaurants. Then again, their café is spectacular. You don’t need to go to any other restaurant for a great meal. We are planning another trip there next month with three other coaches.

Stayed twice around Thanksgiving (East bound and West bound legs of trip). The staff and facility were all top notch and we enjoyed the on-site cafe'.

This KOA is a hidden gem. I will go out of my way to stay here again. Every staff person was so friendly and helpful. The physical layout is nice. Their Roadrunner Cafe is really GREAT. Serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food was fairly priced and very good. I had spent the previous night at a Tucson KOA which is all concrete, and not very nice - and then came to this Wilcox paradise.

I love it here. Very friendly and polite staff. Easy navigation in the park for a big rig and we will be back in a week or so. Also a plus is the restaurant. They will deliver right to your sight!!

We usually only stay a night or two at this KOA, but it is one of the most pleasant for us to stay at. They have great wifi, a very nice dog park, and the kafe is delicious.

We have stayed here in the past and have never had problems however, this time our billing got screwed up. We had enough points for a free night, but no one could figure out how to apply them. Went to leave yesterday and wanted to fill up with propane and that wasn't working. We are starting to wonder the value of our KOA membership.

I loved this Park. When I first saw it from the highway I was a bit nervous, but truth be told, the highway noise just blends away. The people who run the Park couldn't be more kind and professional, and all of the employees who I met were amazing. The facilities were fantastic and clean. I felt very at ease and welcome here. There's a space beyond the Park for walking dogs or catching snapshots of the brilliant sunset. If you're travelling with children, there's an adorable little play area with a basketball hoop, swingsets, and fun toys. Another added bonus is the Roadrunner Kafe'. For someone who has learned to do trailer food marginally, it was a real treat to have a restaurant right on the spot. You can dine in, pick up, or have your food delivered right to your site. I'll admit that I ate there almost every day that I stayed. The food was delicious and the staff were upbeat and diligent in customer service. This is one of those places that you get into and give a huge sigh of relief at the sense of feeling comfortable and invited. There's also a sense of great pride with those running this establishment. I'll definitely let others I come across know about this little gem, and I can't wait to visit again. We stayed here for an overnight and were pleasantly surprised at how nice it was. Very clean, level sights with full hook ups. Reasonable prices, and everything you need on site: a restaurant, laundry facilities, and store. Staff was friendly, helpful, and hard working to keep this KOA in perfect order.

Great stay to visit or short term base for exploring the location area attractions. Clean restrooms/showers, heated pool, hot tub, small play area for children, Best Fastest WIFI fiber internet, dog park, on site Cafe. Staff are most friendly and helpful. Good and bad, next to Interstate 10. Easy on and off. Road noise nearby all hours.
