The hospitality was good but the north tent grounds need more soiled space. There needs to be a more safer trail to walk/fish near the river. The sound of traffic on the neaby highway can be distracting. Roads around the campground needs to be treated with calcium chloride to avoid dusts.

Very well kept campground. Nice level site. The owner and staff are very friendly and efficient. They responded to one small problem we had immediately (turned out to be our fault). The “co-ed” shower house is very clean and privacy certainly not an issue. On a major highway so there is some noise but not excessive. We would definitely stay here again.

The owners of this KOA really cared that we enjoyed our stay. He was very helpful and even called KOA APP tech support on my behalf... everything was fixed easily and professionally. The pool is lovely. We stayed at a back in site right by the park and next time would rather book a site further away. We experienced some smell of propane thus didn't spend time outside much.

This is the worst KOA I have ever stayed in. Terrible grounds. Nothing is properly maintained. Stay anywhere but here.

stayed twice in this koa 1st time was good last time they aloud someone else to have the camp site we had reserved and we ended up with a small poor quality one.we had reserved the site months ahead.

Campground was clean and the lots are large to accommodate larger units. The washroom and shower facilities are old and very unappealing to use. The campground is very close to the highway which is very convenient but also very noisy.

We stayed in 85 and LOVED the site! Large pull thru and really LOVED the new to us, K9 Park! The new showers and bathrooms were also a great feature that we enjoyed! Will def book again.

We stayed one night in the tent area. It was pretty sad to call that strip of patchy, bumpy grass a camp ground. There were two trees and a few tire rims to share with the few other campers. Traffic through the camping area was continuous throughout the night. It was located right by the highway and the gas station. The pictures on the website certainly portrayed a very false image.

The campsite was in a good location to visit Winnipeg. Sites were easy to access, although quite open and close together. The bathrooms were very nice, and clean. We had no problems with the set up but visitors should be aware that they are co-ed washrooms,.

The owners have done a lot to improve the sites but still work to be done. They are very close to highway and truck traffic very loud at night and my two stays there the highway is being worked on right in front of campground, very little sleep and paid full price for site, should be discounted till road work complete.

The camping area was small, the campers next to you seem very close. The wifi was terrible, and the biggest complaint would be the showers water is luke warm, i mean barely warm. I froze every time I had a shower. The pool was nice, the workers were all very friendly. The store was good. The park looks like it is still under construction so I am sure it will be even better in years to come.

The staff is very friendly however it is is not a comfortable campground to stay in. There is a lot of uncapped weeds the sit staff is very friendly however it is is not a comfortable campground to stay. There is a lot of unkept Weeds and the sites are extremely tight. I would never stay here again unless it was for one night only. I believe it is the intent of the owners to have one night campers

This site is very dirty and weedy. The spots are extremely close together. We avoided being at the camp site. The gravel roads are more of dirt than gravel. I am so glad it did not rain as the whole site would be mud. There was a trailer in our reserved location. So we had to settle for a different spot. Found the owners very impolite and they were arguing with each other in front of us.

The manager has what appears to be an ongoing “sale” there. Offers $0.01 off gas. Local stations were already $0.03 lower than the “sale” price... The swimming pool was in desperate need of a good cleaning. There were dead bugs and other debris floating around that had obviously been there for a while.

The bathroom facilities are super clean and lovely, however the noise generated from the highway is unbareable! There should be thicker vegetation or a wall put in place to block the sound.

Pool is quite small, and too deep for toddlers. More grass at some sites would be nice. Many guests drive too fast creating safety risks and a lot of dust. Was very glad to hear that security gates will be installed soon as someone tried stealing our bike, and several nights we heard vehicles driving thru park at all hours of the night. Conveniently close to Wpg & shopping

I was disappointed in the size of some of the sites. It appears that an attempt was made to maximize the number of paying sites at the expense of sufficient size. The site allocated to us was particularly small and severely sloped.

Worst KOA. Not adequate ventilation in bathroom/showers. Uphill to get to washrooms. Small pool. Noisy, on highway. Mostly trailers. No camping kitchen.

It was a good over night stay. Having a gas station so close was good for someone travelling across Canada. Sites were clean, employees friendly. Did not have the ambiance of other KOA’s I have stayed at.

Just stayed 1 night but we weren't impressed. We stay at KOA parks whenever we travel and when we finally found this park (GPS and even phoned for directions) we found it was really dumpy. Won't stay there again!

Park was extremely noisy being very close to a very busy highway, some grass but poorly maintained, very poor WiFi and no TV.

We are very impressed with the staff at KOA Winnipeg West. We had a trailer issue, and the hosts helped us out, with recommending a service technician....this enabled us to get back on the road. Next time through Winnipeg, we will be staying at KOA Winnipeg West!

Sites and campground was clean. Bathrooms were beautiful!! Perfect Campground for an overnight stay or if you had stuff on in Winnipeg. A bigger pool for kids would be the only recommendation.

The facilities are good however this is the noisiest campground we have stayed at, the traffic on the hwy is constant night and day.

The owners are wonderful people! The campground is clean and has everything you need. The location is close enough to the city to do the city stuff, while being far enough from the city to feel like you're camping. Highly recommend!
