This is a great park. It's nice that it's near the highway. It's also not nice it's beside the highway. That being said, it wasn't too noisy. We LOVED the curry dinner.

Staff friendly. Would have appreciated that there were more bathrooms open and available, closer to our camp site. Pool still not open despite other KOAs having opened their pools.

I was there to sleep use facilities, shower and eat my picnic dinner I stayed from 8:45 at night to 6 am the showers were locked the whole time even though it says the washrooms and showers are open 24 hours only the washroom were.

This is my preferrate stop on my journey to Vancouver. The only inconvenience is the highway noise for far back sites.

Je croyais qu’il y avait des critères dans les KOA. Des exigences proposées par la bannière. Ce KOA était le pire de tout ceux que l’on a visité. Pire camping koa que j’ai vu, terrains trop près des autres, voisins qui ramassent des branches et feuilles mortes dans le fossé pour faire un feu sur son site qui dégage de la fumée vers les voisins quand il fait une température de 33 degrés, Personne ne fait de tournée pour vérifier comme dans les autres koa que nous avons visité….. bref nous ne retournerons pas….

The check in was awesome, they were ready with my name and site map marked so it went really quickly. We had heat wave while we were there and blew the pole breaker. The guy came right away to get us fixed up and it was about 9-10 pm. He followed up with a phone call. Excellent service. We are self contained so didn’t use any of the facilities. Right on the highway so noisy, wear earplugs.

It was just an overnight but it is really nice with a friendly staff at the registration. I would definitely stop again next time. The location is really convenient for long travellers.

this was our first time camping at this KOA, we enjoyed our stay very much, our early start going west was a perfect spot to camp. Thank you, we"ll be sure to stay there again one day!

I love the homemade food! I love the accessibility of the campground to the highway. Owners are caring and flexible. I called to book and they were waiting for us to arrive later at night. Clean washrooms and showers!

The spot was convenient to get in a out of and nice and wide so we could move around easily. We can't rate the bathrooms or showers because they were not open.

As I first time KOA member, I was very disappointed in the overall run down condition of the whole place. I hope this is not typical. I am staying at another KOA In a couple days. If it is the same it will be my last. The place is obviously neglected. A little maintenance and upkeep would go a long way

The park staff were very friendly, however the grounds need some tender loving care. The picknick tables needed painting and the off leash dog play are looked abandoned. The general upkeep was poor. I would only recommend this park as a quick overnight stop if none other were available. Thank you.

Overall good overnight spot which is just off the TransCanada highway. The staff is vey friendly and the site are fairly well maintained. Being right beside this major highway the traffic noise made it very difficult to get a good rest.

It was decent but not a lot of shade. Sites a bit too close together - no privacy. It was clean and very well run. We would go back. Thank you.

Staff is super-friendly & helpful! Grounds are very family-friendly: there is a play structure for kids, and there are many places/areas to walk your pets.

This koa is a good facility where we have stayed in the past. We hope to stay again when it can be completely safe and open, and free from drought. Nice people friendly and helpful. Proper services and close to the city.

Need to do something about the internet connections, in this day and age, high speed is the only way to go. People may be on vacation but with video chats, etc and some people still connect to work, you need good connections. We could hardly even just browse the internet.

In this day and age travellers rely on the internet to keep in contact with family while travelling. This location’s wifi left a lot to be desired. Disappointing. Other than that the park was nice

It is very close to the highway and is quite loud through out the night. The grounds and washroom facilities are certainly not to the standard to what I have come to expect for a KOA branded campground. The pool was closed as well as the second on-site bathrooms due to existing covid protocols - no fault of the campground. If you are in a pinch to find a place for the night, the location works.

Thankfully the campground wasn't full as the site we were told to had another trailer in it. Although the pool and other amenities were closed had they been opened it would have been very disappointing as the pool is the size of a postage stamp. No playground just a very very very basic campground next to a very noisy highway not our first choice ever again. The KOA brand this is not

Our campsite was very nice in the back away from the highway but they are close together and small. Sites close to the highway can be very noisy. Only problem was the shower/washroom facilities and the pool was still closed.

The only complain I have is there was dog poop in the grass by the electric plug in. Otherwise it was a clean spot.

The owners are wonderful people! The campground is clean and has everything you need. The location is close enough to the city to do the city stuff, while being far enough from the city to feel like you're camping. Highly recommend!
