The campground was spotless. The washrooms and shower areas were clean. I would and already have recommended this camp ground to friends. The staff was polite and very helpful. Keep up the great work! See you again soon.

Hi our stay was great and the pools and showers were well looked after.Also a very well kept camp ground and l would stay there again.

The site was clean and well looked after however due to Covid19 protocol in Manitoba we were unable to use the pool or their washrooms so unable to give any info on that part. Right next to the TransCanada and the noise of the big rigs hammered the uneven bridge separating panels was very loud so be aware sleep might not be easy.

The pool and splash area were closed which was unfortunate as it was very hot. Liked the large pull through lots. Good water pressure. Gas station out front was handy.

Great location just off the highway. The hosts are such wonderful friendly people. The washrooms and laundry area are super clean, the price for the washer and dryer is very reasonable, the campsites are level and the services always work. This stay we ordered butter chicken from the kitchen…it was delicious!

We have stayed at the Winnipeg west KOA for 3 visits and each time the owners have treated us with respect and highly recommend camping there. The only downfall is if you get a site close to the highway your sleeping is affected by the traffic and heavy trucks .The bathrooms were clean and the sites are large in size.We enjoy our camping time here.

Owners/staff very nice. It has done less infrastructure investment than other parks. Nothing wrong with this KOA, just not the nicest you will visit.

Good location, friendly desk but needs lots of hands on work . The one lady who does the grounds seemed overwhelmed, pool not working and grass area k-9 had not been cut since opening .

Park needs some upgrades and site cleaning up, weeds on parking pads, sewer connection not to standards, kind of trashy for a KOA PARK

Staff very friendly at check-in. The campground requires alot of maintenance. One of the bathroom doors did not lock, bathroom/shower lights operate by switch, therefore dark at night (did not feel safe going into a dark building and having to grope for a light in the middle of the night). Pool looks like it has been totally abandoned, not undergoing repairs. Bar soap and no sanitizer.

We were using the KOA as a base to visit friends in Wpg. It is not the old Sunny Hollow campground some of us remember. This KOA is right beside Hwy#1 so its ok for an overnight but not really a 'vacation' spot. It is very clean and well cared for. It rained once but the site is well drained. We liked the full service sites and shade trees.

Very well kept and maintained campground. Very friendly and helpful staff. Stayed here last year and will stay again next year. Very easy in and out with store and gas. Great for dogs nice area for them to play.

Every year as we pass thru we stop at Winnipeg West Koa….staff is friendly sites are large! It is right off Trans Canada so a bit noisy but expected , easy for overnight stays!

The site was ok but when you book a place for its amenities that are listed on its site you expect those things to exist. The campground says it has a splash pad/pool. We were in the midst of a cross Canada tour and this was supposed to be a spot for the kids. Nope. Pool and pad clearly haven't been open in years. We bought pizza here, it was awful. We tossed it in the garbage. Disappointed.

It's very early in the season and not everything was open. It was too cold to tent, so we just stayed in our van. They opened the washrooms in the office building for us to use, as the campground washrooms weren't open yet. The owners were terrific and accommodating.

Convenient location.Unfortunately it didn’t meet the standards that we are familiar with with the KOA brand. Were told about water not being hooked up yet however weren’t told that the mice had eaten wifi wires,no garbage containers out,discontinued gas discount because they“aren’t making money”(after we filled our RV tank and advertised on KOA map.Disappointing to say it lacked pride of

Staff were very pleasant but because of the cold weather water pipes were frozen. However they showed me how to use the hose to fill up my tank Got a discount because of the water problem

I stayed for 3 months while working in Winnipeg. Great friendly staff, well kept. One minor issue with loud partying by one rude group of campers was dealt with very well. Thanks for the great stay

The owners are wonderful people! The campground is clean and has everything you need. The location is close enough to the city to do the city stuff, while being far enough from the city to feel like you're camping. Highly recommend!
